This glamorous single-level home boasts an ideal blend of fun indoor design and tranquil outdoor living. Find a glistening pool and attached spa in the private backyard, surrounded by towering palm trees, green grass, and stunning mountain vistas. Soak up the sun from one of multiple outdoor seating areas, or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

The yard is a great place for fun lawn games, so challenge each other to a round of bocce ball or corn hole as you admire the multicolored desert mural. Dusk is a magical time for a BBQ, best enjoyed al fresco from the eight-person outdoor dining table, followed by a relaxing soak in the spa. When the stars come out, gather around the luxe outdoor fireplace to connect over great conversation and stories. Feel inspired by the home’s stunning San Jacinto Mountains in the fading light.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Step inside Surrounded by Palms, an upscale home with personality and elegance. The inviting main open-concept living area features colorful lounge couches where you can get cozy for movie night using the large Smart TV, or listen to a good record as you read a book.

This modern home has everything you need for daily living, including a fully stocked kitchen with unique state-of-the-art appliances. Meal prep from the spacious countertops or kitchen island. Then gather around the dining table up to eight in the mid-century modern dining room to enjoy your meal. The four-person breakfast bar is also a comfortable spot for morning coffee or evening drinks made at the cocktail cart.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary suite is a tranquil, luxurious space for getting a deep night’s rest in the deluxe king size bed. Enjoy the convenience of an ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower and double vanity. Guests will also have easy access to the pool patio.

The secondary bedroom offers a king size bed and beautiful pops of color. Soak in a warm bath from the shared hallway bathroom, which comes with a beautiful shower/tub combo. And the glam third bedroom has a queen size bed, dedicated workspace, and equally convenient shared hallway bathroom access.

The separate casita is a romantic detached suite that’s idyllic for couples. Get incredible sleep in the deluxe king size bed, and start your mornings with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the single-serve coffee maker. Then spend your afternoons sending off emails from the dedicated workspace, streaming your favorite show, or soaking up the sun from the pool just outside your sliding glass doors. This casita also features a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with glass walk-in shower.

This property is tucked away in a private, tranquil community but still in close distance to the top attractions of Downtown Palm Springs. This is an idyllic destination for families, couples, or friend groups looking for a blend of outdoor recreation, rejuvenation, and city living. CANCELLATION/REFUND For Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 nights or less:

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer)

• Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
• Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
• Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
• 60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any

A fantastic house for my friends and I for a birthday weekend. A quiet escape from downtown with a great aesthetic. ACME was super responsive with an AC and ice machine issue which they resolved quickly and the late check out was appreciated! Would love to stay here again in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay at Surrounded by Palms! The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable, colorful furniture and equipped with everything a guest could want. The real star of the show is the outdoor space with all the amenities: great pool (with a baja shelf!!) tons of lounge chairs, bocce ball court, and even a fire pit! Plus the location is unbeatable - you get the calmness of the neighborhood but its just a 5 minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay! Super Comfortable, the beds are on the firm side just fyi. Quiet neighborhood but super close to downtown and grocery stores. Practically across the street from ace hotel and a little shopping center. Beautiful pool area. Just make sure you bring your salt and seasonings if planning to cook. Stocked with plenty of towels (pool & bathroom) and happy they had shampoo conditioner and body wash as someone in our group forgot theirs!

Our stay at the Surround by Palms home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful design and charming Palm Springs touches that adorned the space. It was so clear that a lot of love and care had gone into making this house feel like a true oasis. Unlike many rentals that can feel sterile, this home exuded warmth and character at every turn. The ample space provided us everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being within walking distance of our favorite spots was incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the vibrant Palm Springs scene. The real highlight was the backyard. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying meals al fresco, or simply soaking in the sunshine, the backyard provided the ideal setting for relaxation and fun.

We had a wonderful week

We had a wonderful week at Surrounded by Palms. The house was well appointed and super accessible for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The casita bedroom made it really comfortable for 2 families. And we loved the neighborhood -- it's right across from a cute boutique hotel where the adults had dinner and cocktails, and walkable to the Ace and Mr. Lyons. Since we were one of the first guests, I've shared some ideas with the management company about a few items that would have made it more comfortable (extra sheets and towels, etc.) but all in all it was a lovely stay and we would definitely visit again.

I had the most relaxing, gorgeous stay in this colorful, fun, beautiful home. The beds are insanely comfortable, the pool is perfect. This house is in the perfect Palm Springs spot, no airport noise, way less wind than other homes I've stayed in, and close to everything! (Though I never wanted to leave the house). I spent every night curled up by the firepit and every day by the pool. Best sleep I've ever gotten in a rental house! The decor is beyond -- you just feel happy surrounded by all that color and fun. Highly recommend!
