The fabulous backyard features a heated pool with an integrated spa and a tanning deck, an outdoor shower, chaise lounges and a daybed - plus alfresco dining and a BBQ grill. There is also a firepit lounge with stunning mountain views. This gorgeous property is the type of place guests will return to year after year.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This gorgeous property captures the magic of Palm Springs living. The very private backyard is spacious and well-planned. It features a large pool with an integrated waterfall spa and tanning deck surrounded by chaise lounges, a daybed, and alfresco dining for up to 4 guests, plus a BBQ grill. There is even an outdoor shower. You'll also find a fabulous side yard with a firepit lounge. Mature landscaping, towering palm trees, and absolutely stunning mountain views add to the magic of this vacation home rental.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Gorgeous. Sleek. Contemporary. Elevista looks as though it were ripped from the pages of Architectural Digest Magazine. It features clean lines, an open-concept floor plan, and sliding walls of glass that open up to reveal the sun-drenched pool yard. The living room - which features a gas fireplace and comfortable seating - is open to the dining area and fabulous chef's kitchen.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Like an upscale boutique hotel, all sleeping quarters have been beautifully decorated and feature hotel-quality mattresses and ample storage. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, a flatscreen TV, direct access to the fabulous pool yard, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and two rainfall showerheads. The Guest Bedroom features a King bed, direct access to the outdoor fire pit lounge, and easy access to the guest bathroom.

You'll also find a poolside napping room with a Queen bed - perfect for getting away for some alone time, or for taking a nap after a swim.

Prime corner-lot location in the very popular Deepwell Estates - one of Palm Springs' most sought after neighborhoods. Located within walking distance to very popular South Palm Springs night spots like The Purple Room, Mr. Lyon's, The Saguaro and The Ace Hotel. Perfection spot for two couples or maybe 3-4 friends. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms was perfect for us. Location is secluded but easy to get around town, our most expensive Uber might’ve been like $15-$20. Backyard is relaxing with plenty of spots to chill. Kitchen is nicely outfitted as well. Would stay here again.

Our time at Elevista was truly magical, felt like our own miniature private oasis. The stunning house offered complete seclusion with a private entrance, beautifully designed with elegant touches to enhance our stay. The location was ideal, just a short distance from Palm Springs shops, and all our needs were anticipated and provided for within the house. The hosts even went above and beyond, offering updates and being readily available for any additional requests. While a few minor touch-ups could have perfected the maintenance of the place, we still had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for providing such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

This property is amazing. The interior of the home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and stunning. Most of the backside of the property is all windows that face out to the backyard/ pool area, and famous desert mountains beyond. I came for a week to disconnect and recharge and this home offered the perfect spot for that. Deepwell is a quiet neighborhood. You can still walk certain places - even downtown if you're adventurous - but it feels slightly tucked away. The pool is large and both it and the spa were well maintained. Everything about this property was perfect. The rental company were also great to work with, very quickly answering any questions, and providing every detail of information needed for arrival upfront. I will definitely consider this home again for future visits.

I think this is a perfect place for 2 couples/4 people. There is a 3rd bedroom, but it doesn’t compare to the 2 rooms in the main house. The pool was an awesome accommodation and private. I missed being able to play music, but it’s not at fault of Elevista, just a general “quiet” rule that Palm Springs has. Entering and exiting the residence during our visit was easy peasy. We asked for a later check out on our last day and they were accommodating for a small additional fee. Overall, I would recommend and be happy with staying at Elevista again. The property manager is responsive, and easy to reach via e-mail or text. The real gem of this vacation rental is the backyard. The pool was clean and heated (with extra fee). The tanning shelf and umbrella is a great place to lounge away the afternoon, and the yard gets good sun from early morning to well into the afternoon. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to get the sunsets and mountain views, with easy access through the sliding doors off the main bedroom. The neighborhood is beautiful, and very near several grocery stores and a short drive into the main part of town, but without the hustle and bustle (and cost $$) of the more well known Movie Colony or Racquet Club neighborhoods. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

Elevista was perfect for our family of 3. The home was spotless, beautiful, and comfortable. It had everything we needed except for a blender (Pina Coladas by the pool is a must!). A couple of things for Acme to note: The gardeners should pick up the grass trimmings, so they don't end up in the pool. The pool service guys did next to nothing (seriously, they poured in some chemicals and not much else), and my pool vacuum from the '80s would have run circles around the suction vacuum at Elevista. Luckily, we found cleaning the pool to be a fun challenge and were feeling pretty good about the job we did! Overall, we loved Elevista and would be more than happy to rent again.

My boyfriend and I had the best time at Elevista. This house is incredible and is fully stocked with everything you might need and then some. We had the power go out during our stay randomly and ACME was amazing, handling everything quickly and did a great job following up to make sure everything was working okay. They were incredibly responsive to all of our communications and added a few personal touches like toiletries in the bathroom that was really nice. The backyard is the real star with a huge pool, hot tub, yard and plenty of chairs to lay out. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Overall Comment Great property!! All aspects of the trip was met to our satisfaction!! Incredible clean home and pool. Having a garage to park in was very nice. We were there when the temperature reached 120 and the a/c system was able to keep up. The pool is by far the best part of the property. Great shallow area to hand out in and large area to swim in. In the afternoon there was nice shade as well. We never had to contact ACME since we did not have any problems but they called after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. With the high heat they also texted to let us know we could exsperence a one hour power outage. We never did loose power. Elevista is a fantastic property and would stay again!

This is a beautiful, private well-maintained property. The backyard is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The pool is very large and gets a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. The house is open to the backyard, meaning that the windows and sliding glass doors all face the back. There is no visual access to the front of the house. The house was spotless and there were plenty of amenities provided. We were there during the summer and there were lots of pool towels, bath towels and supplies, etc. The pool lounge chairs are very nice. There were 2 umbrellas to provide shade on hot summer days. I will say that we missed not having a comfortable outdoor table and chairs to relax and eat dinner outside after a long day in the sun. There is a patio set, but it is minimal and not comfortable to linger over a nice meal. We really loved the outdoor shower. It was a real treat! The home is furnished and decorated impeccably. It's lovely. My only warning would be that if you have trouble standing from low surfaces this is not the house for you. The couch in the great room sits very low to the ground. So do both of the chairs, making it very difficult to stand from sitting. The beds in both bedrooms sit very low, as well. This is not a criticism, just a point of fact that may be helpful in deciding if this is the right house for you. We loved that we could keep our car in the garage. Very helpful in the hot desert summer sun. The washer and dryer are in the garage,
