SLEEPING QUARTERS
For the ultimate in relaxation, retreat to one of four bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The spacious primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and floating double vanity and direct access to the pool deck. One guest room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower (which also opens to the hall) and glass sliders to the private front yard with its inviting fire pit. Down the hall, the second guest room has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck, while the third guest bedroom has two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom. • 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
