Mid century modern Style

We loved our stay at the Fiesta in the Sun. The house is decorated impeccably in a mid century modern style. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths were perfect for our family. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. We did not cook due to the many wonderful restaurants close to the house. The pool & hot tub area is gorgeous with many pool toys, outdoor shower and multiple areas to relax and enjoy. We loved the ping pong room which has full size washer & dryer and many games. This house is beautifully decorated but has a warm & friendly vibe. It is truly an oasis in Palm Springs and we hope to be back again.

I have never had such good/responsive service and this was the ONLY time I ever arrived when the pool was pre-heated (as promised) rather than having to waste a day of vacation to wait as it warms up. ACME is 5 star. Responded immediately to any concerns. Had pool repair people out to us within 2 hrs when pool filter was on the fritz. Can't wait to use them again.

It was also one of those rare experiences when everything is as good or better than it looks in the photographs. Also, Acme is a FANTASTIC rental company. Overall Comment I might suggest an update on the outdoor lighting and pool timer. The GFI had to be replaced, and for the first few nights we were unable to use the pool at night because it was totally dark, and maintenance repeatedly didn't fix the problem. A few days and phone calls and we were back up and running.

Lovely Palm Springs Getaway with backyard shade

Overall Comment My husband and I rented this house with my parents for a little quiet family getaway. We also had my 2 year old son and our 7 year old labradoodle in tow. The house has a very welcoming layout. Nice furnishings. Great kitchen. Comfy beds. Fab master. The yard has nice shade, which is a must for a summer visit in the 110 degree heat. There is a good outdoor dining area, a few pool toys, a little patch of yard, which was nice for our toddler. The pool was very nice BUT we had to notify the management company 3 times for it to be cleaned. It was dirty at check in. The pool company did not show up until the 4th day. The on-call property manager (female, blanking on her name, unfortunately) was quick to respond to our needs and trying to resolve the pool issue. She was friendly and helped us with an early check in and an extended stay. The reservation person (Ken), while quick to call back during the initial booking process was very short with us when we tried to clarify pricing/cleaning fees, etc. He did share that this home was new to Acme house and maybe that's what caused the confusion, but you still need to deal with your customer's concerns and phone calls with promptness and friendliness. He seemed irritated with our questions and/or ignored them and didn't call back or respond to emails. The house itself is lovely. The location is walking distance to beautiful large parks. Downtown strip is just down the road, a quick 5 minute drive. We haven't received the bill

Fantastic Fab Fiesta

Overall Comment I rent a number of properties through out the year and PSP is always on my location list - first time at this property. The house was amazing, all the appliances were new (or at least appeared to be!), we didn't use the Webber Grill or fire pit - but if you are into that I am sure they wouldn't disappoint. We were there from June 3-12th. The neighborhood was quite; perfect for relaxing lounging days by the pool. We didn't have a car on this trip and walked to North Palm Canyon Drive a few blocks away - this might be a little farther than most people want to walk but a cab ride to just about any restaurant on that strip was only around $6 each way. Bike rentals are available close by too if you want to get your wheels on. Jensen's deliveries groceries - there really isn't a reason to leave the property! Ken our Acme House rep was wonderful & took care of any questions and details that we needed. We will definitely check Acme House again when searching for a property to rent.
