OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The resort-style yard is spacious and well-planned with lots of different gathering places. This private backyard features a huge sundrenched pool with spa, a fire pit, plenty of outdoor dining spaces and an outdoor BBQ grill. Lush landscaping and fabulous mountain views add to the magic of this fabulous property!

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Renowned Palm Springs designer Jay Jones brought his signature eclectic style to this nearly 2,300 square foot mid-century home, mixing its classic California Spanish-inspired architecture with modern furnishings, period antiques, Asian artifacts and contemporary artwork to create a fresh, sophisticated, welcoming residential resort - reminiscent of the homes you typically see grace the pages of Elle Decor and Veranda magazines. Magnificent tile work, detailed woodwork, French doors and modern updates add to the compelling allure of this quintessential desert escape.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled. The baths have been updated. The bedrooms (one king and two queens) have been beautifully appointed. The open layout of the living areas gives way to walls of glass, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs-style.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms features gorgeous décor, plenty of storage, comfortable and hotel-quality mattresses. The Master Suite has a King bed, and ensuite bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms that share easy access to the guest bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

You could choose to spend your entire vacation inside the walls of this gorgeous mini estate - afternoons by the pool and evenings under the stars. But if you are up for discovering all that Palm Springs has to offer, you'll be pleased to know that this paradise we call Zen Dreams is conveniently located less than a mile from bustling Downtown and in walking distance to the South Palm Springs district. South Palm Springs has recently experienced a major hip and trendy revitalization. You’ll be just a short stroll from some of Palm Springs’ newest and highest rated hot spots and restaurants like The Purple Room, The New York Company, The Ace, Appetito, and Miros. South Palm Springs also offers a huge selection of art galleries, mid-century consignment stores and estate sale shops. Grocery stores, sandwich shops, burger joints, liquor stores and other neighborhood conveniences are just a stone’s throw from this tranquil desert escape. Koffi South, one of the best people-watching stops in Palm Springs, is less than a mile away. World-class hiking trails, a themed water park, movie theaters, our casino, and live entertainment venues are all located less than a mile from this fabulous piece of heaven.

This property is outstanding! It offers so much in respect to personal space that you always have a quiet place to just “be”! With all the French glass doors that open up to the beautiful landscaped yard with the pool & jacuzzi , the openness is welcoming to make you feel your outside, even when inside. The management is very accessible and provided extra attention to our needs when there was a minor issue with the ice maker, delivering us bags of ice to ensure we had it. The location is on a lovely residential street with mature landscaping with the towering palms overhead reminding you that you are not in Kansas anymore; This is Palm Springs living at its best! I would definitely recommend this property to anybody that seeks to have the privilege of staying somewhere really special!

My family and I loved this house so much! The pool and landscaping are gorgeous, the property managers are attentive and responsive and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The only (slight) downside was that the water from the hot tub spills into the pool so it was hard to keep the pool cool during the day. Otherwise, everything about the stay was magical.

Peaceful Holiday Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our peaceful holiday getaway at Zen Dreams. The staff was super responsive, even during the winter holiday weeks to help assist with any issues we had. The location was close to the airport and downtown, allowing us to explore by foot or by car. The only downside was the limited overhead lights in the common spaces which made reading difficult in the evenings, however, the pool and sauna made up for that and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our time in Palm Springs! We would recommend this location for adult families looking to rest in Palm Springs!

The house is clean and very well located. The dogs loved the grassy yard and the nearby walks along the creek. I wish the house was more modern in design, and that the rooms were more private, but it wasn’t enough to hurt our stay. The pool was beautiful with great views of the mountain. Most of all we were impressed with the property management company. We may not stay at this house again, but I will seek out houses from ACME in the future.

We had a wonderful long week at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. The coffee provided by our hosts was delicious and the amenities were good. The pool was the perfect temperature and we all enjoyed a dip in the hot tub after our morning workouts. The beds were comfortable & were stocked with essential bathroom items. The upkeep of the landscaping and grass was noticeable as the entire backyard truly looked like an oasis in the desert. Our hosts even had a bottle of rosè and a box of dog treats and toys waiting for us upon our arrival. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the neighborhood was simply beautiful. Highly recommend this home for your relaxing vacation in Palm Springs.

This place was absolutely remarkable. The house is beautiful, clean and just spectacular. The pool was wonderful and a real necessity in the Palm Springs heat. The only downside was we were worried we would be too loud and get kicked out, but I think we were just paranoid about the Palm Springs community noise rules. I'm sure it's just the consequence of lots of parties in the area in the past, but it was a bit anxiety-inducing. Aside from that, I can't say enough wonderful things about this home. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you must!

Overall Comment We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-1/2 week stay at Zen Dreams. ACME property management was A+. We had a couple of questions/problems with things in the first few days (user error on our part :)) and they promptly had someone on site to help us out. The house was comfortable and spacious. The couches in the main room were comfortable enough but pretty worn down - if I owned the place I would replace/update them to a more current style and just to match the quality/condition of furnishings in the rest of the house. Definitely stay at this house - well worth the cost - just some feedback on the furnishing. You will LOVE the yard, various outside sitting areas, covered patio, how quiet yet centrally located the house is, etc. Enjoy!!

