SLEEPING QUARTERS
The home has three well-appointed bedrooms that await you. Each bedroom has a large closet, a 43” LGTV, and convenient access to a bathroom, either ensuite or just down the hall. Two bedrooms offer luxurious King beds, the third bedroom hosts a Queen, and the bonus room has two twin beds, ideal for single guests or children. The office provides an optimal workspace and doubles as an extra bedroom with a Queen Murphy bed. To make your stay effortless, a convenient full laundry room is located alongside the bedrooms.

• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded.
