Lemon Twist - Read The Reviews! Very Private Palm Springs Pool Yard!

Our stay at Lemon Twist with 7 adults was awesome! The scenery was gorgeous, and everything on Palm Canyon Drive was easily accessible. There was a bucket list of things to do on one of the walls and the suggestions were all excellent. We only heated the spa and it worked perfectly. All the different places to relax were so nice for our large group. We even planned a nice early Christmas dinner and both the long table and place settings available made for a gorgeous night in.

Great location for family gathering. Clean and fun! Great outdoor space! Shower nozzle in laundry room needs adjusting to prevent spraying. Short drive to downtown. Enjoyed morning walks to the park.

Lemon Twist was a fantastic stay. The house was great and the outdoor space was more than we expected. The kitchen was FULLY stocked, the bedrooms were adorable - the beds were so comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the lemon pool floaties were the perfect touch. All of us said that we would absolutely stay there again! One person accidentally left a few items behind. The property managers quickly found the items and mailed them back to her less than a week after our stay! Truly can't recommend this place enough.

We stayed here for a girls' trip and had a total blast! The house was great, with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, and having three bathrooms for four bedrooms was perfect. The outdoor space was so relaxing, with the pool, seating area, and grill. It was only 45 minutes to Joshua Tree and close to everything we wanted to do in Palm Springs.

We were two adults and four kids (ages 9 and 11) staying here and the space was fantastic. The pool and outdoor spaces were amazing and we easily spent hours just hanging out at the house. The kitchen was well equipped with spices, oil, coffee, and tea and everything we needed to prepare lots of meals at the house. The house and outdoor space were well decorated--we really enjoyed the lemon theme. We had an issue with the pool heat not working and someone was there to address it within a couple hours of us putting in a service request. It is definitely worth it to pay the extra fee for them to heat the pool! the location made it easy to drive into the center of Palm Springs and it was less than 5 mins away from a grocery store and pharmacy. The only cons are that we found the the beds to be uncomfortably soft for adults and two of the bedrooms face the street, which was busier at night than we were expecting and a little noisy. We would definitely return here for another trip!

The ACME team made this stay picture perfect. The house is good and near downtown. Everything is well maintained and the outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit every day. The house is 10 minutes from downtown. Ira on a semi busy street, across from a busy school so the fire alarms and bells are noticeable. But it’s close to everything and we had a blast. The ACME team made everything from check in to a minor issue to check out smooth.

Great layout and amazing outdoor space - we used it all - lounging around the pool, swimming, soaking in the hot tube, outdoor dining, outdoor bar & bbq, fire pit and serious putting competitions ! This is a nice home with a killer back yard! Even though it was a bit cool, we loved the pool, spa, and the flame table. Great space to BBQ and the putting green was a kick. The house is appropriately furnished with two fireplaces which came in handy, given the chilly nights. The kitchen was adequately provisioned. The coffee maker didn't work the first morning and the replacement the next day was busted as well, but ACME, the property manager was great about responding and delivered to us on day three a brand new one. The location is handy to downtown if you're a walker. The only drawback we noted was the traffic noise. The house is on a busy street and two of the bedrooms are on the street side. We got used to it fairly quickly and given the beds and pillows were so comfortable, everyone slept fine. Fun place for a family.

The lemon twist was the perfect house for our family celebration. The kitchen was very well appointed as well as being decorated to perfection with a mid century vibe and very cool wallpaper. All four bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds and blankets. Plenty of towels. Our family of 8 adults had a perfect stay at the Lemon Twist in Palm Springs. The attention to details was amazing! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed: multiple sets of new dishes and glasses, ample pool towels, lemon rafts, and even a box of goodies for our pup! The beds were soooo comfy it was hard to wake up! And there were plenty of usb ports and wifi for those of us who had work to do. The house is about a 15 minute walk to Uptown. Best of all, we enjoyed all the fun spaces including the putting green, fire pit and corn hole game. Thank you to whoever was responsible for creating this welcoming home!

