OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This unique property captures the magic of desert living in true Palm Springs style. The huge, private backyard is truly spectacular and will provide ample room for your group to relax and play. One end features a saltwater pool and waterfall spa surrounded by chaise lounges and a cabana-style daybed. The other end features its own living pavilion, al fresco dining and a fire pit lounge. Throughout the rest of the yard you'll also find a shaded lanai, BBQ grill, hammock, bocce ball and bean bag toss games for added fun during your stay. Majestic palm trees, modern desert landscaping, and unobstructed panoramic mountain views all add to the magic of this desert estate.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This newly renovated property is modern and sophisticated, but casual and comfortable at the same time. The open floor plan provides ample space for your entire group to mix and mingle in style and opens up to the shaded lanai and expansive yard. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream and features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a gas cooktop, wine fridge and all the tools to craft a gourmet meal. The stunning dining room can accommodate 8 and the living room has ample seating, a fireplace and a 65” flatscreen TV. This property has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home - ultra high speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems, flatscreen TVs, full size washer and dryer, and two desks with large computer monitors perfect for remote working or gaming.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the spacious 4 bedrooms has been beautifully decorated and features luxurious high-end mattresses, ample closet space with full length mirrors, and flat screen TVs or workspaces with large monitors. The primary suite features a King bed, large closet, and en suite bath with an enormous walk-in shower. A second primary suite located on the opposite side of the house features a King bed and a gorgeous adjacent private bathroom featuring Grohe fixtures and a Toto washlet. The third bedroom with a King bed and the fourth bedroom with a Queen bed are spacious and conveniently located next to the shared full third bathroom in the hall.

THE LOCATION
This home is located on the Tahquitz Creek Legend Golf Resort - named by Golf Digest 'One of the Best Places to Play' for golf resorts. The Legend Course was designed by William Francis Bell, known for designing Torrey Pines and La Jolla Country. The quiet neighborhood with stunning mid-century modern homes is perfect for walking, biking, and is close to hiking trails. You'll be an easy stroll to the world famous Palm Canyon Drive and just a short drive to the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. Grocery stores, Target, Trader Joe’s, coffee shops and restaurants are also close by.

Our family with 3 generations loved our stay at Villa Del Sol. Lots of comfortable space for the family - all bedrooms had nice beds and modern bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped; everything you need if you want to make a big family meal. The backyard pool was perfect - good shade most of the day in the pool so we could enjoy it for hours without concerns of getting too much sun. The hot tub could be kept at pool temperature during the day which made it a comfortable pool for the kids to play in, and then heated up quickly for evening soaks for the adults. The separate grass play area was perfect for cornhole and bocce ball. Many outdoor spaces to sit together or have some quiet to read alone. Nice location on the 4th green of the Legends Course at Tahquitz Creek; we could even pop in to refill our water bottles along the way. Sunrise and sunset views were spectacular. Close to groceries, Target, Trader Joes, Starbucks - everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood for morning runs and close to hiking trails.

Fun family vacation

We had a fun family vacation at Villa Del Sol in Palm Springs. The house was a great size for 6 people, with two master suites and comfortable beds in all the rooms. The outdoor ceiling fans worked well and helped with the summer heat on the covered porch.. The kitchen was large and well equipped ( just no Keurig). The backyard was beautiful with plenty of shaded seating around the pool and in the yard, bocce and corn hole to play and we used the large grill too. We enjoyed the hot tub and the nice sized pool which had steps and rough stone bottoms ,so easy to walk on and no slipping. It's on a corner lot and backs up to a golf course so it was very peaceful. The Acme House Company were available, timely, helpful and thorough with their communications and care.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how accurately it was represented online. Everything was clean. Beds, couches, furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything (including little paper umbrellas for drinks). We had a dog with us and were greeted with a lovely treat box for her including; treats, a toy and a bandana to put ice in and keep her cool in the summer heat. This space easily accommodated all 8 of us. The bathrooms were gorgeous as well! I would highly recommend this space for large friend groups. We would definitely come back again!

Absolutely loved this house. The house itself was gorgeous. Decorated total Palm Springs vibe. Huge house. 4 Large bedrooms all spaced out nicely for privacy. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything you could possibly need. Huge yard with pool, jacuzzi, covered patio. Loved the area. Quiet neighborhood yet close to down town palm springs, stores and restaurants. Property managers easy to get a hold of. Easy check in and check out. I usually have at least one negative to add but not here. We rent a lot in Palm Springs and so far this has been our favorite house.

Our experience staying at Villa Del sol was outstanding. The home is beautiful and has just the right Palm Springs vibe. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were configured for the perfect amount of privacy and luxury. The kitchen was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. The outdoor space was perfect for pool time, meal time, evening, relaxing, and even spotting hummingbirds! The management company was responsive and communicative during our stay, especially when we needed the pool heated due to an unexpected cold weekend. We had a few minor hiccups while there (lightbulb out in the spa, lights on the porch didn’t turn on, minor kind of things) but there was nothing that interfered with us having a fantastic stay. Thank you for a great getaway!!

Fabulous House - Best Neighborhood -Wonderful Family Vacation!

This house was beautiful, just as the photos show. We've been coming to this neighborhood (Clearly the best in PS) for 50 years and this was clearly our favorite house. It is so nicely (and newly?) designed, decorated and well equipped with special touches like a coffee grinder, soda stream (carbonator) etc. It was clean, clutter free, with plenty of space to relax and play outside or work remotely and it was well equipped for our family to gather for meals. ACME was easy to work with and communicated well. We’ll be back!

It is so nicely (and newly?) designed, decorated and well equipped with special touches like a coffee grinder, soda stream (carbonator) etc. It was clean, clutter free, with plenty of space to relax and play outside or work remotely and it was well equipped for our family to gather for meals. ACME was easy to work with and communicated well. We’ll be back!

Amazing retreat in Palm Springs!

We spent a wonderful extended weekend in Palm Springs at Villa Del Sol enjoying the warm weather and beautiful sights. This house inside and out is an incredible piece of mid century modern luxury. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms restful, and the backyard was perfect for decompressing and catching some sun from the pool. Perfectly close to great food and other amusements I would t change anything about Villa Del Sol.

Awesome spot and backyard

Had an amazing stay at this rental. The backyard is prettier than the photos and had plenty of shade for when the sun got too hot. Never heard the neighbors and there is privacy from the golf course behind it. The rooms were a good size, the kitchen nice and big, and the place felt and looked clean. It has that mid century modern Palm Springs vibe that you want when visiting the area. Loved it!
