Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.

Cool house in great neighborhood. Amazing pool and Mountain View’s. Well stocked kitchen supplies. ACME was extremely proactive and responsive at every turn. ACME can’t control this, but the house needs updates. Baths are original. Kitchen is dated. Not enough lighting. Lots of deferred maintenance. My family had a great time, but it wasn’t as polished of an experience as we expected based on the photos.

ACME's home are always great and this one was no exception. House and pool were quite nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Great communication with ACME. Great location in Deepwell. This is a great locale for easy walking access to Old Palm Springs and all the surrounding restaurants and bars.