Lemon twist was the perfect home for me and my closest girlfriends to enjoy a week of balancing relaxation and exploration in beautiful Palm Springs, CA. We enjoyed enjoyed the pool and gorgeous outdoor space as much as possible and took advantage of ALL of the photo ops. The online photos of the home are wonderful, but upon entering, it was even more beautiful! The artwork and adorable little touches really add to the home. All of us had a very comfortable stay and the bed I slept in felt like a cloud! I would absolutely come back and stay at Lemon Twist again!!

We stayed at the Lemon Twist for 4 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was perfect for 3 couples! I probably looked at every Acme property that could sleep 6-8 and it took me a month to choose Lemon Twist -- it did not disappoint! It was important for us to have a large kitchen as we made a lot of meals and hired a private chef one night. Beds are truly comfortable and the air conditioning kept up well with daytime temps in high 90's. The layout is great and open and we were never on top of each other. Love how the master bedroom has doors out to the patio and then there are two sets of doors out to the pool. Even though we didn't watch much TV the living room was a fun lounge area. We used every eating area but especially loved the outdoor table by pool for brunch and then the outside table & high top grill area for dinners. The yard is like a U-shape around the house and I worried it would separate our hangouts but instead it created neat spaces to enjoy either pool time, cornhole/grill/fire pit, or golf (also used putting green as yoga/workout area). Twinkly lights and high green hedges make it very private. Great location if you have a car and it's sort of nice it's on a busier street so you don't have to stress about your voices outside as much. We respected the music/voice ordinances and the only time we played music was from a cell phone on low volume by the pool while we were under a wind advisory so sound didn't travel. Obsessed with the SHAG art - couldn't be more Palm Springs. Also, the property was extremely clean, a must during these times. Overall Comment The pros: The backyard is fantastic. We were a very small group, but this yard and house is great layout for a larger group. The outdoor grill was really nice and the kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were super comfortable. Good customer service by the property management company. The cons: The house is located on a busy street, but if you spend most of your time in the great backyard, you do not really notice it. There was heavy construction at the house next door and on the street in front of the house. The pool heater did not work for the first few days and the spa heater stopped working a couple of times... but each time we called the property management company was very responsive and sent someone out to work on it.

Overall Comment My group thoroughly enjoyed it and all its offerings. The inside is extremely comfortable and spacious. The outside has so made living, seating, and relaxation areas, it was hard to use them all. It is a great house to use for those wanting group fun and those needing a separate space for quite/privacy/work. The kitchen amenities were totally undersold. This place is stacked with cooking ware and even a spice rack. A storm blew in and caused some power & pool heat issues. ACME was very responsive to our service calls. One down side, there was heavy construction next door and in the street in front of the house. This was disruptive at times. We'd all stay here again!

My family and I just got back from our vacation at Lemon Twist and we wish we never had to leave. The house is beautiful with incredible design and art throughout. Each room is spacious with very comfortable mattresses. The pool and yard are perfect and even though it was 118 outside, we still loved every minute of it! The location is perfect with a short drive to some delicious food and desserts. We highly recommend Lemon Twist to anyone looking for a refreshing and enjoyable time away!

11 out of 10! This property was exactly what we expected from the listing. The living quarters were very comfortable, however we didn’t use them much! We spent all of our time outside. The outdoor space/pool is absolutely incredible. We had an issue with the spa getting warm late at night but was addressed quickly after speaking with the pool cleaning company. While we did go in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, the owners left us masks and sanitizer, a very nice touch. We didn’t get to do too much in the city other than some hikes and patio dining. The location of the house would have been PERFECT if the world was “normal”. Also very close to the grocery store. My only con would be that the house is located on a fairly busy road so the two front King bedrooms do have some road noise. As a group we discussed and all agreed that we would absolutely be back to this property. Thanks for a great visit lemon twist!