Overall Comment We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The yard was was a good size and we very much enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The fireplace was a joy and the sunken living room was very pretty. The location was very quiet for walking. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five for amenities is because the hand can opener did not work so we had to use our Swiss. army knife.

Overall Comment We spent a lot of the time in the house because of the heat. it was comfortable and had some great movies. The pool might have been too warm for some, but because I was suffering from 2 herniated discs in my back, the temperature was ideal. Can't wait to go back next winter.

Can't Wait To Stay With Acme House Company Again!

We loved our stay at Zen Dreams. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this property. We just love it. I also have to say that the service from Acme House Company was exceptional. We had a leak in our bathroom which occurred on a holiday. Not only did the repair people come immediately....but after they were done with the repair, they sent housekeeping over just to freshen up! On a holiday. We were all very impressed! Anyway...the house is well stocked, well situated...and just a pleasure. The pool was perfect. All around a terrific week...and we can't wait to come again and stay with Acme House Company!

A Great Choice!

This is a great place with a great private front pool and big grassy area. Privacy comes in the form of very tall hedges surrounding the front yard and pool. Lots of outside seating area, and a very often used permanent awning (Lanai), where you can enjoy lots of shade,and a hang out area for eating while looking out at the front yard and pool. Lots of doors also to open up and feel like your inside is partly outside. Bathrooms and kitchen have been upgraded with new counters and appliances. A/C works very well, as well. There is also a large TV in the TV room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms have TVs as well.

Easy booking and check in with ACME House Co., and they offered a great variety of rental properties. Super easy, on time check in with a person from Acme showing me the house. Easy to get a hold of someone at Acme when I needed them. Liked the style of the house and pool, and the ability to bring my dogs. Best part was hanging in the pool and relaxing all weekend! Looking forward to coming back to either this property or another one you have! (Want to try the West Elm House next!)

Zen Dreams has a great yard. Loved it! However inside is a great layout, but style was not typical Palm Springs. Loved the fresh grapefruit from the grapefruit tree! Overall, we loved our stay and whenever we had a problem your team was very friendly and responsive.

This was our third year at Zen Dreams. We really like this property a lot. Really appreciate the ease of reservations, and the great diverse catalog of homes. Fast service when anything went wrong. Overall, excellent care and service! We are really happy with Zen Dreams. It's a great neighborhood and property. And, it was warm enough this year to go swimming!!!! A Great Stay in Palm Springs!

ACME House Co. was friendly, easy to deal with, easy to reach, and quick to respond. We found that they had a good selection of properties, and I liked that everything was included in the cost. The best part was just being away. The pool and spa were not heated upon my arrival, and the instructions in the house manual only included how to operate the spa jets and lights...not how to turn on the heat for pool and spa. I had to call and someone came out to turn these on. I loved the house manual and the amount of information included in there. I did not like the very early check out time at 10:30. This could make a difference when I choose a place for my next stay.

Hello Lee - thanks for the feedback. You were a great guest. As part of our service, our team sets the pool temperatures - that's why it wasn't in the House Manual. Glad we were able to get right out to you. We don't usually heat the pools in September since its still very warm here then. But glad you reached out to us to get it up and going for you. Re the check out time - we really need enough time before the next 3:00 check in to clean our properties thoroughly and get them ready for the next guest. In the future - if you want a late check out - let us know ahead of time. You might want to use your past guest discount toward the cost of the late check out.

Family time!

There were six adults and we all spent time checking out the other vacation rentals and we all agreed on Zen Dreams. It was beautiful, clean and well decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Having those beautiful mountains real close was a must. Besides enjoying the home, we were all family and we so enjoyed spending time together. The swimming, watching movies, cooking together, checking out star's homes and the many other things we did together as a family was the best part. We enjoyed a day at Joshua Tree National Park, and it was so much more than we expected, and one of the highlights of our trip.

I wanted a private place that had a pool and spa, with a good price, available on the days I wanted! We enjoyed our stay in the house very much! !t was exactly like the pictures, and the pool was nice. ACME House Co. was very responsive, and helpful. We had a minor problem, and they sent someone to fix it on the same day. The kitchen was brand new, including all the appliances! Thanks again for hosting us, we really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you very much for sharing a few suggestions to improve and also repair items at our property. We have taken note of the items and will have our Property Care team look into all items listed._x000D_ *Need better instructions to power up the refrigerator_x000D_ * The Spa lamp was not working. _x000D_ * The BBQ grill last 2 burners were not working properly. _x000D_ * I also notified you about the sheets that they was not clean ( i used my own sheets anyway) But i think this would be really big problem for me if i didn't have my own (so i suggest that some one check for cleanness before new guests arrive._x000D_

The layout of the house is perfect!

We always stay at a different homes when we travel to Palm Springs. Makes it more fun and exciting for the family. My husband said this is his favorite so far. He was able to relax. The layout of the house is perfect. You have views of the pool and yard almost throughout the whole house. The yard is very green and well kept. Comfortable and relaxing. Great for families with kids. My daughter saw a frog early in our stay which excited the kids. Then on our way out we finally saw him swimming in the pool. We took him out and he hopped away!
