Had a great stay over the 4th of July holiday with view of the fireworks from the pool. Wish we were able to hangout at the pool with a bit of music, but that is a PS thing. Beautiful backyard, private and overall quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and included all the basics. Very comfortable stay and the A/C kept it cool in the insane heat! Excellent communication from the management company and they even had a little surprise for our dog upon arrival.

Very nice house and grounds. Comfortable, lots of space and seating inside and out, good WiFi, kitchen is thoroughly equipped, lots of extra towels and bedding, Acme is a terrific host, they respond immediately and quickly took care of any minor issues that came up.

Canary Palms is such a great property for enjoying a break in Palm Springs. When we arrived, it was spotlessly clean. All the charming furniture is in great condition. The pool and the hot tub are set in a gorgeous garden with mountain views. Acme House Company does a great job of managing the property. It was wonderful for us on every count.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Canary Palms. It is a gorgeous home, tastefully decorated with exquisite MCM details. The home's location was very central and convenient, and the neighborhood delightfully quiet. We really loved everything about this property. The vibe, the location, the cleanliness, the amenities! We would come back to the same home. The only reason I did not give five stars is that the hot tub/ jacuzzi only worked one time after the maintenance worker came to try and trouble shoot. If that was fixed it would be 100!

The pictures don't do it justice, this is great house in a stunning neighborhood. It made walking the dog a highlight of the trip! Every house was my dream house. We loved the space of this place, the bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Loved it.

House is quite large for only 2 bedrooms. The pool and hot tub are great and just what you want in Palm Springs. Home layout is interesting, and the extra table tennis room is fun. There is a mix of modern and original features in the house - maybe not what I would do with it but it works well for a rental. The neighborhood is great and very quiet. Nice to walk around and look at mid century architecture. A few upgrades could help - new carpets in the bedrooms, any lighting at all in the driveway, and update the showers.

Right from the check in process, where the AC temp was set perfectly, and jazz music on the TV, walking in from the crazy madness of air travel and heat shock (we’re from Canada), we just felt so at ease. The property is wonderful, as described, the property manager texted us right away providing a quick way to communicate and the rest was just great, Other than food, the house is fully stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, pots and pans. All the reviews say the bathrooms are outdated - this is true - but totally functional. Super clean and organized. Great stay, thank you!

This was our third trip to Palm Springs and Canary Palms was a fantastic home for our stay. The house was spotless, beautiful and cozy for our December trip. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and loved that they were saline. The entire backyard is a gorgeous oasis. The ping pong table was a ton of fun. Loved the dinners we enjoyed at the dining table and that fireplace was amazing! Great great location! Exactly where we love to be each time. Acme was so responsive to any questions we had! Overall impression of the property was good, though next time we'll probably try another property. The outside area, including pool, were excellent. The interior had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. However, some things seemed a bit dated (e.g., carpet, and the original bathrooms). Still, overall we have a positive impression of the property.

Overall Comment We loved our stay at Canary Palms. After looking for a home that is truly pet friendly we found it here! It was so relaxing to wake up and put on our swimsuits and go jump in the pool while our pups relaxed on the lawn. The home stayed nice and cool on the very hot days of our trip. The location of this house is perfect and in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything for food and fun. Very clean home with all the essentials provided. Such a great property. A little slow for the property management company to respond with questions/ if at all, but it was still an enjoyable experience and didn’t ruin it at all. It was a very pleasant vacation and the pool and home are sparkling clean. Great location and beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and homes are kept up nicely. Thank you! Will definitely stay here again.

Overall my family had an amazing trip. The house was clean and beautiful, the pool was wonderful, and everything was clean and to our liking. They were one or two things that I needed handled by management and they were a little more difficult to contact, but once I got them on the phone they were very helpful. Had a great week at Canary Palms even in the summer heat. The backyard is amazing with the pool, shaded areas, barbecue, hot tub, fire pit and more - even if we did not use all amenities on this trip. We had a nice relaxing get away with our dog and would definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed and worked from here for a week and it was great! It was incredibly clean, the pool and outdoor area were lovely, and ACME was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was stylish and clean. We loved the backyard and living room set up. The record player in the living room was a nice touch. While the kitchen was well stocked the home would be elevated if the same thought/decor was put into it as the rest of the house - for example it would have been nice to have a full set of outdoor shatterproof dishes and glasses to use by the pool (though some were provided). Overall however the place was great and we would definitely stay again.

