OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Indoor and outdoor living seamlessly blend in this home, with glass sliders leading to the resort-style backyard from two bedrooms, the living spaces, and the dining room. Both sundrenched and shaded lounge areas are scattered throughout the backyard, including furnished covered patios outside two bedrooms that offer privacy for your morning coffee and conversation, plus cushioned lounge chairs with large umbrellas circling the large shimmering pool. There are so many inviting outdoor seating areas that choosing where to relax will be a challenge! Of course, you can just unwind in the pool, and then take a refreshing outdoor shower surrounded by beautiful mosaic tile.
In the evenings, al fresco dining and a BBQ grill just beyond the kitchen, the perfect extension of the indoor dining space. After dinner, Palm Springs sunsets are even more stunning when you’re gathered around the fire table outside with your favorite people.

The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen bed and share access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is well-appointed with dressers for belongings, high-quality linens, a flatscreen TV, and plenty of natural light from either glass sliders to the patio or large windows with mountain views.

Tucked within the exclusive Deepwell Estates, this home is within walking distance to South Palm Springs’ hottest night spots, like the Purple Room, Mr. Lyon’s, the Saguaro, and The Ace Hotel, plus incredible restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. It’s also minutes from beautiful hikes, renowned golf courses, and the famous Palm Canyon Drive, where many shops and restaurants await. If outdoor adventure is on your list, visit Tahquitz Canyon, Indian Canyons, or Mount San Jacinto State Park for fantastic hiking, bike along the flat streets of Palm Springs, explore a nature preserve, or enjoy tennis and golf.
