This space flows into a large, sunlit dining area that comfortably accommodates six, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen complete with a four-seat breakfast bar. The modern, neutral styling continues into the property’s three beautiful bedrooms. The primary suite benefits from a king-size bed and private bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom.

Step outside into the palm-tree-lined backyard to make a splash in the private pool. The outdoor bar, BBQ grill, and multiple seating areas provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Once night falls, head to the jacuzzi to stargaze in style.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
You and your group will spend sun-soaked days together in the spectacular resort-style backyard. Soak up the breathtaking mountain and palm tree views from the comfort of your sun lounger, cool off in the private pool, or hop in the jacuzzi as night falls for a relaxing end to a perfect Palm Springs day.

Guests can use the outdoor kitchen, bar, and BBQ grill for al fresco feasts in one of the multiple outdoor seating areas. There’s even an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before mealtimes.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
The tastefully decorated indoor living spaces have been thoughtfully designed with socializing in mind. The living room is at the heart of this impressive home and your group will enjoy relaxing on the sectional sofa in front of the flatscreen TV. An open fireplace adds to the ambiance of this cozy space.

Head to the kitchen to find a tastefully finished space with stainless steel appliances. The beautifully bright dining area seats six for lively lunches and decadent dinners, and there are four spaces at the breakfast bar for snacks and light bites.

The spacious sunroom brings the outdoors in and is where you can enjoy a peaceful, sun-soaked moment. Curl up in an armchair with a great book or slide open the glass doors and enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Three bedrooms sleep six guests, making this property a great pick for families or groups of friends. The well-proportioned primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct outdoor access. Plenty of storage is available, and the en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual vanity is a luxurious finishing touch.

The second chic guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The third bedroom has two twin beds, making it ideal for friends or children to share.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and tub, which is conveniently located across the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Vista Norte is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains and is just a quick drive to the dining, shops, and art galleries of Palm Springs. Nearby Palm Canyon Drive is a busy strip of restaurants of every taste, museums, and theaters. Vista Norte offers grocery stores, coffee shops, and Victoria Park, which has a great playground for the kiddos to get their wiggles out.

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer)

• Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
• Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
• Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
• 60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any

We had such a wonderful family vacation here. The home is so peaceful and has all the amenities you need. The decor is top notch and feels luxurious yet homey. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and cooking in the outdoor cabana. Truly an amazing home that allowed us some much needed recharge time!! Thank you!

A lovely spacious home with beautiful decor, pristine pool and very well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this serene and immaculate home base for enjoying the Palm Springs area. Close to the center of town with easy access to sites. Every detail from games, turn table, outdoor kitchen with grill, pool floats, intriguing reading material and artwork as well as gourmet kitchen supplies has been well thought out to provide a dream vacation. Very highly recommend!

Beautiful mid century house

We stayed at this beautiful mid century house with beautiful pool and mountain views. Super clean, felt like home . The backyard was amazing, private and extremely relaxing. I would recommend this house to everyone who would like to stay at the 5 star hotel but more comfortable and private.
