Guests have full access to the BBQ grill, grassy yard for cornhole games, and the deluxe outdoor fire pit. Feel inspired by the home’s stunning vistas of the San Jacinto Mountains.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
This home features three tranquil bedrooms, each with convenient TVs and soothing colors for relaxation and privacy. The primary suite, with its calming seafoam greens and natural decor, offers a king-size bed for restorative rest. Unwind with a captivating show in the evenings, send off emails from the dedicated workspace, and step through the exterior doors for a coffee on the patio. This suite also boasts a designer ensuite bathroom with a marble-tiled walk-in shower, stunning vanity with stone countertop, and LED vanity mirror.

The second suite with its tropical vibes is just as impressive, offering guests a queen size bed, dedicated workspace, and TV. And the third bedroom comes with two extra large twin size beds, perfect for young guests, plus a convenient TV. The latter two rooms share access to a full bathroom, which comes with a beautiful glass walk-in shower with marbled tiling, a vanity, and LED vanity mirror.

Our home is located in the heart of Sunny Palm Springs, surrounded by tall purple-hued mountains and swaying palm trees. This area is rich in popular attractions and outdoor recreation, with many golf courses, hiking trails, tennis courts, and family-friendly parks just minutes away. Those looking for good food, entertainment, and night life will find it all and more along the lively Palm Canyon Drive. Enjoy shopping at various boutique shops, browsing art galleries, sampling local cuisines, and trying your luck at Agua Caliente Casino.

CANCELLATION/REFUND For Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 nights or less:

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer)

• Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
• Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
• Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
• 60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any

Exactly what we were looking for

The house is exactly what we were looking for: a house with a great playroom and a wonderful pool. When it was too hot outside, we could entertain inside and if we were done playing inside we could jump straight into the pool. The house is not far from anything in Palm Springs, so it made for the perfect family vacation.

Great place for families and friends! Took the kids for a relaxing few days during Spring Break. The place was very cute. Lots of space for our family of 4. We would come back with another small family or grandparents as there is plenty of room. The game room/ garage area was an added bonus when the kids needed a break from The pool. The outside area is large and has lots of room. We made s'mores by the outside fireplace. Large kitchen and lots of space! Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies for all your cooking needs. It’s about a 7-10 min drive to downtown. We had a small mishap at checkin but the management company came by fairly quickly to respond and fix the issue. We appreciated the response time and communication:)
