OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Nothing says beautiful landscaping like a golf resort community and this home is no exception! This backyard oasis extends the living space of the whole home with a large alfresco dining table with room for six, complete with a large umbrella to keep in the shade. There is a propane bbq grill for open-air cooking while still having easy access to the kitchen. The green-walled patio area has all the privacy one could ask for. Lay back on the padded chaise lounges and sip a cool beverage while you appreciate the grandiose mountain views.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Guests will love the great flow from the living room to the dining room, to the kitchen, and the outdoor patio. The chic living room has a large inviting sectional couch where guests can kick back, cozy up, and watch something on the wall-mounted smart TV. The mod dining table seats four and the well-equipped kitchen offers a range of stainless appliances including an electric stove/oven and dishwasher, and tons of natural light from the patio access doors. Guests can even enjoy freshly squeezed juice from the abundant fruit trees on the property and the citrus press. The washer and dryer can be accessed from the kitchen.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom is complete with a king-size bed outfitted in luxury linens, smart TV, floor-to-ceiling mirrored closet doors, and a ceiling fan. The ample ensuite bathroom has a double-sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and plenty of space to get ready for your day. Guests can step directly out to the patio from the bedroom via the large patio doors equipped with privacy blinds.

The secondary bedroom is furnished in a mid-mod style with a queen-size bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. Just across the hall, guests have access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

THE LOCATION
This is a fantastic central location within Palm Springs. Without leaving the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort community guests can experience relaxing poolside, playing on the tennis courts, or a round of golf on a premier course. This location has easy access to all that Palm Springs has to offer- abundant options for shopping, dining, and nightlife, the legendary Palm Canyon Drive, and beautiful hikes from various trailheads. Nearby is the Agua Caliente Casino where you can try your luck at some slots or have a drink at the bustling bar and live music venue. The Palm Springs Airport is 3.5 miles from the home. The nearest grocery store as well as Trader Joe’s is less than a mile away.

This place had everything you need for an extended stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Beautiful grounds and convenient location. Very quiet.

Nice space. Unfortunately it was hot so we couldn’t enjoy the private patio or pool as much. Lots of green space if you have a dog, which is the main reason we booked it. Good value for the money. Easy parking and accessibility to the unit.
