This eclectic 1970’s home has been updated with a designer’s touch, including a spacious open concept floor plan and amazing modern kitchen. Sliding glass doors open fully from the living room to the yard and pool area, allowing a feeling of indoor-outdoor living. While the inside of this luxury vacation home is gorgeous, the crowning glory is the sun-drenched, private pool yard with towering palm trees and fabulous views. The in-ground pool and spa are surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges - providing that resort-style experience. There's also a fire pit lounge area, alfresco dining, and built in BBQ - everything has been carefully space-planned for entertaining.

You’ll find an open concept floor plan and spectacular modern chef’s kitchen that let the light pour in and reveal the fabulous sun-drenched pool yard. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. Everything has been reimagined for the way we live today with high speed internet, flatscreen TVs, a gorgeous fireplace, and upgraded heating and cooling systems. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience and a Tesla charger too!
** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **
SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, and ample storage. The master bedroom offers a King bed, an en suite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. One guest room has a King bed, and one has a Queen bed and share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway with access to the patio.
THE LOCATION
Sunrise Park is centrally located in the City of Palm Springs. It's close to the airport (but not in the flight pattern) and less than a mile and a half from bustling Downtown. Restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, and grocery stores are all just a short drive away. Ruth Hardy Park, The Palm Springs Dog Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino, and the convention center are all also close by.
