This 1957 Palm Springs original has been completely remodeled, updated and re-imagined for vacation living today. This better than new property is gorgeous, private, well-appointed and captures the hip Southern California vibe of yesteryear while staying current with high end luxury appointments. Everything is new including the kitchen, baths, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, heat/air conditioning, pool, spa and outdoor firepit.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The private country club yard with its gorgeous mountain views, centers on the fabulous heated, in-ground pool and spa. Around the pool you’ll find a wonderful outdoor living room with an easy to use gas firepit, and a covered dining pavilion with a plumbed barbecue and seating for eight. Poolside lounge chairs, additional cocktail seating, a hammock, and a grassy knoll for volleyball and croquet make this yard a vacation heaven.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Three Amigos Ranch is not just a beautiful home - it is a swank vacation pad with all the bells and whistles. The spacious floor plan of the interior and exterior living areas have been designed to accommodate your entire group. Inside, there is plenty of seating for everyone to connect, spend time together and unwind. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and offer direct access to the pool and patio. There is a fireside lounge area, a place for watching television and a dining area for eight people. The all new, fully-stocked chef’s kitchen has been space planned for individual or team meal prep and offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a huge center island.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Inside the main house, there is an oversized King master bedroom with a private bath and direct pool access, plus two Queen guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is also a detached casita with a queen bed and its own private bath. All of the bedrooms have televisions.

THE LOCATION
Three Amigos Ranch sits on a quiet residential street in the Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood just a mile from South Palm Springs where you’ll find fine restaurants, burger joints, sandwich shops, nightlife, entertainment venues, grocery stores, and art galleries. This was the perfect stay to host me and my closest friends for Thanksgiving. It was exactly what the description said and it was very close to everything in Palm Springs. It was incredibly comfortable to hold 8 people. ACME was very easy to communicate with and they were even able to adjust to an early check in. The amenities were fantastic and it was easy to use the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely be rebooking at Three Amigos Ranch again. A simply perfect place to host for a relaxing weekend in beautiful Palm Springs!

Truly, an exceptional stay! Beautiful property and EXACTLY what is represented in the photos and description. Contemporary access to property management for questions including texting and email - quick responses and clear instructions. The property is spotless, well maintained, comfy beds, and upscale linens. Kitchen was magnificent and fully stocked. Outdoor space was fantastic with quick start firepit and grill and pushbutton start for hot tub. Easy access from airport and quick zip to historic areas downtown. We would stay here again, in a heartbest.

Beautiful home and pool just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The customer service from ACME was incredible with response time in minutes. We especially loved the open kitchen/living area with huge dinner table that could seat 8. The outdoor pool and living area was lovely- we enjoyed doing yoga in the morning with a view of the mountains. For an extra fee, we were able to heat the pool to 88, which was perfect for our young children. We can’t wait to come back!

I had so much fun, I came to this house for my birthday weekend. The place was so gorgeous! I was welcomed with a cute birthday greeting and a bottle of wine??. I thought it was so sweet and thoughtful. The primary room is so big, so nice, and comfortable. I absolutely loved the little casita that is included as well in the home. Their instructions on all their amenities were spot on, and Easy to find. Very well thought out instructions. Anytime we needed something they were there for us. It was such a beautiful home. I love how much space there was for everyone as well. I was very sad to have my trip come to an end. This house “fit” us perfectly. Three adult couples, two very small children and two golden doodle dogs. The house was very clean inside and out. Great backyard space! We would definitely stay at this property again. Only negative would be that the beds in the extra bedrooms and casita that were listed as queen beds were definitely not queen beds, at least not American standard queens. They looked and fit like full beds.

Overall Comment We stayed at Three Amigos with our two 7-year olds. The home was very clean and well-appointed. Any issue that came up was immediately addressed by the management company. My only feedback is that the yard has so much potential that is not quite realized, especially with so much time spent outside. Pillows, plants, and more games could make it even more welcoming. Overall I would rent with Acme again.

Overall Comment This property was great- clean, well stocked and close to everything. The only negative was no outside music or excessive outside noise or eviction possible. I get the need to keep noise control because of a residential area but some well controlled outside music or early evening outdoor entertainment comes with vacation mode. Having kids and having to tell them hush all or keep it down was a bit excessive. However If you don’t mind his then I highly recommend.

