The fabulous resort-style yard features sweeping mountain views, a front loaded heated pool with an integrated spa, and poolside chaise lounges - perfect for relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. You'll also find alfresco dining, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit lounge. There’s even a back patio with ping pong and a hammock. This property is livable luxury - it's the type of place visitors return to year after year.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This luxury home has been walled for privacy. The yard features a heated pool and spa, chaise lounges, occasional seating, an outdoor living area, and alfresco dining - plus a BBQ grill. There's also a fire pit lounge. The back of the house has a patio where you’ll find ping pong, a hammock, and more occasional seating. Breathtaking mountain views add to the magic of this fabulous property.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Luxury vacation home where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. It's gorgeous and sophisticated but casual and comfortable at the same time. Walls of glass around the property blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. The open floor plan is perfect for spending quality time with your group. The living room is open to the dining area and the gorgeous chef’s kitchen - which is perfect for individual and group meal prep.

This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - high speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems, flatscreen TVs, and more.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms have been beautifully styled and feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Suite has a King bed, access to a patio - where you’ll find ping pong, a hammock, and occasional seating - and an ensuite bath. Guest Suite 1 has a Queen bed, a patio, and an ensuite bath. Guest Room 2 also has a Queen bed and easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. There is also an additional powder room by the living area.

THE LOCATION
Great location in the very popular Movie Colony East - a quarter mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. An easy walk to Ruth Hardy Park. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all just a few minutes away. The Convention Center, Casino, public tennis courts, movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues are also very close by. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.

Loved our stay!! The location could not be beat. Walkable distance to DT PS and Ruth Hardy Park. Convenient to all the best shops and restaurants. The hot tub and pool area were amazing after a long day hiking and exploring PS. Everything we needed was provided, just add food and wine and you’re set! We even enjoyed a friendly ping pong competition. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to PS.

Wonderful house

Wonderful house and very responsive staff! Pretty and very clean. Greet linens and towels. When the bed was too hard for me they sent a pillow top over same day! One thing I think would be a great addition is to add more shade around the pool. I think they would benefit from hanging shade sails in summer. Too hot to walk around the pool even in the evening! As well, upon check in, we all fried in 100+ trying to get to the front door code on our phones, in blinding sun, with no shade there at all.

The property management company was helpful and communicative - they responded immediately when I texted questions and were very friendly. (Seriously the best experience I've had with a management company.) The only issue we had was when we initially arrived we had some trouble getting into the property because the entry codes were slightly mislabeled in the check-in information, but I let the management company know so that they can fix that for future tenants.

This place has been one our favourites with Acme. The house is comfy and well appointed. Three ensuites is rare and suites us perfectly. A great neighbourhood. Quiet and close to everything. Great pool. Acme always is attentive, friendly and fixes any concerns right away. Side note: The owners do really need to address all the showers. They clog easily and you are left showering in a bit of bathtub like situation. I'm sure Acme has told them and they seem to not fix this as we have stayed twice now! Other than that, perfect!

Lots to Love at Royal Escape

We stayed here for 5 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Well stocked kitchen, full baths in each bedroom, and a front yard and view that was simply a slice of desert heaven. The privacy in this home is terrific, and we spent many nights soaking in the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit under the stars and in the shadow of a gorgeous Mountain View. Sunrises reflecting on the mountain were an especially beautiful treat. We had a few minor issues which ACME took care of quickly and fully. Will surely rent from ACME again and again. Top notch service.

The house exceeded our expectations. The living space is open, large, and bright with great flow between the kitchen, living room, and outdoor spaces. The outdoor space is well laid out, and the integrated spa and pool are amazing. And the bedrooms are comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. We really appreciated the fact that each bedroom has its own en suite. Finally, the location was ideal with an easy 15-20 min walk to the shops and restaurants on the main strip and is in close proximity to Ruth Hardy Park. All-in-all, it was the perfect location for our long weekend in Palm Springs.

Because we were the first guests, there were some initial concerns. Acme was very responsive and quick to solve the issues. I would rent a house from Acme again just for their responsiveness. We had a great time and loved sitting by the pool looking at the mountains - coffee in the am drinks at night.
