The backyard at Citrus Springs is a peaceful retreat made for soaking up the Palm Springs sunshine. Lounge poolside with a chilled drink, take in the panoramic mountain views, or unwind under shaded umbrellas and covered sitting areas. The private pool is the centerpiece of the yard, surrounded by modern lounge seating and an inviting outdoor dining table that seats four. The Primary Bedroom is a serene sanctuary with a King bed, ensuite bath with bathtub, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool—wake up to sunshine and mountain views each morning. The other guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed and hotel-quality mattresses, and they share convenient access to the hallway bath. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper, offering flexible sleeping options for larger groups or families traveling with kids. • 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
