Sun Haven Escape - Palm Springs! 4 Bedroom! Close To Town!

Home is lovely and clean. Backyard is west facing so pool is in full Sun from noon on. Patio is small and more shaded area would be nice. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Although the neighborhood is in transition (some houses much nicer than others) this house is beautifully appointed and easy to enjoy. Everything we needed was readily available and my communication with the management company was GREAT!! They anticipated our needs and wrote the nicest notes to make our stay the best.

PROS: House was very clean and kitchen had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Easy drive into downtown. Sunny by the pool midday and in afternoons. Four queen rooms were a plus for a friends trip. Home was spacious and did not have cheap furnishings. Views of the mountains from several bedrooms. Generally quiet neighborhood. Decor had the colorful contemporary vibe we were looking for in Palm Springs. CONS: We couldn’t figure out the tvs and couldn’t get cable or apps on most of them but this was not important enough to call for help. Gas tank for outdoor fire was empty when we arrived so we didn’t end up using it. Upon arrival the house was filled with gas. Someone had left an unlit burner open possibly for days. The situation was handled promptly but it did delay us getting settled in by a couple of hours on our arrival day.

Very nice will be staying there again. Very clean. Bathrooms and bedrooms were a very good size. Host was extremely nice. The location was not bad, but it takes about 8min driving to the strip and main areas. If you like to walk then it's about 20-30 to walk to the main street. Loved the pool and hot tub! The amenities were great! Everything you need if want to cook. Definitely recommend!

Very nice will be staying there again. Very clean. Bathrooms and bedrooms were a very good size. Host was extremely nice. This property was great. The kitchen was really well equipped. There was enough space for 8 adults. The pool area was decent. It could use a bit of decorating but it was fine for our group. Overall it was fantastic.

Fantastic space! Rooms were spacious and spaced out well. The suite/master was outrageously large and the bathtub was utilized by multiple of us throughout the stay. Hot tub and pool are great and very secluded. Location is about 10min from downtown.

Modern-style home on a corner lot offers large open kitchen with two sinks. Kitchen overlooks beautiful living room and outdoor patio/pool area. Attached laundry room with sink is especially convenient for pet feeding. The centered kitchen also opens to a desk/work area and a large dining area with a separate table that was great for working a puzzle. The primary bedroom is extra spacious and the remaining 3 bedrooms are ample and well-decorated. Pool area was very pleasant, especially with how the spa water runs over into the pool like mini-waterfalls. An abundance of seating... 5 conversations areas are comfortably set up. We visited in August and appreciated the large floats for lounging on the water. This was a girls family trip-- mother, daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, plus the dog. We found the property to be extra-well equipped: kitchen, toiletries, towels, seating (indoors and out). We stayed at Sun Haven for 4 nights and 3 days and would definitely do this again!

Sun Haven Escape was a beautiful and comfortable home to spend a few days with my family. We visited in August with older grandchildren and a dog. The pool is especially fun with the way the water flows from the spa into the pool. We enjoyed the large, modern kitchen with the two sinks. Excellent amenities provided by Acme such as coffee and toiletries. We also appreciated the two tables in the separate room. This was a great area for jigsaw puzzles as well as family dining. We would definite;y stay here again.

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with this spotless home. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need - comfy beds, luxurious towels, extensive dishes/bar ware, utensils, pots/pans, spices. The salt water pool was our kids favorite for endless hours of swimming. Great, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We hope to be able to visit this special house again!

What a beautiful home, very large with excellent bedroom design, so that all have privacy. I have never seen such a well appointed kitchen. You will want for nothing, including any type of bar ware. Pool and spa amazing.

The property was great. We would definitely stay here again but just one little issue. The sofa is extremely deep. You can't sit straight with your back against the sofa. For young folks that's probably not an issue but if you need back support it's a problem. The house was well-equipped, very clean, outside was great, really loved the house and neighborhood. If the sofa isn't an issue this is a perfect house!!

We had a great visit! The house was well maintained and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed; the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The pool and the hot tub never did heat to our satisfaction despite many attempts. The neighborhood was nice to walk and the house was conveniently located to grocery stores and downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

This is an attractive property. Nicely landscaped, with a very private pool area (pool heat included in the daily rental!). It has a good interior floorplan, with an oversized dining room very suitable for a large family to gather around for meals and card games. Attractive finishes throughout. We were very happy we chose Sun Haven Escape for our family to gather (three adult couples and our 93-year-old mother). We were very comfortable.

Overall Comment Sun Haven is a great property and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Well-appointed kitchen for meals at home. Quiet, private bedrooms (2 en-suite) perfect for groups. The property is well maintained and the management group is very professional. Pretty much 4-5 stars for everything. Location: the property is pretty far north, which isn't a big deal as PS is a small town. Sun Haven is close to grocery stores and conveniences. The only drawbacks with the location are airport noise (which isn't bad, but if you're sensitive could be a factor) and the wind. The northern part of PS tends to be VERY windy. Towels, drinks, etc. often ended up in the pool and we had to keep tabs on the patio furniture cushions as they were blowing all over the place, too. Because of the wind, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit. But the home and the amenities made up for any location shortfalls.

