Inside your Desert Oasis Retreat, gleaming tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and an open layout are enhanced by plentiful natural light and ample overhead lighting. The light and bright living room is super cozy with comfortable furnishings set around a large flatscreen TV and plenty of board games for your entertainment. In the same open space, the fully equipped modern kitchen features a beautiful design with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to dine, enjoy casual meals at the kitchen island or the formal dining space where there’s seating for eight in front of the fireplace.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
In each beautifully appointed bedroom at Desert Oasis Retreat, desert-inspired artwork adorns the walls, hotel-style linens grace King and Queen size beds, and flatscreen TVs allow each guest to enjoy their favorite show.
In the spacious primary suite, the King bed is accompanied by a seating area and direct access to the backyard through sliding glass doors. Just outside is a patio with outdoor seating for enjoying quiet moments away from the main pool area. The primary suite also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This home offers plenty of space and privacy across three additional bedrooms, which share a full bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower. Two bedrooms are located in the same hallway as the primary bedroom, while the third bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house. Its spacious layout provides room for a workspace with a desk, an exercise space, and direct access to the pool. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Located in the northern part of Palm Springs, this home is set in the quiet Desert Park Estates neighborhood.