The only negative is that there is not anyway enough hooks towel bars In any of the bathrooms!!! Also spare rooms need some kind of a dresser as no where to put anything away. Rooms as large enough to have a piece of furniture. Other than that great house!!!

Overall Comment Wonderful, very clean home. The master bedroom is quite large, and the other 3 are quite small, not an issue at all if you plan on just using the bedrooms for sleeping like we did. We thought the pool would be tiny after reading some reviews, but it was totally fine. The hot tub and fire pit were fun for the evenings. Fantastic grill. The home is on a quiet street, but very close to grocery stores and restaurants within 5-10 min drive. The only knock would be the knives, we wish we had brought our own as cutting anything was a real challenge and we ate all our meals in so it was very noticeable. But we would stay here again!

Overall Comment The Three Amigos Ranch house and the backyard were fantastic for our Christmas vacation with a family of 7 adults. Everything was super clean, everything we needed was in the kitchen, great location, quiet neighborhood, and fantastic outdoor living space. We laid out by the heated pool, swam, soaked in the hottub, and spent every night crowded around the giant firepit. Grocery stores, the airport, and shopping were very close. Even though the weather was cooler than expected, having the pool heated along with the fire pit and hot tub made the backyard useable, even during the cold nights. Our family had a great time!

Overall Comment We came in for a weekend wedding. My two sons and their families joined us. It was a three day event and staying at a vacation home was so much nicer than a hotel. Three Amigos Ranch was close to everything we needed. The wedding events, downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Planning a return trip at some time in the future.

Overall Comment We rented this home for a bachelorette party of 7, and our experience couldn’t have been better. Communication upon reserving the home was on point. Our concierge, Jeremy, was fantastic and gave us all the info we needed about the home and area. The house itself was exactly as described and comfortably accommodated our group. Clean, spacious, and any amenity you would need. It is also located within 10 minutes of everything including the airport. The pool was spotless and the outdoor patio and lawn gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the all day sun. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall Comment We had an excellent stay at the Three Amigos Ranch in Palm Springs 10-15 June. We were a group of 5. 3 of us were on a tour from the UK and 2 of our friends from Florida were traveling with us. Our tour included Florida, Los Angeles, and New York City and we all said that our stay at the 3 Amigos Ranch was the highlight of our trip. It fulfilled everything we needed and was a wonderful location and very spacious and the amenities were perfect. The weather was very hot so having a lovely pool made our stay second to none. Two of us were there to get married, and thanks to the 3 Amigos Ranch we had a very special vacation that we will never forget. The ACME House Co staff were all superb and helpful right from the time of our original booking. Thanks a bunch.

We Had A Great time!

This house is great. The hot tub was hot and the pool was perfect; a little small by some standards, but well worth it. The interior decor complements the mid-century architecture. Seems like the whole town has a 1958 vibe going on. The only complaint I have, having to do with the city, not the home, is the brutal noise ordinance rules. Other than that we had a wonderful vacation!

We had an excellent experience for the past several years with ACME...it was top notch from start to finish! We accidentally found ACME several years ago, and it's been the only group we've used since! We really felt comfortable and yet, very spoiled in this rich home, with great amenities, great spaces, and great mattresses! We always love our ACME gifts, plus all the high end appliances that were available to use while we were there. We enjoyed cooking at home several times! A really great vacation house for a get together or family get away. Clean, cozy, and all the modern upgrades you could ask for. Price, location, house layout, amenities, and decor style were all great! The backyard was the best part with a perfect set up; heated pool, hot tub, firepit and grill. Proximity the the airport, and a quiet neighborhood were added bonuses. Excellent

A Good Stay!

I have rented from Acme previously, and had a good experience. The staff is very accomodating and friendly, everyone was easy to work with. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas the most! The only issue was that the A/C constantly turned off. Maintenance came and said that the a/c will shut off automatically each day.

The house was amazing and had everything we could possibly need! Every detail was thought of! Loved the style and outdoor furniture! We loved the fire pit outside and the kitchen was fabulous with nice cooking equipment and very nice appliances! We had one issue and it was fixed within an hour! Really great service!

Everything was easy, comfortable, clean. The entire group had a great time staying at Three Amigos Ranch. Huge private yard. Great arrival experience. We really felt like locals staying here. Each night we walked down the street to the Buzz stop and took the trolley all over town. Plus very close to The Hacienda. Afternoon pool parties there were great!
