OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property truly captures the magic of Southern California style. The private backyard is spacious and well-planned - with lots of different gathering places. The pool is at the center of the yard and is surrounded by chaise lounges, outdoor dining for up to 8 guests, and a built in BBQ. You’ll also find a fire feature near the spa, as well as a covered outdoor living area. Stunning mountain views and towering palm trees just add to the magic of this special property.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This designer chic vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. It's been completely remodeled yet still honors the home's classic mid century architecture. The mid mod inspired furnishings reinterpret the iconic midcentury style without sacrificing comfort. The free-flowing floor plan provides enough space for your entire group to spread out and relax. Walls of glass let the light pour in - blurring the lines between indoor outdoor living.

Everything has been updated for the way we live today - including a fully appointed kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, high-speed internet, flatscreen TVs in every room, and comfortable sleeping quarters. This is the type of place where you can just put your feet up and relax.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four bedrooms have been beautifully styled like an exclusive boutique hotel and feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The master bedroom features a King bed, an ensuite bath and access to the pool yard - there’s also a desk for working/learning remotely. The first guest room also features a King bed, an ensuite bath and direct access to the pool yard. The other two guest rooms each feature a King bed and share easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Perfectly located for those who want to be close to everything! This quiet residential neighborhood is ideal for walking and bike riding. Flat picturesque streets are lined with towering palm trees and architecturally significant properties. You will be close to hiking trails, fine dining restaurants, entertainment venues and local conveniences like grocery stores and coffee houses. You will be less than a mile from the South Palm Springs Business District.

Our second amazing stay at Palm Breeze. Large beautifully furnished home, super clean, kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Wonderfully quiet neighbourhood with beautiful homes, lovely for walks. Pool is stellar and sunny back yard is totally private. We walked to the grocery store and several great restaurants and a really good coffee shop just down the street. Location is perfect, very close to downtown. Can't wait to return to Palm Breeze!

AMAZING home

AMAZING home, just absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need for a wonderful palm springs getaway. The host was extremely communicative at all times, even when a circuit blew in the evening they had someone come by and fix it within an hour or two. My only note about the house is that one of the bedrooms seems to be kind of a sectioned off portion of the living room, so there is virtually no sound-proofing between it and the common areas of the house. You can hear every breath, cough, snore, etc of anyone in that room while you're in the living room (and vice versa). It worked out fine because we were all close friends, but it's good to know in case you're staying there with anyone you're not super close with. All the other 3 rooms are fabulous and well sectioned off and very private. Would stay at this house again for sure.

Celebrating my dad’s 65th birthday and was looking for a place big enough for 8 and 2 dogs. This place was perfect. Spotless and exactly what the pictures depicted. Beautiful in person. Backyard was the highlight as we spent most of our time enjoying the pool but also all the sitting options. Kitchen had everything we needed as we did a lot of cooking and preparing drinks. The area was peaceful and close to everything we needed (grocery store, coffee shop). Would definitely stay here again.

This place is excellent! ACME made the check in super easy. The pool and jacuzzi are big enough for the 8 guests to enjoy. It was fun being able to have people in the jacuzzi and around the fire pit at night since those areas are close to each other. The house has everything you need to cook and bbq. The bathrooms were nicely updated with ample hot water. We loved the open floor plan so we could cook and entertain! The neighborhood is also pristine and quiet. ??

Our stay at Palm Breeze was absolutely amazing. We loved the space. Themed bedrooms, great kitchen and living room area, and a beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and even a lemon and lime tree. Location was perfect for us. The Twin Palms neighborhood is gorgeous. We walked to get our morning coffee and there's restaraunts, bars, grocery store, and shops within walking distance too. Just a short drive into the main part of town. Would definitely recommend staying if you get the chance!

My wife, daughter and another couple stayed here this past weekend and loved this place. It was clean, the neighborhood is scenic, it’s close to groceries, the pool was just big enough and the amenities were all good. We basically laid by the pool and cooked for 4 days and this place facilitated that to a tee. Only two tiny things to be aware of - as other reviewers have mentioned, the 4th bedroom off the living room doesn’t offer much privacy and felt like it was wedged into the house. Also, we could never figure out how to get the hot tub jets working properly. They appeared to be on a timer that we could never find or troubleshoot. But honestly, this house was awesome and I plan on coming back.

Not only was I a fan of the house, we just loved the Twin Palm neighborhood to boot. Feels like you're back in time, hanging with the Brat Pack. We had Henry Mancini playing softly in the background the whole stay. The house was beautiful, clean and the beds were dreamy. I slept like a baby all week long. Something about the desert energy? This house is perfect for a family, or a friend get-together, either way, we are coming back next month. When booking ask Renee who is the best. She is honest and knows exactly what you and your family need. She is an expert in the area as well. The only fault I could find was the house wasn't fully equipped with essentials like paper towels and cleaning supplies. However it only took one phone call, and the management was on it. Have told my friends about this company and they have booked with Acme as well. Very happy with ACME

This property met our exceptions and more! An amazing, comfortable oasis nestled in the heart of Palm Springs, where we enjoyed privacy and yet, close to the downtown action. Every detail in this home is thouroughtly thought of, from the decor to the linens. We will most definitely return to stay here - it is a true gem!

What a wonderful escape. Since we can’t go out because of Covid this house offered a perfect staycation with our kids. The house was our destination and had everything we need to feel as if we got away. Amazing neighborhood too. Strolled the neighborhood everyday. Cant wait to go back.

A group of six guys rented this house for a reunion trip. It was perfect. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Comes quipped with everything you'd want or need. Big back yard, amazing pool, spa and fire pit with green space big enough for bocce ball. It's the kid of house you want when you visit Palm Springs. Hotels are for the birds. Would definitely rent again.
