The three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 on premium mattresses with luxury bedding. Perfect for a gathering of friends, a family getaway, or a romantic couples’ weekend, Casa Escuela combines amenities you’d find in an upscale resort with the comfort and peacefulness of a private home, all within a short drive of a multitude of Palm Springs attractions.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Boredoms will never be an issue when you see everything the private backyard offers guests. Lounge in the sun poolside on one of the comfortable and chic chaise lounges or laze the day away in a hammock, then cool off in the refreshing clear water of the fabulous pool.

Square off with friends on the Bocce ball court or challenge them to a game of cornhole. The outdoor dining table is the perfect spot for a lively meal under the stars and there's even a gas grill for al fresco cooking. All this, with native landscaping and majestic mountain views, makes it feel like your own piece of paradise.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom features premium mattresses with luxury bedding, tons of clothing storage, and a flat-screen TV. Retire to the primary king suite where you’ll find muted relaxing colors, direct access to the pool area, and an ensuite bath.

Bedroom two has two twins that easily convert to a king for added flexibility, as well as access to the pool area. Bedroom three offers a queen bed. The second bathroom is easily accessible to the two guest bedrooms.

THE LOCATION
Vista Norte is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains and is just a quick drive to the dining, shops, and art galleries of Palm Springs. Nearby Palm Canyon Drive is a busy strip of restaurants of every taste, museums, and theaters. Vista Norte offers grocery stores, coffee shops, and Victoria Park, which has a great playground for the kiddos to get their wiggles out.

We had a great stay

We had a great stay at this property, despite the extreme heat! The house is great but does need some maintenance. We specifically had issues with both toilets running very slowly, and the guest bath toilet in particular made a lot of noise unless you took the top of the commode off. The pool is also pretty warm because there’s no shade on it whatsoever. It’s also pretty stained and some of the tiles are missing. The only other thing we were sort of surprised about was the intensity of the noise threats. There were only two of us there on a very slow week in Palm Springs (bc of the high heat) but there are signs everywhere threatening eviction if ANY noise is heard outside. I mean, we are gonna hang out by the pool when it’s hot. And it’s nice to have music at a reasonable volume. But we didn’t feel we could do that and it kinda impeded our ability to fully relax. Overall though, ACME was very hospitable and responsive and we had a good week.

Hassle free check-in, easy to find and conveniently located in Palm Springs proper. The house is well kept yet feels very “homey” which made for a comfortable stay. The highlight, by far, is the fully fenced in backyard, private and beautifully landscaped, with heated pool and spa. ACME and team were wonderful and responsive to our needs. Special shoutout to Celine who was an absolute joy in making sure we were taken care of. We had such a relaxing stay in the desert heat and look forward to coming back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Escuela with four adults and two children for the week. It is the perfect location and the house itself is just perfect. My kids could not get enough of the pool and spa, and we loved playing bocce and sitting outdoors at all hours of the day. The decor was beautiful. The pool is a lot larger then many Palm Springs vacation homes we’ve had. The AC worked ok, but they had Dyson cooking fans in each room which was a lovely touch. They had coffee and creamer stocked in the kitchen as well. We had a little trouble with the wifi not working well on the smart TV’s but we didn’t spend much time inside so it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice place

Overall it was a good experience. There were some issues at the beginning of our trip. Check in was easy. Some issues were spa was not heating and most jets were not working. A quick text and the next day they came to repair it. Toaster didn't work and an outlet was out of the wall. Texted again and they came the same day to repair the issue. They also replaced the toaster. Pool has black algae growing which that was never cleaned up. According to pool company it was being treated but working with pool company myself I called my tech and they had told me they needed to treat it and scrub it off with something else other then chlorine. This was never done it they did come clean the pool. One night we wanted to go night swimming and there were hundreds of bugs in the pool. I texted them and they came the next day to clean it and treat it. The house is nice looks like the pictures. Rooms are nice and big. AC in the rooms rooms work great. The livingroom feels a bit warmer ut better then outside. Beds are ok. Outside is great plenty of room. We took our dog and he loved going outside to run. The outside shower is great to rinse off the pool water. Overall we had a great time the 12 days we were there. Communication is great with the rental company and they really try to help you.

