OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The private yard offers everything for a true Palm Springs experience: a heated pool, integrated spa, covered dining area, and multiple seating spaces. Enjoy the fire pit lounge, outdoor bar, convenient powder room and shower, as well as a putting green, corn hole area, hammock, and extra-wide teak loungers. Perfect for sun-filled days and starlit evenings in the California desert.

Casa Del Lobo’s interiors are designed with high ceilings, Spanish-style decor, and natural light flooding through large windows and French doors. The main living area provides direct views of the pool and mountains, while the cozy family room includes a 75” TV and a comfortable seating arrangement. The open kitchen, dining room, and family room are perfect for gathering, with seating for 8+ guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample prep space for cooking or casual dining.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The expansive primary bedroom features a King bed, desk, direct yard access, and a large en-suite bath with a tub, shower, makeup table, and dual sinks. Two guest rooms (one King, one Queen) share a beautifully designed hall bath, while the fourth bedroom with a Queen bed offers private access to the patio and pool area, providing extra privacy for guests.

We stayed at Casa del Lobo for a milestone birthday girls' trip - it was so relaxing and peaceful. We found the pool and spa heating to be tricky at first, but once we understood that we could not heat both the spa and the pool simultaneously - then we understood. Loved the minimalist decor, and it was very clean. Bedding left something to be desired (synthetic fibers and just felt low quality), but definitely not a dealbreaker. We would stay here again just for the mountain views from the pool. There is a gorgeous lemon tree in the backyard that was full of ripe lemons during our stay. Check out Townie Bagels - walkable with great coffee and breakfast options (casual / patio seating). Casa del Lobo definitely channels the Palm Springs vibe, and Acme was a wonderful and responsive host. Easy keypad lock entry. Definitely worth it, we had a memorable and relaxing stay!

Every year our group stays somewhere different in the area for NYE and we all agreed this house was the best yet. Amazing backyard, comfy living room(s), well stocked kitchen for making group meals, plentiful towels. The only critique we had was about the sheets which were synthetic. I understand it can make sense for rental properties but yeah just not all that comfy. Maybe bring your own pillowcases to minimize it a bit even if flying in, if it’s something you’d notice. Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Our family had a fantastic 5 day stay at Casa Del Lobo for Thanksgiving. The property is better than pictured and Acme House Company was very helpful with anything we needed during the stay. Plenty of space to relax, play games, watch TV or enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful backyard pool/spa and seating areas. We were 7 adults and the house was the perfect size, our only negative was we wished there was one more full bath with shower. We would definitely return to Palm Springs!

This is the best managed and best equipped Airbnb We’ve ever stayed at. They really made it easy to feel comfortable and at home. Laundry pods, some seasonings, very equipped kitchen. Casa De Lobo was absolutely the perfect accommodation

We chose Palm Springs for a rendezvous of our family from La Jolla, Santa Cruz, Henderson NV and Providence Rhode Island, and Casa De Lobo was absolutely the perfect accommodation for 7 adults! There were a few house issues the management company responded to and they were very nice and customer friendly. Beds were comfy, kitchen room for many chefs, the pool was an absolute must, beautiful and refreshing. I think we most appreciated the many “hang out” places comfortably furnished within the home that allowed some to read, some to talk, practice their putting, cook and then come together at the large table on the back porch for a family style dinner. Very conveniently located to downtown. I ordered from Ralph’s ahead of time for our groceries to be delivered to Casa De Lobo upon our arrival date and that worked out perfectly too! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Their team was very communicative through the app and over text when confirming details and payment and took a huge burden off our back! It was my first stay in Palm Springs. Casa Del Lobo was beautiful and awesome! Lots and lots of room including a large backyard playground. A nice large pool with a hot spa. It was so relaxing I didn’t want my vacation to end. The outdoor shower and bathroom were very convenient. A quick rinse before laying on the high end loungers or hitting some balls on the putting green. The outdoor cabana had a large bar with lots of seating. We relaxed with a glass of wine around the fie pit in the evening. The inside was beautiful and nicely decorated. The location couldn’t have been better. I’m coming back! My grandkids are joining me next time. I definitely give this get away 5 stars!!!

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.

Travel Insurance:

Consider Sun Trip Preserver insurance for added coverage consideration.
