OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
There’s nothing like waking on a beautiful Palm Springs morning and simply sliding open your door to stroll out onto the pool deck in your private backyard. Grab your coffee and enjoy it in one of many lounge areas on comfortable outdoor furniture. Lie back on a lounge chair in the sun, sit cross-legged on a cushioned chair in the shade of the covered patio, or enjoy your breakfast at the outdoor dining table. The pool with its waterfall feature (accompanied by a vintage Casitas del Monte Hotel sign) is the stunning centerpiece of the backyard. Reserve the sun shelf for those in your group who love to dip their toes in the water, as you soothe sore muscles in the built-in spa or enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower. Evenings call for dinner on the grill and al fresco dining, followed by drinks around the fire.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
In the spacious living room, curl up on a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, gather for movies on the wall-mounted flatscreen, or play a game at the cafe table beside the dramatic feature wall. Want an even more inspiring space to entertain? The second living area features a social media worthy green velvet sofa with a backdrop of artfully arranged built-ins. For more intimate conversation, join your partner in a pair of colorful high-backed chairs set aside in its own space. For the cocktail lovers in your group, the bar is the place to be! Just beyond the kitchen, it’s set into its own alcove leading out to the pool. With two entire walls of glass, you’ll feel like you’re outside while you sip on your favorite drink. When dinner is served, a stylish dining space with seating for five awaits.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
An ideal split floor plan provides plenty of privacy for families, couples, or groups of friends. On one side of the home, you’ll find a King bedroom with a full bathroom in the hall. Sliding glass doors open directly to the pool. On the other side of the home are two additional bedrooms, one with a King and the other with two Queens. In the King bedroom, the hotel-style bedroom and bathroom share one open space with a partial wall for privacy. Glass sliders open directly to the built-in spa.
In the third bedroom, you’ll find two Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer and direct outdoor access for easy use when you’re enjoying the pool. Each stylish retreat has a flatscreen TV and is designed to resemble a boutique hotel.

Located in the diverse and eclectic Warm Sands neighborhood, this home is surrounded by boutique hotels, art galleries, and vintage furniture shops. It’s also minutes from beautiful hikes, renowned golf courses, and the bustling South Palm Springs Business District. Just a quick drive away, you’ll enjoy endless arts, culture, shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including the famous Palm Canyon Drive, where many shops and restaurants await.
