Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to rent again on a future visit to PS.

What a welcome! We flew in early evening. on the way to the house;I received a call from the manager if everything was to our satisfaction. We informed them we were just pulling up and would let them know if issues. Lights were on music playing fireplace on TV! It definitely made us feel appreciated. We spent every evening in the hot tub! Jumped in the pool a few times. We had one day upper 70s so we spent most of the day at the house. Your guide book helped with any questions we had. We were concerned about the noise ordinance. We are talkers and enjoy a lot of laughter. But we were fine! Thank you for taking such good care of the home and us. Food recommendation Shanghai Reds! Fabulous catch of the day, coconut shrimp, fish tacos. Highly recommend! We enjoyed Box Canyon, Joshua tree national park,road trip to Idyllwild! If we ever get back to Palm Springs we would rent from this management company again!

We had a great experience at this warm and cozy house. Our kids loved the pool. The house was very clean. Instructions for occupants were clear and detailed. The area was very quiet. We would stay here again for sure.

Great long weekend getaway

This property was exactly as pictured. It was clean and well appointed. The tanning shelf was an unexpected highlight and we enjoyed having ample outdoor seating options in shade or full sun. The kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked and the other amenities (ping pong & fire pit) were definitely bonuses. The only 2 negatives (and they are very minor): There is no door to the main suite bathroom which is strange and the TVs do not have HDMI ports, so we couldn't use our own streaming device that we brought with us. But again, not a huge deal. We loved staying here and would absolutely book this property again.

Our family loved this house and we’ve never stayed in a cleaner home than this one! The layout was great, the furniture was all high end and just really well set up. The pool cleaner came 2x per week and you can even request it more regularly if it gets bad (it can get pretty windy/dusty). Kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t run out of any supplies during our week stay. Things I loved most about this property were the washer/dryer, pet and kid friendly, completely enclosed back yard and the tanning deck in the pool (great for kids who can’t swim).

Great find for the money. One of the best values we have found in Palm Springs. Management Company was so easy and welcoming. The house itself was beautiful. The pool yard was private and spacious. We loved the outdoor covered area for escaping the very hot summer sun. The best part was the really cool wallpaper in the master bedroom. We felt like movie stars.

This is a newly updated home very close to DT Palm Springs. The house is very clean and modern. Every room has a huge tv. There's a ping pong table in the garage. The pool is a little small, mostly because it has a sizable tanning shelf. But the pool and spa all worked great. All the amenities are really nice. It just felt clean all around. The property management company was very helpful - easy to get a hold of and willing to help out as quickly as possible with any of our questions or needs. I would definitely stay at this home again!

We are big Anthony Bordain fans ever since his 2011 Palm Springs visit. So we just had to rent this house for our desert getaway! This property did not disappoint. The designer wall paper throughout the house is gorgeous. The furniture is all so stylish and comfortable. The pool yard was stellar. But the best part was waking up to that larger than life size piece of art where Mr. Bordain himself smiled down at us during our morning coffee. Thanks to the owners for including some great AB reads. We will be back for sure!
