The living room offers a lounge-like sitting area with a dual-sided gas fireplace that can also be enjoyed from the kitchen and dining area. Mix up your favorite cocktail on the vintage bar cart and unwind on the comfy couch while you listen to a record. There is an additional seating area with a couch and accent chairs where guests can catch up on their favorite show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The kitchen has been thoughtfully updated to meet the needs of any cook. The large island gives plenty of space to spread out and has barstool seating. Meal prep will be a joy in this space with all the modern amenities and quality appliances one could ask for: double basin sink, dishwasher, glass top range & double oven w/ hood, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer with icemaker, and all the cutlery, cookware, glassware and dinnerware to entertain a group. The kitchen opens to the dining area where guests have the option of an intimate round table by the fireplace, seating up to four, or the full dining table seating up to ten.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the four bedrooms is curated with stylish decor and comfortable touches. The primary suite has a king-size bed with a sitting area and wall-mounted TV. The patio doors open directly to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom has a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower and double sink vanity.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms three & four are outfitted with a queen bed and have shared access to the third full bath.
THE LOCATION
This property is within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs and Palm Canyon Drive, where visitors can find various dining and shopping options. If you'd like to get out for a hike, the North Lykken trailhead is a short four-minute drive from the house, with many more options nearby as well. Several golf courses are within an easy drive, including Indian Canyons & Cimarron Golf Resort- both open to the public and top-quality courses.
