Welcome to Draves Estate by West Elm - a luxury vacation rental paradise located in the popular Tahquitz River Estates, named after the first Asian-American woman to win an Olympic Gold Medal. This gorgeous mid mod home - by famed developer Paul Trousdale - sits on over 3000 sqft and features spectacular mountain views. The gorgeous resort-style yard has a pool with an integrated spa and a tanning deck, an outdoor shower, and bocce ball. There's also a living pavilion with alfresco dining, a lounge area and fire feature, and a built-in BBQ cooking station with a bar. Beds: K,K,K,Q

The inside of the property has been completely reimagined and features West Elm furniture and decor throughout the entire property. This is a very special home where pedigreed architectural style meets understated elegance to create a stunning vacation rental paradise.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Completely walled for privacy, the entire property feels like an upscale resort. The fabulous yard features a pool with an integrated spa and a tanning deck. There is also a gorgeous living pavilion with alfresco dining, a lounge area, a fire feature, and a BBQ cooking station with a bar. There is even bocce ball and a fabulous outdoor shower. Stunning mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this spectacular concept home.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Gorgeous vacation home that has been beautifully furnished and styled with West Elm furniture and decor throughout the entire property - it's like a living showroom featuring the comfortable, livable and beautiful aesthetic that has made the West Elm brand famous across the globe! As you walk in, you'll see artwork in the living area featuring Vicky Draves - the first Asian-American woman to win an Olympic Gold Medal in competitive diving.

The living area also has a fabulous stone fireplace and is open to the dining area and kitchen. The fabulous open floor plan provides an upscale yet comfortable space for your entire group to spread out in style, and the high ceilings and walls of glass add an airy feel - blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living.

This property has all the appointments you would expect on a luxury vacation home rental, including high-speed internet access, updated climate control system, and 5 smart televisions.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed and direct access to the pool yard. It also has an ensuite bath with a double vanity and direct access to the pool area. The 2 Guest Rooms have King beds and share easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. The Casita has a Queen bed, a mini fridge and sink, an ensuite bath, and its own private entrance - which leads to the pool yard.

THE LOCATION
Driving is completely optional while staying at this property - conveniently located in the popular Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood. You'll be less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and the bustling Downtown area. Grocery stores, fine dining, casual restaurants, nighttime entertainment, and some great coffee shops are all just a 15-30 minute walk or an easy Uber ride away. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything - but removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.

Place was clean, decor was great, set-up for a vacation was ideal. The only thing was that there wasn’t a garage remote control, so had to park outside. All in all would definitely go back.

My family and I (8 in total) stayed at Draves's Estate for a birthday celebration for my mom. The house was perfect. Our group ranged in age from 23 years to 84 years and the property was well suited for all. The house was super clean and really well equipped. The back yard was fabulous. We had an issue with the ice maker not working and we had someone in to service it the same day - he even showed up with a bag of ice in case we were out. We were super impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property or Acme House Company to anyone.

The house is first class with a kitchen that had everything we needed to fix all our meals (minus the food). The bedrooms were great, especially the primary suite. The Draves Estate is exactly as it looks on the listing with beautiful West Elm furnishings and even more amenities and small touches than we expected. Best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a rental! Tons of serving pieces, glasses, etc., also basic spices and coffee filters and the like! Really appreciated nice towels and linens, and extra bath supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap in all baths. The pool and outdoor living set-up cannot be beat!
