The stylish indoor living area boasts high-end furnishings, minimalist decor, and lots of natural light. The cozy living area features plush seating and a contemporary fireplace and is designed for relaxation. The upscale, open-plan kitchen has all-new appliances and is fully equipped for creating culinary masterpieces. The elegant dining area is where you’ll enjoy indulgent meals to remember, or grab a stool at the breakfast bar for snacks and light bites.

Four stunning bedrooms provide ample space and privacy for up to eight guests. Two large en suite rooms boast king-size beds, generous private bathrooms, and direct outdoor access. A beautiful third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and an attractive casita with a king-size bed and walk-in shower completes the lineup.

Hollywood royalty often enjoyed the property’s private resort-style backyard. The pool and spa are quintessential Californian features, and you’ll love splashing around and soaking up the sun. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off before and after taking a dip.

The al fresco kitchen, bar, and dining area are where you’ll enjoy cookouts, cocktail hours, and dinner parties. An open-air cabana and multiple covered seating areas give your group plenty of space to gather as a group or find a tranquil moment alone.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The resort-style backyard features a beautiful pool and spa complete with poolside loungers that make a perfect spot for catching rays or getting lost in a great book. An outdoor shower is a thoughtful touch that makes rinsing off easy, and patio misters keep things cool when the California sun is at its strongest. There are several covered seating areas for those who prefer to relax in the shade.

A covered outdoor bar and dining area with a kitchen and BBQ grill is an idyllic setup for al fresco feasts with your fellow guests. Once night falls, gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. Around the front of the property, you’ll find a garage and secure parking.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
You’ll be taken with the property’s striking modern design from the moment you step through the door. The entry foyer gives way to a bright and airy great room flooded with natural light. The sectional sofa and armchairs create a comfortable living area where your group can relax in front of the contemporary fireplace.

The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the equipment you’ll need to create tasty meals and snacks. The stylish dining table seats eight and is where you’ll enjoy eating, drinking, and storytelling late into the night. Pull up a stool at the sleek kitchen counter for casual meals and light bites.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and leads to the garage gym, where you’ll find a Peloton bike, yoga mats, and a selection of weights (Pelton available with active Pelton account).

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Four modern, minimalist bedrooms sleep up to eight guests.

The stunning primary suite is finished to a high standard with a four-poster king-size bed, sofa, and sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool area. The ultra-luxurious en suite boasts a spa-inspired bathtub, a huge double shower, and a mirrored vanity. The bathroom also has direct access to one of the property’s secluded outdoor seating areas.

The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed, seating, and a dedicated workspace. The large en suite features a spa bath, walk-in shower with direct outdoor access, separate toilet, and mirrored vanity, plus a generous walk-in closet.

The third well-appointed bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, and ample storage. This room has direct access to the hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower and mirrored vanity.

The fourth sleeping space can be found in the charming casita and comprises a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, the casita has its own comfortable secluded outdoor patio.

Incredible property and experience

FABULOUS place that far exceeded our (high) expectations! The property was even nicer than it looked in the photos. We've stayed in other places in Palm Springs (hotels and short-term rentals), and this was by far the best of them. The space and brightness has almost a magical quality to it. The size of the property and the layout of the house made it especially unique, and allowed our group to enjoy time together but also retreat to our own privacy when we wanted it. The lot must be more than half an acre, and the bedrooms are spacious and well-distributed. Three of the four bedrooms even had their own enclosed, private patio areas. The view from the backyard (and from the main living area and one of the bedrooms) was absolutely stunning! We would have been happy hanging out in the yard and in the gorgeous pool all day long every day, but lucky for us - the location is also A+, just one short block from the main road on Palm Canyon. Even better - that particular stretch of Palm Canyon is the upscale, quieter part. Lots of boutique stores, galleries, good restaurants, and not touristy. And the surrounding residential neighborhood in Old Las Palmas, which is the nicest part of Palm Springs, is great for walking and bike riding. Will definitely be back!