Had a great experience staying at Canary Palms in the Sunrise Park neighborhood of Palm Springs. We stayed for Thanksgiving and it was perfect even though the weather wasn't good. The house and neighborhood are all mid century modern and I love this look and decor. The fully fenced in yard is spacious and great for dining outside, hanging by the pool or fire pit and also good for dogs to play. The interior was very spacious for 4 people. There is a sunroom off the pool and the garage is converted to a laundry room with a ping pong table and seating to hang out and play cards or a board game. The dining room was perfect for our thanksgiving dinner and the living room was great for hanging out with a glass of wine and listening to records (bring some vinyl if you stay). There is a 3/4 bath off off the kitchen too.The bedrooms are spacious with king beds and a full bath between them (not no en-suite baths which was fine for a 4 night stay). The kitchen is long and more galley like but spacious enough for us too cool everything we needed. Some would call the bathrooms dated and they are looks wise but they suit the house in my opinion.

Very happy with this home and it’s amenities. Place was spotless clean when we arrived. Loved the mid-century modern decor. Backyard was fantastic from the pool/jacuzzi, chaise lounges, fire pit/table. My favorite aspect was the landscaping in back. The fig tree, shrubs, palms were just what I wanted to see when I woke up each morning. The one palm tree sat perfect over the pool; just beautiful. Neighborhood walks were perfect. Three minute drive to downtown was convenient too. One improvement would be to allow for the TV to connect to streaming services such as Netflix or Prime. But not complaining. This is our second ACME rental in PS. No reason to switch it up. Highly recommend.

Overall Comment I cannot overstate how wonderful this home is, and how wonderful the location is. We went into town to dine on 4 of the 7 nights nights, as it was only a 5 minute drive to the restaurants, clubs and markets. The home was lovely, with quality furnishing, and all of the amenities we needed. The rooms are sizable and the converted garage / games room, with ping pong table, cocktail area and generously sized loungers was awesome. The furniture is top notch, the fireplace huge and stunning, and the outdoor pool and spa area is to die for. The Gorgeous massive outdoor fire pit is magnificent. We really enjoyed the quirky original touches such as the Thermador wall heater in the 3/4 bath, as well as the lovely original wall oven and original artwork on the kitchen cabinets. We marveled a the mature desert landscaping in the front and the vivid green lawns and olive trees among many other varieties in the back. The mountain views are lovely to the West and we loved to sit in the spa and watch the moon rise to the East after sunset. The hummingbirds darting around the beautiful floral plants along the fence-line was spectacular. The privacy is top notch, and you can feel completely comfortable in any personal backyard situation you can imagine. We highly rate Canary Palms and recommend anyone considering it to book without hesitation. We loved it, and long for our next getaway. We would certainly stay there again.

Every aspect was great. The outdoor living space is beyond compare with large pool, spa, firepit, dining area, BBQ and lounge chairs. The house is wonderful with many of the mid century features retained. Very large and very comfortable with lots of areas to hang out with family. The games room is lovely too. You cannot go wrong with this house, and it's only 5 minutes to the Palm Springs shopping. restaurant and entertainment strip.

Finally there is the ping-pong room, which was an added fun touch! Great experience all around, and the communication and attentiveness of the management was exceptional.

Overall Comment We loved our time at Canary Palms. The pool and spa were perfect and the yard was a joyful place for our dogs. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and we really loved the patio room off the master bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked, and the living room was beautiful and relaxing. Finally there is the ping-pong room, which was an added fun touch! Great experience all around, and the communication and attentiveness of the management was exceptional.

