The Arrow is a beautifully restored mid mod property (circa 1959) that captures the swank and sophisticated vibe of Palm Springs yesteryear while being very “next century” at the same time. The extensive remodel respects the architectural pedigree of the home while updating it for the way we live today - hi speed WiFi, five flat screen TVs, high-performance climate control system, and tens of thousands of dollars in upgrades and designer touches.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
As beautiful as the interiors of this home are, it is the pool yard at The Arrow that elevates it to deluxe status. The entire yard has been walled and gated for privacy. Mature plantings and desert landscape dot the perimeter for additional privacy. The sun-drenched pool is surrounded by many different seating areas, a bar and cook station, alfresco dining, chaise lounges, sun diverters, and two fire features. Throughout the property you’ll find rescued midcentury artifacts and treasures like an old motel sign, pink flamingos and the huge retro chic arrow that gives the property its name. Immensely Insta---grammable with photo opps everywhere! You’ll spend leisurely days by the pool, spectacular evenings dining al fresco, and quiet nights chatting fireside under the stars. And yes, moonlit swimming is strongly encouraged. The Arrow is the perfect Palm Springs getaway - where it’s all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Upon walking through the impressive double door entrance, you’ll know you have arrived in paradise. From the entry - you look across the open concept living area - to walls of glass that reveal stunning mountain views and the fabulous pool yard. The great room has comfortable lounge seating and an informal dining area. There’s a fireplace, a large flat screen TV and plenty of room for your entire group to spread out or hang together. The well-stocked kitchen has been space planned for individual or group meal prep.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The sleeping quarters have been designed like luxury suites in a boutique hotel. All feature hotel-quality mattresses, ample closet space, and flat screen televisions. There are three bedrooms in the main house (a king suite and two queen guest rooms) plus a separate casita with a king bed and private ensuite bath.

THE LOCATION
The Arrow is tucked away on a residential street less than a mile from the world famous Palm Canyon Drive. You’ll be in walking distance to hip and trendy spots like Sandfish Whiskey and Sushi Bar, The Draughtsman, Customs Coffee, Ricks Diner, and Ice Cream and Shop(pe). The Riviera and Toucans Tiki Lounge are just a short stroll from your front door. Neighborhood conveniences like grocery stores, sandwich shops, and workout facilities are all nearby.

This home was awesome! We came to PS attend the wedding of our daughter. This place was large enough for our party of 8, with plenty of room to escape one another. We really enjoyed our outdoor time in the incredibly landscaped compound complete with pool, hot tub and outdoor seating. My only minor complaint is that there were no sun umbrellas, so sitting outside by the pool was not an option. There were some sun reflectors in the garage but no stands to place them in. The home was very well equipped for cooking at home and the BBQ was bonus. The decor was gorgeous and very consistent with the Mid Century Modern vernacular. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to the hosts!

Amazing Getaway at The Arrow

I was looking for a quick weekend getaway (I live in So Cal) for myself and two other couples. Due to COVID we wanted to rent a private house with a pool so we wouldn't have to worry about sharing the space with others. I begged two other couples to join us and told them that The Arrow was the place that stood out for me and that we had to rent it. This place did not disappoint! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The decor was mid century without being over the top and the home had all the modern amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed for the meals we prepared at the place. Their is a great sushi place around the corner and we got takeout there one night but we ate the rest of our meals at The Arrow which was great. We used the grill to cook steak and fish and utilized the kitchen as well. The place was very well stocked. There was even soap for the washer and cotton balls, q-tips, hand lotion and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. They kept reaching out to me via text in case we needed anything. When the cleaning staff was preparing the house for our arrival they noticed a chirping smoke alarm so they sent out a maintenance person right away so we didn't have to deal with it when we got there which was very much appreciated. My husband left a sweatshirt behind and when I reached out to them they were able to locate it and offered to send it back to us. We would definitely...

The place is pretty perfect. Very spacious, wonderful outdoor space with pool, hot tub, fire pit, grills, etc. There were a few issues - the pool/hot tub remote didn't work which made it so we could heat the hot tub - though they fixed this by day 2. They only provided 1 half roll of paper towels for 8 people for 5 days which was a little weird (I did call and they said this was on purpose and they could deliver another one on Monday...we were checking out Monday morning). But overall they are easy to reach and very responsive, and the place is totally lovely!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arrow. The layout is perfect for indoor/outdoor living. And having two master suites was ideal for two families. The house decor is truly wonderful—every single space is appointed with style and grace. And there’s even Sonos, which allows you to play your own music playlists. There’s so much to love about this place!!

Awesome Palm Springs Get-a-way

We spent 5 nights at the Arrow and loved it. We were four adults with two children ages 3 and 10. The home was perfect for us. The children had lots of fun and so did we. The home is really beautiful and nicely equipped. Great location, close to the downtown! The grocery store is a two-minute drive. I would love to return :)

This place is better than the photos. The house is well appointed to entertain two families with kids. The outdoor space was well served for relaxing and bbqing. The indoors was very comfortable, the beds were amazing, the kitchen well equipped for cooking in all week and the decor was a hit. We were sad to leave but will definitely book this place again. This place is a gem. It's immaculate with beautiful interior design and fully equipped with everything imaginable. Hours after arriving, all stresses melted away and we settled into a blissful getaway. There were only two of us but we'll be back with a larger group to take advantage of all the amenities. Relaxing, Recharging Getaway at The Arrow

I can't say enough great things about our stay here at The Arrow. The comfort level was so high, we never wanted to leave. The details, amenities, location, design, and all around feeling of the place made for a fantastic week away from it all. We enjoyed the pool and spa with its colored lights, BBQ'ed some fantastic meats from the grocery store around the corner, and binge watched our favorite shows. When we ventured out of the house, shopping, entertainment, golf and hiking was close by. We love the Thursday Night market downtown! We especially liked the self contained Casita that my in-laws used. It gave us all room for privacy from each other. We highly recommend looking no further than The Arrow for your next stay in Palm Springs and can't wait to go back.