Overall Comment This property was beautiful and even better than the pictures showed. The four bedrooms were spaced out, giving everyone their own space. The living room being next to the kitchen is perfect so you can cook and watch tv or talk to others. Not to mention, the living room couch was huuuuge and so comfortable! The house was spotless through out and made us feel safe while traveling during Covid. We will definitely be back!

The pictures of this house don’t do this place justice! It’s beautifully designed and decorated. We really appreciated the art pieces and decorative furniture throughout! The rooms are so spacious! The beds a very comfortable but we loved the huge couch on the living room!! It’s beautiful, soft, and big enough to practically sleep 4 people! We almost slept on it a couple of nights! There’s also the softest blanket we found in the master bedroom closet that we used the entire weekend (go look for it!) The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with any utensil, pot, pan, bowl, mug, cup, and glass you can think of using! They also have a spice drawer that is fully stocked as well. The supermarket is within a 5-10minute drive so we went shopping and just cooked some meals at home. The best part was the pool! We spent most of the day and night in and around the pool. The only issue is there’s a city ordinance while we were there that we could not play ANY music outside at ANY TIME :( but we managed. We would definitely stay at this home again if we are ever in Palm Springs!

This home was clean and functional for our family trip. Although the Palm Springs noise ordinance can cause undue stress to keep the kids quiet we enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a great place to stay with great pool amenities, areas to relax, and close to some shopping I would recommend this home.

We were eight- 6 adults and 2 children. The house accommodated us all easily. It was perfect! The pool and hot tub were used every day. The location was quiet. If we could give 6 stars we would! Acme House instructions were simple to follow. We all agreed that we would come back here again....

This beautifully bright, spacious and well cared for property was a delightful place to stay for a long weekend with a group of friends. It's a short drive to town, groceries and day trips. Our spa didn't heat up and they came within in hours to repair it. Management was great to work with.

An ideal Palm Springs rental if you wanna chill, cook, and hang by the pool. I love the attention to detail—kitchen stocked with great equipment, a basket of pool towels by the door to the patio, etc. The property is well-managed and they have a 24/7 phone number where you can reach someone if you need anything. For example, our pool got real dirty after a windy night. We were able to call to have someone come out to clean it. What else? The beds are comfortable as hell. There’s a lot of space. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall, one of the better experiences I’ve had via AirBnb.

My friends and I had a fantastic time at this house for Memorial Day weekend. Great location (close to a grocery store, and quick Ubers to town / restaurants / bars), and quiet. Pool / jacuzzi are great (where we spent most of our time), and the house had everything we needed, with plenty of space. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again!

Place was immaculate, Close to the airport, and we got a lot of use out of the hot tub and bbq. Nice touches like clothing steamer made getting ready for wedding a lot easier. Host and concierge were very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

Beautiful house with perfect size rooms and common areas. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The open concept kitchen and living room worked great for our group. The pool is the right size and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Definitely considering this house for a future stay.

Overall Comment We had a great time. The layout of the home was very nice. Decor lovely and the only thing we noticed was the beds were small for such large rooms and the wifi connection was bad for most of our phones. I believe that is because we were close to the team. We survived. ;)

Overall Comment Overall it was a relaxing time. We were not happy with the noise ordinance. The neighbors dogs would get into a barking feast at 6:00 a.m. everyday on one occasion my husband went out and yelled at them to quiet down. It was not a good time then. I highly recommend getting bars stools as everyone wanted to gather in the Kitchen and great room the sitting was not comfortable or convenient, as well we were not allowed to be outside and entertain because of the possible noise factor :( Beautiful home!

Awesome newer home with style. We had 8 people it was very comfortable. High ceilings and really cool kitchen. Had two sinks, one on main counter and one on island. Very stylish and modern. Bedrooms all good size and nice bathrooms. Pool and hot in face west so you get afternoon evening sun and view of the mountains. We will rent this home again the next time we come!

Overall Comment My kids and I have had our third annual spring break trip in Palm Springs as we celebrate my husband/ father. He paased away during Spring break of 2014. I vowed to get out of town and do something fun in his memory. Sun Haven was by far our favorite house . There was a problem with the hot tub which was a bummer, we had to have Acme and the pool company out five or six time to reset the heater. They were prompt but was a bummer.

My friends and I decided to celebrate my 40th and NYE in Palm Springs and this property did not disappoint. The house was very clean, well appointed, and the decor appropriately desert modern glamorous. My group and I had a fabulous time cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the hot tub and pool. I would definitely book this property again.

The number of bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for our group. The home looked clean and very well decorated in the pictures and it exceeded our expectations in person. The cleanliness of the house was impressive as well as the decor. We were provided with everything we needed in order for this to be a successful stay. Loved how immaculately clean everything was. You would have never known someone stayed in that house before us. We never received check-in information with the keypad code, but upon arrival, we were able to get this information VERY quickly. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we look forward to renting with Acme again!

The house itself exceeded expectations - and was so comfy and easy to stay in. Loved how luxurious the house felt, and also the nice amenities - toiletries, bottled water, adequate towels - it made it feel like the best of a hotel, in a private residence. We had a fabulous time and really appreciated the ease of the whole process. Only thing that would be helpful is instructions on the shower. The hot water can take upwards on 5 minutes to come through, and so one is constantly second guessing if you've got the shower handle in the right position.