Palm Springs Paradise

This home is beautiful, clean and very well done. It has every kitchen gadget you can imagine. The backyard is huge. Lots of outdoor areas to relax;; pool, spa, firepit, corn hole, egg chairs, and hammocks. The beds are super comfy. The decor is mid century modern and boho.The decor is done extremely well. Be advised due to a Palm Springs ordinance you are not allowed to play any music outside and must keep noise to a minimum. This is not a house to party at but to relax. We were fine with that. Great location to downtown Palm Springs.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Escuela. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is a mid century modern with boho modern decor. The home was spotless upon arrival: The backyard is huge. So many different sitting areas to relax and enjoy. We loved the, fire pit area, egg chairs, hammocks, and corn hole. The pool is huge. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has every gadget you could imagine. We would love to stay at this property again. Just know that Palm Springs has an ordinance for vacation rentals that includes no outdoor music at all and noise kept to a minimum. We were completely fine with it as we were there to relax.

Coachella Birthday

We spent 6 nights at the Casa Escuela for Coachella and Birthday celebration. The pool was one of the biggest we’ve ever had, which was great to hang out in before Coachella. The house was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The bedrooms all had automatic shades which is a nice touch for the lazy. Each bedroom also had its own AC unit which you don’t find often in PS, and on hot summer nights you’ll be grateful for it.

We had an issue with the garbage disposal while we were there, and Acme sent someone out the same day to document the issue, and the repair guy showed up first thing the following morning to replace the disposal completely. We loved out time here! It's the perfect amount of space, and the backyard is the ideal private desert oasis! This house is in a great location too, which isn't too far from most of the area hot spots. The coolest features are the smart home connectivity for all of the lights and blinds in the home. We spent most of our time in the backyard swimming in the pool or playing bocce ball. This house literally has everything you need! Definitely booking this place next time we come back.

Beautiful home, wonderful location, calming vibe...all in one place. For a first time Palm Spring visitor, this house is going to be tough to beat. Pool, hot tub, hammocks, bocci ball, horse shoes, cornhole, impeccably designed interior, AC in every room...what more can you ask for? Everything about this house was thought out for the comfort of its guests. Everything I ever needed was there and more. Very kid friendly and central to all the best Palm Springs (and surroundings) has to offer. Will definitely be back and staying here.

The house was excellent. The photos perfectly capture what the house and property actually look like. The pool was enormous with a shallow end and deep end that goes to 8 ft in depth. The spa was large as well and worked great for some of the cooler evenings we had. Plenty of pool items are provided and they even have an air pump for you to use. The house has all the dishes, cooking utensils, cups and other essentials you need to do anything you want to do in terms of cooking. Everything was extremely clean when we arrived and we only ran into a couple of minor issues which the property management company responded to immediately - they were great. I would absolutely stay here again. The home is located on the north side of Palm Springs, which is a bit windy compared to areas more centrally located or farther to the south. Not a huge deal, but there were certainly times when the wind whipped up pretty good. As others mention, the house is walking distance to a grocery store and a very short drive to the main streets where most of the restaurants, shops, etc are located.

This house has that awesome Palm Springs feel. Love the decor- happy and bright. Very clean and well-appointed, someone has great attention to detail on this property. Awesome and easy location to town and loved the yard too. Mgmt came out quickly when we had trouble with the pool heater and got it resolved quickly. This house is on the windy side of PS which is good to know- it only whipped up one of the 5 days we were there.

Overall Comment Adorable home in true PSprings style. Well-appointed with plenty of towels, dishware,everything you need to feel at home. This little gem is immaculate and well thought out. Great outdoor space and close to town. The mgmt co was very helpful and came right out when we couldn't figure out the pool/hot tub heater. FYI, this home is in the occasionally windy part of PS (north side). Don't miss out on a meal at Jake's or Tac-Quila.

Perfect January Hideout

It was a pleasure to stay at Casa Escuela in January 2021. The house was immaculate when we checked in. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. There were many thoughtful extra touches like power strips (with USB ports) and flashlights on each side of all beds, remote controlled fans in every room, and power shades on all windows. There is even a record player that doubles as a Bluetooth receiver in the living room. The back yard is gorgeous and private with a nice view of San Jacinto mountains. Grocery store is walking distance. Palm Canyon Drive shopping and restaurants were also very close. Everything in the house was in perfect working condition and there were clear written instructions for all house systems. Would definitely come back.
