CELEBRITY PEDIGREE
Originally built in 1956/57 on roughly 7 prime acres, and then acquired by the famous actor, cowboy, and singer named Gene Autry in 1963, the Ocotillo Lodge features awe-inspiring views of the San Jacinto mountains from the condos, as well as the champagne cork-shaped pool. There is a long list of celebrities who have stayed or even owned condos in this celebrity hideaway including a few notable favorites like Lucille Ball, Marilyn Monroe, Dean Martin, George Burns, Gracie Allen and Frank Sinatra.

Mid mod inspired furnishings with convertible, twin pull out couch. Very comfortable and livable style. There is even an in-unit washer and dryer - which is a rare find!

CANCELLATION/REFUND For Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 nights or less:

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer)

• Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
• Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
• Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
• 60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any

This is a cute, functional place. Our house is being remodeled and wasn't finished as promised so we have spent a whole month in various units in the Ocotillo Lodge. This was the most fully-appointed of any of them. It is bright and airy and colorful as well. I highly recommend it!

A bit overpriced but loved the facility! Beautiful!

Our stay was very fun. The shower was a bit hard to get hot water but we managed. Kitchen was well stocked but not much room for food. Furniture was uncomfortable for us seniors but a very safe and friendly environment. We would definitely stay in the ocotillo again but get one away from the street and main level. All in all we loved the pool and hot tub. We felt it was overpriced for our unit’s location in the building.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Mid Mod Pad at Ocotillio Lodge over Memorial Day weekend. This rental had everything any could need to make for an enjoyable stay in Palm Springs! The host is super informative and responsive. Small kitchen area was fully stocked with ever appliance imaginable. (Even a small rice cooker) the bathroom is remodeled and super modern. King size bed with topper for added relaxation. Outdoor dining area with grill. Will absolutely be staying with ACME House again.

Such a perfect place! The location is great which makes it an easy drive to downtown. The decor was just as described, a “mid mod pad” filled with cute Mid Century Modern furniture. The space was clean and we felt very safe. Our host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Palm Springs.

Great location and accommodation. Close to everything, clean and it has all of the comforts you are looking for. Very nice pool, although the Club House and gym were closed due to COVID Restrictions. Would definitely stay here again.

The grounds and pool area are quiet, well-kept, spacious, and a great place to unwind. My only bit of caution for light sleepers is that the unit is located on a busy street.

Overall Comment Our stay was fantastic! We loved the unit. It was very clean and well stocked. The only comment I have is the shag carpet is a fun retro fit to the unit but doesn’t look clean. The pool and hot tubs looked very clean and well maintained. The traffic is very loud.
