As you walk through the gates you’ll be greeted by a private front yard w/ a resort-style 45ft long pool - one of the largest private pools in Palm Springs – chaise lounges, alfresco dining and firepit lounge situated for breathtaking mountain views. The back of the home features an inviting spa and oversized covered living area w/ outdoor seating, alfresco dining for 10+, and BBQ grill - plus yard games including shuffleboard, croquet, darts, and more. The spectacular mountain views and lush landscaping - including 10+ seasoned citrus trees - compliment the old world feel. Towering palm trees add to the magic of this property.

This iconic estate has been completely reimagined by the current owner - while still preserving its historic integrity and splendor. Fabulous Hollywood Regency style art andmid-century furnishings, custom wallpaper, pops of color and nods to the Hope family throughout make this home a social media treasure w/ photo ops everywhere. The free-flowing floor plan w/ travertine marble throughout the main house and high ceilings w/ walls of glass add an airy feel. Pour yourself a martini at the original mirrored bar where Bob entertained Hollywood legends, presidents and pro golfers after his famed Desert Classic. SLEEPING QUARTERS
This property features 3 suites in the main house, a Pool House and a separate Casita. The Bob Hope Suite - which was Bob Hope's very own bedroom – has a King bed w/ original mirrored walls, flatscreen TV, ensuite marble bath w/ a double sink, and a walk-in closet (Bob’s tie rack and shoe shelf still remain in the closet). The Dolores Suite features fabulous wallpaper, King bed, walk-in closet, and private half bathroom. The Atomic Room features a Queen bed, Atomic gold star wallpaper, mid-century modern décor and a connected private bathroom. Many of the home’s original details still exist w/ ornate door knobs, gold fixtures and weathered mirrors.
The detached Casita in the back of the house has a private entrance and old Hollywood tropical vibe w/ a King bed, flatscreen TV, a desk, and ensuite bath. The Pink Lemonade Pool House located in the front of the property has a private entrance, King bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite bath w/ restored original tile and mirrors. There’s also an additional cabana bath w/ shower off the pool.
PALM SPRINGS HISTORY
Gorgeous California Ranch Style home purchased by the Hope family in 1946 and sold by the Hope Estate in 2013. Bob and Dolores lived there w/ their 4 children for years. Since then, this home has been thoughtfully updated but still retains much of its original integrity and meticulous construction for that era.

Great location in the very popular Movie Colony East - a quarter mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. An easy walk to Ruth Hardy Park. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all just a few minutes away. The Convention Center, Casino, public tennis courts, movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues are also very close by. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.