We had a blast at this property. The layout offers privacy as well as several different communal areas. We loved the pool area and the grilling/fire pit/cornhole area the most. Four of us booked the property during the film festival and the location worked well for us. We walked to the Regal and it was an easy drive to the other sites. The concierge who met us did a great job of orienting us. We enjoyed the games in the yard. The only downside was that we had really wanted to use the hot tub between movies and it didn't work. we called the "help line" and some came out, said he needed to call the pool man and then we never heard back. So the hot tub and pool were unavailable the whole week. We also had a gas leak, but when we reported that issue it was repaired very quickly. We would book this property again and have already recommended it to others. We all enjoyed the kitchen.

We loved loved loved the mini golf and firepit. Super comfortable beds in all very nice bedrooms. We are big sports fans so the huge television in the living room was excellent. This should be called the fun house. Great hang out spaces. We stayed at home in the backyard almost the entire time. What more could we need - a great bar, miniature golf, corn hole, lots of covered and full sun places, great pool with spa and incredible mountain views. We travel to Palm Springs a lot. This is now on our list of top three places to stay!

Everything was amazing. The house layout separates bedrooms from living/dining room which made it awesome for quietness. Amenities where great and the pool lemon slices were the best! We loved the modern flow to this house. First time renting a house and this absolutely superseded our expectations. Totally would recommend. However the Palm Springs bylaw about noise is actually quite strict, we were outside at 5pm and received a noise phonecall. There was 7 of us laughing and chatting, however we had no music so that surprised us, we went inside after that.

F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S!!! This place is amazing! The home and outside area is very large which is hard to tell in the photos. The 8 of us stayed for the weekend for my birthday. It was enough space for everyone and had a bunch of great places to hangout inside and outside. I liked that the bedrooms are on the other side of the house from the pool because I enjoyed swimming laps as soon as I woke up(didn’t wake anyone). The pool was great and so was having the BBQ, cornhole and putting area. This was our first time using Airbnb with a management company. It was smooth and great to have immediate assistance from ACME. Can’t wait to return!

Even better in real life than the pictures online. This property is all about fun, sun and having a good time. The pool yard is seriously amazing. So many different places to chill out. Couldn't believe there was really a mini golf course and a huge outdoor bar and dining area. The entire place was so well-maintained and extremely cleaned. The Acme management team was so easy and responsive. Thank you for a great experience. 5 stars for sure!

This should be called the fun house. Great hang out spaces. We stayed "at home" in the backyard almost the entire time. Online photos don't do it justice. Even nicer in real life. Clearly a lot of thought went into make this home comfortable, livable and fun. The back yard has it all - so much so that we hardly left the property. We played mini golf, swam, and took lots of photos. This house is all about crazy fun photo opps. Mountain views were spectacular. We were concerned at first about the location on what seemed to be a kind of main road - but it was not an issue at all. In fact it turns out the location had us very close to everything. This is by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at.

We really enjoyed our time at the Lemon Twist. Great house, great pool, and lots of different places to relax both indoors and outdoors. The highlight for the kids was the mini golf. For the adults it was the outdoor bar and lounge. The instagramming millenials who were with us loved all the different places to take pictures - especially the big yellow stripes. We did take off one star because we wanted a late check out when our plane got delayed at the last minute and were told no because another guest was checking in later that day. We just don't think it would take more than two hours to clean for the next guest but the reservations team would not work with us to extend our stay. Just a slight mar on an otherwise perfect vacation.

We travel a lot and often stay in vacation rentals. Lemon Twist was the best experience ever. Since it is fairly new to the vacation rental market there were a few slight glitches to be worked through but the team from Acme was so quick to respond and so nice to deal with - that we didn't mind at all. And the place was so fantastic - that any minor inconvenience was totally offset. Daytime by the pool and spa. Night time at the outdoor bar and firepit lounge. The kitchen was great and there were huge TVs in every room. Terrific house for all ages!
