Beautiful property and really well styled. Management company was responsive. Amenities were perfect and just a short ride to downtown. Only issue we had was wifi, connected but service didn't work. Management company was on site upon our arrival for the wifi issue which I assume was reported by someone else also. Reached out to them a handful of times for which they were nice and were trying to help. Unfortunately, it was unresolved and we had to tether off our phone. Not a major issue but enough of a nuisance that with resolution would have made this an absolute 10/10 perfect place to stay.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at this property. You thought of absolutely everything- including treats for our dog! The house is beautiful- with lots of space to relax by yourself or visit with the family. It is an easy walk into town. Thank you for adding to our family's special time together.

Great amenities and a fantastic place to stay for my wife’s 40th birthday getaway with friends. Property management is very responsive and left concise instruction for us. We ran into an issue where the controller to the pool light and turning on the spa wasn’t working but they were able to send someone out right away was able to quickly resolve the issue. Will definitely come back again!

We booked My Kind of Zen, arriving on my husband's birthday, and staying for 8 days. First, Renee and the team at Acme House Co are wonderful!! There was a bottle of wine and birthday card on the kitchen island as we walked into the home. Renee or Ashley were on top of every detail and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Secondly...the home!! The pictures and the virtual tour are why we booked this home, and it was even better than we expected! Super convenient location and quiet, also! Every detail was thought of by the owner and/or Acme. Everything was provided we needed (pans, utensils, sharp knives, spices, etc) to cook a few meals, all kinds of glasses and dishes were provided as we hosted a few friends for lunch...everything was delightful!! The beds are super comfortable, and that's always a concern for us. We enjoyed the home so much, we just booked another getaway in a few months!

Overall a great house and location. Somewhat close to Sunrise (main road) and airport but I knew that going in so it was not an issue for us. House was updated and modern with nice finshes including clean and spacious bathrooms. Everything worked as it should with a light bulb or two out here and there but nothing out of the ordinary. Check in was a breeze even with a sligh hiccup and ACME are extremely available and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would change is the policy on the AC. They do not let you go below 72 degree (I had to push to get to 70 degrees) and while this was fine for our stay (it was not that hot) I can imagine that would be an issue if you stayed in this house over the summer especially when temps get over 110 degrees. I understand that they do not want the units to freeze over but there has to be a better way to control this than to limit the temperature and negatively impact the comfort of the guests. Ww would still rent from them again 100%.

Such a great house. Great inside layout for multiple people to have privacy. And an excellent outdoor space with a great pool and hot tub and several different sitting locations. The house was very clean with modern appliances and the sleeping areas were very comfortable. I plan to visit again in the future and I highly recommend to other renters.

we had a wonderful and relaxing getaway for 10 days at My Kind of Zen. The house is beautiful, modern, and really nicely decorated. The property is very private from the moment you enter the front gates, and the backyard flows so easily into the indoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved it there. Hope to stay there again in the future.

This is a really nice rental house. Extremely clean and quiet. Each bathroom had branded products and nicely folded hand towels like a high end hotel. The master bedroom was great and has a really nice, private patio area. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is on the smaller side and would probably be a bit tight for three couples, but is doable. Acme management was really easy to deal with and kept in regular communication via text. They are on it! Would stay there again.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at My Kind of Zen. We had originally booked another property, but Gene was proactive in communicating with us as the air conditioning was out of sorts. The new property had a really great pool, super clean, and we loved the little touches throughout the home including fresh ground coffee. Our two dogs also had a great time -- the little patches of astro turf were perfect. A hop and skip away from all the good eats in Downtown Palm Springs. We hope to be back again, during a cooler part of the year.

Great attention to detail throughout. We loved our stay here. Close to everywhere we wanted to go with great dining options nearby. The pool, spa and yard are spectacular - super private. The home is luxurious, stylish and super comfortable. Cozy beds, linens and pillows are important to me and these were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Overall Comment We really enjoyed our stay in this house for a long weekend in Palm Springs. The house has definitely been updated from its original form - everything is new, clean and modern. Plus the house looked nothing like the street view in Google. The Good: -Clean, laid out well -Comfy beds, nice bathrooms (the shower in the primary bedroom is HUGE!) -Location is super convenient to everything Palm Springs -Quiet, even being two houses in from a semi-busy street -Safe, secure -Pool with view of the mountains The OK -Pool/patio look a little worn, especially compared to the newness of the house -Garage is not for tenant use, so your car sits in the hot PS sun all day -Smoke alarm battery went out at 5am and woke us all up - we removed the battery, but then the alarm system started beeping. Even replacing the battery wouldn't help Some reviewers complain about all the rules, but this is Palm Springs. Many of the rules are in place to maintain the vibe of the city - no loud parties or music. Overall a great stay! The minor issues were just that - minor!

We're sorry about the smoke alarm...the batteries are normally changed with the clocks, but we may need to look at tweaking that timeline...thank you for letting us know. We are also happy to share that the owners updated the outdoor area by resurfacing the pool deck and added a new outdoor conversation-pit style seating area.
Such an adorable house!!! V clean and the master suite is insanity! Pool stays quite warm as it is a bit on the shallow side but the water feature is soo cute (when it works!) had to have the pool tech out to get it working and we continued to have issues w it throughout the weekend but whatevs. The entire home is very private and fenced in so great for pups! The neighborhood is gorgeous! Loved our stay.

I am not the type of person that writes a lot of reviews, but I had to take the time to leave a review for this amazing property. I travel quite a bit, with and without my two children. I have rented many homes in the past but this one takes the cake! This house is located perfectly. It’s in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to everything that you need. It is just minutes from the airport and minutes from downtown Palm Springs. I visited this May for a girls trip with my best friend. I saw the pictures of the home prior to our arrival but the pictures do not capture what a great vacation spot this really was! The house is modern and spotless and very well cared for. It has everything that you could ask for. Everything is labeled and very well organized. The welcome letter that is on the giant kitchen island gave us all of the information that we needed. The WiFi works great and I was able to work remotely just fine. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything that you need. The kitchen and living room area are open concept and perfect for entertaining. The entire room opens up to the backyard with floor to ceiling windows for an awesome view of the pool and hot tub! The backyard was where we spent most of our time if we were not walking to the downtown area to go shopping or to dine at one of Palm Spring’s amazing restaurants. We swam and floated on the giant pool floaties that were provided during the day and sat by the fire pit at night. There are amazing Mountain View...

I had the most amazing stay here in Palm Springs! This home couldn’t be more perfect… If you are flying into Palm Springs international it is minutes away so there’s no time wasted getting yourself into sun. Within 10 minutes of collecting my luggage I was able to be poolside amongst palm trees! It doesn’t get any better than that! The home is beautiful. Very quintessential Palm Springs with a lovely modern vibe and perfect layout. I have stayed in vacation homes before and this spot is honestly my favorite. I was here for almost 2 weeks and it very quickly felt like home. It’s perfectly located close to everything that you could possibly want to do and see and they really thought of everything. You can cook, you can grill (they really thought of EVERYTHING... it’s a fully stocked kitchen!) and at night with the beautiful pool lights you can cozy up in one of the many beautiful little spots around the property. I think I spent a couple of days at each one… The sweet little moment around the fire pit. The front area outside the master bedroom with a beautiful sculptural water feature. And I could never forget those mountain views! The view from the master bedroom was absolutely remarkable. With heavy sound reducing black out curtains, an amazing night sleep is easy to be had....but I quickly learned I preferred them open so I could be woken up with the light of the sun.
