While the inside of this luxury vacation home is absolutely gorgeous, it is the very private pool yard, the lush gardens and the magnificent mountain views that are the crowning glory. This property is beautifully landscaped and carefully space planned for spending time with your group. There are also more intimate outdoor spaces designed for some alone time to curl up with a good book or take a restorative nap

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Welcome to Serendipity Palm Springs - a high-style estate home that looks as the though it were ripped from the pages of House Beautiful Magazine or Better Homes and Gardens. This property captures the sophisticated Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear. It is glamorously nostalgic yet very 'next century' at the same time.

This sprawling single family home has a large living room that is open to the dining room - perfect for spending time with your entire group. The fully-stocked chef’s kitchen has gleaming Viking appliances including a six-burner gas range, and an oversized side by side refrigerator. You’ll find plenty of cabinets, a breakfast bar, and a television. There is also a separate den that is perfect for binge watching your favorite TV shows or streaming whatever programming is trending for you.

The interiors of this home have been space planned to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. Almost every room features french doors that open up to the gardens, pool area or verandah. At Serendipity Palm Springs - the focus is on easy, care-free living in the sunshine.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
There are two King masters - each with a private bath. Both bedroom suites have the look and feel of an upscale boutique hotel - featuring hospitality-quality mattresses, smart televisions and ample storage.

A PART OF PALM SPRINGS HISTORY
This private home was custom built in 1957 when weekend and seasonal getaways were all the rage for the celebrities and millionaires who flocked to the Deepwell Neighborhood to relax under the radar. Carmen Miranda, Jack Webb, Eva Gabor, William Holden, Loretta Young and Julie London all had estates here. Even hot dog king Oscar Meyer owned a place in Deepwell. Today, Deepwell remains one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Palm Springs - known for its impressive estate-like properties that feature tall privacy hedges, glamorous swimming pools and iconic architecture.

THE LOCATION
Deepwell Estates is located in walking distance to South Palm Springs' hottest night spots like The Purple Room, Mr. Lyon's, The Saguaro and The Ace Hotel. Some of the City’s best restaurants including SOPA, Europa, and Pho 533 are right down the block. I found myself surrounded by peace and tranquility in the backyard gardens. Hummingbirds and doves everywhere. The pool was wonderfully relaxing and the location was fabulous. Was able to walk downtown to the shops from the house, although it was a good mile but a good walk.

This is a beautiful spot in the Deepwell area. You can walk to Elmers, Koffi or the Ace for brunch/coffee. It's quiet and private. It has some of the most amazing landscaping we have encountered with rentals. We loved sitting out by the fire every morning with our coffee. It is a truly special spot. We would watch the birds and admire the garden. This home isn't as updated as others, but it doesn't really matter as it's so cozy. It has a very LA vibe. The pool had some glitches and we found the internet spotty, but the yard is so breathtaking it makes up for that! Acme was a pleasure to deal with as always.

A Real Slide of Heaven

We just returned from a week at Serendipity Palm Springs where we were completely charmed by the property inside and out. The front yard is stunning and green -- ideal for morning coffee, nights by the fire, and dinner at the large table. The pool area is lovely with the scent of jasmine and hummingbirds adding to the enchantment. The house has every amenity and is casual chic and very clean. Nice beds, great bathrooms, kitchen stocked with quality items, plenty of comfy seating inside and out. We immediately tried to book this property again for spring break next year and were so sad to see it wasn't available but we'll be back to Serendipity and are trying another Acme property in the meantime.

The house is exactly how you see in the photos - beautiful and well maintained. The landscaping is gorgeous, we took "nature walks" around to see hummingbirds, little rabbits, flowering plants & cacti. The pool is perfect to swim few laps around. There is a grill, outdoor dining space, little veranda nook to sit in the morning. The property is lit at night and looks like a magazine photo. Lots of nice art & Hermes decor. Basically, I loved everything about this property.

The rental process was simple and efficient. The management was responsive an helpful. The home is in a great neighborhood and the property is super clean and well equipped. The pool is large and beautiful and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend to others. We had a couple of issues with the house. 1) it was incredibly hot in PS (118 on day) the AC seemed to struggle to keep the house cool. Even at night, the primary bedroom never really cooled down 2) the second bedroom although nicely furnished is very small and the bed is way too high/tall.

This was exactly the dreamy, restorative, replenishing vacation we all needed, as we began to emerge from the pandemic. The home is gorgeous, in a neighborhood we immediately decided we’d happily move to, as we edge closer to retirement. The pool was glorious—and watching our kiddos enjoy it *together* was a balm for these aging parental souls. ?? ACME was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or concern, and all the helpful local insights about Palm Springs, the surrounding natural areas, sights, sounds, food, etc. we could ever need was provided in a binder, which we referred to often. This was also the rare property that really IS as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures. (You won’t be disappointed by someone’s fancy camerawork. ??) Already looking forward to a return trip!

We needed some relaxation during the pandemic and the house was perfect for that. Amazingly well stocked kitchen made cooking at the home so easy. Gorgeous outdoor and indoor spaces. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Very private and clean. Came well stocked with everything you could need. It is a large corner property which is very private and the front garden that that surrounds the entire home is beautiful and comfortable. If only we weren't there on the hottest weekend, we would have enjoyed it even more. We highly recommend it!

This house was perfect in every way. The location, the accommodations - all of it was perfect. The internet was a bit spotty. And the tv room TVs didn't work but we didn't miss them. Other than that I have nothing to mention. And the yard/gardens! Just gorgeous.

This house is indeed ideal for my wife and I, and on this occasion we enjoyed it more because our granddaughter joined us for a few days. Swank and sophisticated property that felt like a movie set. Husband and I chose this place for a summer getaway and loved every minute. The pool yard is so private. The gardens were amazing. And everything about the house was perfect. Pricey but worth it. You can tell the homeowners love this place.
