Once you step into the backyard of Spero Estate, you’ll understand why we’re on Millionaire’s Row. Making way for breathtaking mountain panoramas, this huge, supremely private backyard is paradise on earth. Palm trees and designer lounge furniture surround a crystal-blue in-ground pool and spa.

Take a dip to cool off, or bathe in the sun and challenge each other to a game of ping-pong. When the weather’s nice (and it always is!), gather around the outdoor patio dining table to enjoy meals. Spending nights out here are equally spectacular. Whip up dinner and cocktails at the outdoor bar and barbeque grill. Then savor an illuminated night swim or fun conversation around the fire pit under the stars.

Welcome to elevated mid-mod living at Spero Estate. From elegant features to artful interior design and sleek finishes, every detail here was intentionally selected. Step into the bright, spacious living area, where a blazing marble-framed fireplace, comfy seating, and a gathering table await you. Browse through its curated book collection before heading over to the sleek, minimalist office with backyard access to do some reading or remote work.

As enticing as our outdoor spaces are, the interior is also chock-full of wonders. Throw in a load of laundry, then head to the second living room to enjoy some R&R and your favorite show from the large sectional or floor cushions.
When you’re ready to eat, our fully appointed kitchen is equipped with all the modern tools you need for cooking. Find stainless steel appliances, ample countertop and fridge space, and pops of color in a bright setting. Did we mention there’s a cocktail cart? Once you’re ready to feast, gather around the large, sunny dining room with art deco decor to enjoy your dish.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature private ensuite baths, comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage. This home features two large primary suites - one on each side of the house. Primary Suite 1 features a King bed, an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and direct access to the pool. Primary Suite 2 features a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities. Guest Room 1 features two full beds, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and direct access to the private front courtyard. Guest Room 2 has a King bed and ensuite bath. Guest Room 3 has a King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool.

THE LOCATION
Our Spero Estate Executive Villa is located on Millionaire’s Row in the Indian Canyons. This Palm Springs neighborhood is beloved for its magnificent landscapes, peaceful energy, and close proximity to the city’s most gorgeous mountains, parks, and golf courses. Perhaps the most iconic feature of Indian Canyons is the rare array of mid-century modern architecture, which includes the former residences of celebrities like Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope.

Vacationers in Indian Canyons can indulge in a round of golf at Indian Canyons Golf Course, or take a self-guided tour of its colorful, historic homes. Hikers will adore exploring the scenic, mountain-backed trails from South Lynkken Trailhead. And foodies will be happy with the delicious variety of surrounding cafes and restaurants to try out. • 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

The perfect setting

We had our first blended family mini vacation together at this house and it was the perfect setting. The house was lovely and spacious, with so many great rooms and areas to hang out. Comfortable furniture and so many touches. Many great games and books. Sonos sound systems. The kitchen was so well organized, and they had the biggest fridge ever! The outside was idyllic with a giant pool that was 9ft deep so brilliant for jumping and underwater swimming. The mountain views were spectacular, especially as they glowed at sunset. The master suite felt very private and a tranquil space at one end of the house. All the rooms were great and the kids loved their choices. The house location was very close to the main street too. A few mins drive. The hosts were really helpful, very responsive and proactive. I really couldn't have hoped for a better choice house that matches the pictures and description and it was a dreamy wonderful time that I could not fault. I truly hope to be back.

We joined a group staying here last Dec just before Christmas and my husband and I stayed in the suite behind the kitchen. It was hands down the most beautiful and comfortable room I've ever stayed in, and I do enjoy a luxury trip whenever the opportunity arrives. The house is very nice with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It is next to a golf course, so the location is private and quiet. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and it was a quick Uber to downtown. The indoor space is thoughtfully decorated and there is a lot of outdoor seating. There were clear and helpful instructions. Whenever we had questions, Acme was responsive.

Acme does an amazing job at communicating before and during your stay making you feel right at home. Spacious, impeccably decorated home with fantastic inside and outside space. We had our adult kids and parents with us and everyone had a fabulous bedroom and abundant space to spread out. Overall Comment This house was in a nice location 10 minutes from downtown. There was also a plaza for groceries and take out just around the corner. The two master suites were big and all the rooms had their own bathrooms which was a plus. When we did have minor issues here and there...the property management took care of it right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Delightful PSP luxury home

Overall Comment This is a gorgeous home that is fully functional as you would expect. ACME is very good at communication and handling issues, and in fact, we had an issue on arrival that they handled and accommodated us for expediently. I think ACME is great and you mostly can't go wrong with this house, especially for a smi-large group. My only issue II wish to bring up so there would be a possibility of future change in Palm Springs is the ridiculous noise ordinance. There is a special team of Vacation Rental Compliance Officers in PSP whose sole goal to to respond to complaints. We were hailed down at our door aggressively for a noise complaint that they couldn't substantiate and had no idea where it was coming from. Our neighboring house also got this. We actually know the ordinance and thus had no music playing outside, yet we were still bothered and got several calls from the rental company because these officers came out. So if you are fine with the possibility of harassment during your stay, then that is the only complaint I have and hope these miserable people living in PSP can be more welcoming.

Overall Comment It is a lovely home -very spacious if you are having guests stay with you --each bedroom has its insuite bathroom and the rooms are private. The a/c was always blowing in one of the rooms and couldn't get regulated. The chairs by the fire-pit are uncomfortable so we never sat by the fire-pit which is a lovely feature in the backyard. The home is a great location and nice walk to Koffi -5-8 min, to any restaurant in downtown Palm Springs. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lovely home.

The pictures don't do justice! This place was beautiful, from the Jonathon Adler furnishings and designer plates from Anthropology. Everything was thought of, every little detail! Loved the spaciousness of all the rooms! Just a magnificent property! Choose the property due the 5 bedrooms. It was perfect for my family! Beautiful furnishings, beautiful home! They had everything we needed for the house! Did not disappoint!

The Spero Estate was wonderful and absolutely beautiful. Renee and everyone at ACME House Co. were very helpful whenever something came up. The pool and hot tub made the whole house something very special. Everything was a short drive, or Lyft away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat or with any Acme house.