We had the best time at Canary Palms! The house is beautiful, the pool was clean and perfect, the outside area was amazing for our dogs and the location was ideal. We were walking distance to town, walking distance to the airport (no noise from the airport by the way, which was something we were initially concerned about), close to the grocery and convenience stores we needed, and the house was stocked with everything we could want to have a relaxing trip. We loved the space and hope to return again soon!

I wanted to take my Mom to Palm Springs on a budget. We just wanted an amazing few days at a pool house without breaking the bank. Canary Palms was a great find. Super value priced during the Summer of Love promo by Acme. The bedrooms and bathrooms were mediocre but the beds themselves were very comfortable. My Mom says she had the best sleep ever. We loved the ping pong room and the pool / spa. The yard was gorgeous and the mountain views stunning. Recommend for a great value.

Canary Palms was a great choice for our family. Our two young children (11 & 12) thought it was perfect. Ping pong, swimming, spa. What is not to love? Mom was all about the mountain views.

My friend and I just needed a break from LA. No work, no pressure of not-getting-it -all-done, traffic..everything. The minute we drove into PS, it started to melt away and then when we saw the house Canary Palms the 'healing' began. There is something just so tranquil about the place. Easy. And I just wanted to stay in the pool the whole time- fabulous pool, too. The house was so spacious. My friend and I didn't see each other for ages, she just did her thing, and me, mine. The best part were the beds. I was skeptical, having spent most of my adult life in hotels all over the world, in every kind of bed. But this bed was like falling into a cloud. I slept! and I'm a bad sleeper. It was over all too fast, but we'll be back. Thx Canary Palms, and the kind welcome from Acme. Joy E

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious, very clean, and had nice furnishings and decor. The pool and backyard area was beautiful, pool was the perfect temperature! The A/C worked well even in the 100 degree heat. There is a manual provided to you that has instructions for everything, which is helpful because the last thing I want to do on vacation is text someone asking how to turn on the TV or A/C. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall Comment Acme did a great job! Next time I would prefer a home with at least one en suite bath and preferably two. The guest bath was in need of some attention; shower door molding etc. There was no CD player in the house; unacceptable! With that said, it was a nice house.

We have been vacationing in the desert whenever we can’t make a trip further away, I grew up with grandparents who owned a home in Palm Desert so I am most familiar with Palm Desert vs Palm Springs. We settled on the Canary Palms home after a few others fell thru and WOW how happy we were that the other homes did fall thru, I was so excited to finally get a chance to stay in Palm Springs. Canary Palms is lovely, wonderful on point decor that absolutely fits the desert lifestyle, the lay out of the house is fabulous, although it’s not huge you feel as though it’s much bigger than it is. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the pool, yards and landscaping are amazing! We loved the ping pong converted garage space and took full advantage of it as well as the pool. Canary Palms is situated in a great neighborhood and only a short 1.5 miles to downtown Palm Springs, so much fun! The rental agency, ACME was so kind and helpful, we needed to call a few times for a little help and they took such great care of us. Can not wait to return to Canary Palms. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Canary Palms is a fun throwback. We really had a great time. So much of this house reminds me of my family home growing up. Especially the retro pink and blue bathrooms. Loved the tile! Would love to learn more about the kitchen cabinets? Who is the artist?

Great location. We came here to relax by the pool and that is what we did the entire time. The pool yard was perfect. Large with great views. Thank you to the staff at Acme who were so kind and helpful. The house was very clean We will definitely rent this house again!

Sweet comfortable home with a stunning back yard. Retro chic with a cool Palm Springs feel. Loved loved loved the stack stone fireplace. The kitchen cabinets at first seemed whacky crazy but by the end of our stay we all came to think they were so cool. Each cabinet door is a custom piece of artwork. Loved the game room! And we really enjoyed that there were so many different spaces to hang out.

Very nice, comfortable, clean home on a quiet street. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and found Acme to be way better than most management companies. The two huge palm trees are gorgeous. We loved the mountain views from the pool. We took one star off because we would like to have been closer to the main strip. But everything else was just great.
