Everything about this property has been designed for luxury living in the sunshine! The gorgeous and very private resort-style yard features a fabulous saltwater pool with a tanning deck and integrated spa. The pool is surrounded by chaise lounges, a built-in BBQ cooking station with a bar, and a fire pit lounge - perfect for enjoying the desert evenings. You’ll also find a game of corn hole - plus a patio at the front of the house great for stepping out for some fresh air. Towering palm trees and absolutely breathtaking mountain views add to the magic of this spectacular property. It’s truly a vacation paradise!

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This home is off-the charts gorgeous - it looks as though it was ripped from the pages of Architectural Digest Magazine! The inside features a fabulous open floor plan, clerestory windows, and sliding floor-to-ceiling walls of glass that let the light pour in, blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The well-stocked chef’s kitchen - which is perfect for individual or group meal prep - is open to the dining and living areas. The living room has ample seating, a gas fireplace and jaw-dropping mountain views. There is also an office - which is great for remote working and learning.

This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - high speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems, 5 flatscreen TVs, motorized shades, and much more!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All 3 bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite will take your breath away! It features a King bed and a fabulous ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a steam shower with a back lit stone wall that glows in the evenings, and there’s even a private outdoor shower - plus direct access to the pool yard! The 2 Guest Suites feature King beds, ensuite bathrooms, and direct access to the patio on the side of the house. There is also a guest half bathroom in the hallway.

This property is tucked away in the coveted Araby neighborhood below the Southridge Estates - once home to Bob Hope and Steve McQueen. Here you’ll be just minutes away from the South Palm Springs Business District and the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive! Restaurants, cafes, grocers, sandwich shops, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, bars and other neighborhood conveniences are all a stone's throw away. Fun spots such as the Moorten Botanical Garden, Mr. Lyons and The Purple Room are all very close. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but travel in privacy under the radar!

A beautiful house in every way, with great attention to detail, and in a terrific but quiet location. There's a lot to do in Palm Springs. When you've had enough activity, it's really nice to be able to go "home" and relax by the pool. The house is nicely stocked and is ultra clean and comfortable. We had positive interactions with ACME and would be very happy to rent from them again.

This is a spectacular home in a great location. We rarely left the house in four days as it felt like a mini-resort. The only thing to be aware of is that there was some neighborhood noise from the pool and houses next door, even at night. But even with that, I highly recommend this place!

Modern Luxe is a beautiful property and is exactly as advertised. The house is well named as it indeed offers many modern luxuries both in function and form. It is super clean and well stocked with the essentials. Great for a group of friends or families. The pool is beautiful, the garage is air conditioned and full of games and the bedrooms have big closets and private private bathrooms. I almost cried when I lost the coin toss for the master bedroom! It is that beautiful. If you are looking for a house to have a wild party in this is not the place for you. There are strong noise ordinances in the neighborhood and music and loud conversation outside is discouraged. I didn’t count this against the house as it’s a necessary step they have had to take in other to keep rental homes legal. So I get it. Do yourself a favor and read the house manual they provide. It has lots of good information that will help you navigate the lighting, A/C and shades. I promise it will make your stay even easier. We really had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend.

Loved my stay at Modern Luxe!

Loved my stay at Modern Luxe in Palm Springs! The pool and hot tub are fabulous and the house is out of this world. It feels like the entire home opens up to the outside and I found myself finding new areas each day to relax, read, nap, or just have a glass a wine and stare at the beautiful view. I had one issue with the control for the smart home during my stay and they were extremely responsive and by the end of the day it was fixed. All and all I would love to return to this home

We had an amazing experience, all thanks to the house. It truly is like the pictures and yet, even better. It is incredibly beautiful and so well planned--made our stay effortless. It is a great location for us, close to delis, stores, hiking trails, etc. Not walkable to downtown but we did not miss downtown at all during our trip. We enjoyed cooking at the house and lounging at the pool. ACME was great with being responsive pre-trip and we had no issues. The whole experience was better than imagined and planned. Highly recommended.

Dreamy, Pink, Happy House!

My sister and I had a glorious five nights here and we loved our stay. Check-in was contactless and seamless. Communications pre-arrival were great and very responsive. The house was spotless and the pool was fantastic, especially with the tanning shelf with built-in umbrella, key for the super hot afternoons. The towels (bath and pool) were fluffy and thick, which we appreciated! The kitchen was well appointed and appliances immaculate. We also loved that the AC worked really well and we were able to control ceiling fans, etc. easily. This has not always been the case with other vacation rentals. The big glass sliders were solid and locked solidly, which gave us peace of mind at night and the shades were all automatic, a very nice touch. Our only disappointment was that the mattresses were thin and firm. The linens were fine, nicely layered blankets and duvets, nice pillows, but it felt like they maybe skimped on the mattresses, which was a shame. A foam topper would go a long way in making the beds more comfortable. All three of the beds in the house had the same mattresses. Otherwise, this house was a lovely pink cloud!

You can't go wrong with this beautiful house. Plenty of space, beautiful views, and amazing pool. We enjoyed every moment staying here. The kitchen has everything you need and high-end appliances. Giant glass doors make for perfect indoor-outdoor living. Sit on a lounge chair and relax. Take a dip in the pool or enjoy the front patio. So many options! Our only regret was not staying longer.
