An indoor dining area and a second indoor patio dining area provide your group with plenty of seating options when mealtimes roll around.
This stunning home is located in the tranquil, upmarket Sunrise Park Neighborhood. Downtown Palm Springs and all its entertainment and amenities are a short drive away, and Palm Springs Airport is easily accessible from the property.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Guests arriving at the property are immediately greeted with an extremely private Mediterranean-style backyard. The sun-soaked outdoor pool and spa are ideal for making the most of Palm Springs’ beautifully sunny weather, and there are plenty of comfortable loungers where you can lie out and catch some rays or keep cool in the shade.
When the sun goes down, gather on the outdoor sofas and light the modern fireplace for a memorable evening under the stars. There’s also a cornhole game for some fun in the sun and an outdoor shower for cleaning up before you head inside.

Guests will also find a washer and dryer at the property for added convenience, and the casita has a coffee machine and mini fridge to help get your mornings started right.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Four bright, luxurious suites sleep up to eight guests. The primary guest room boasts a plush king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and direct outdoor access via sliding doors and exclusive access to a private outdoor patio with an open-air shower. The gorgeous en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and bathtub.

Across the patio, in the casita, you’ll find two additional spacious, light-filled suites with king-size beds and direct outdoor access. These guestrooms share a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and plenty of natural light.
