This Palm Springs property (circa 1951) has been completely remodeled and re-imagined for vacation living today. Boo Boo’s Hideaway is not just a beautiful home - it is a professionally designed, well-planned paradise that captures the easy, relaxed Southern California vibe.

The home owners thought of everything when creating this very private, completely walled vacation compound. Spacious open concept floor plan! Two amazing outdoor living spaces! Two fire pits! Fruit trees! Four flat screen televisions, two king-sized beds plus a queen! Breathtaking mountain views! A gorgeous over-sized pool with a fabulous shallow tanning deck that is great for catching some rays or use as a child’s wading area. All just a stone’s throw from the heart of Palm Springs and the famous Palm Canyon Drive.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The very private back yard has a wide variety of fruit trees, a covered outdoor living room, six poolside lounge chairs, a barbecue and dining area that seats six, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an over-sized saltwater pool with a tanning deck. The entire property has been landscaped in natural desert fashion and offers both sun drenched and shaded areas. Perfect for poolside afternoons, dining al fresco and long evenings under the stars.

This home is well-suited for extended weekends, week and month long stays, and as a seasonal rental. The property is perfect for families, small groups, two to three couples, girls’ weekends, guys’ getaways, and reunions with dear friends. Advanced bookings strongly recommended.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This bright and fun desert property has been space planned for holiday hanging with your entire group as well as private moments alone for curling up with a good book or just enjoying some quiet downtime. The spacious great room’s open floor plan offers a kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is interior dining for six guests, and a lounge area with a piano and plenty of comfortable seating for watching a movie on the flat screen television.

The entire front and back of the great room features walls of glass - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. The front courtyard, has a breakfast table and a firepit. The mountain views from this courtyard are amazing.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom has a flat screen television, hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and beautiful french doors that offer direct access to the outdoors. The master and one of the guest suites have king-sized beds. The third guest room has a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom is comfortable, spacious and has its very own chic flavor.

THE LOCATION
Nestled on a quiet residential street in the heart of Tahquitz River Estates, Boo Boo’s Hideaway has one of the best locations in town. You’ll be in walking distance to the South Palm Springs business district with it’s fine restaurants and night spots, art galleries and boutiques. There are coffee spots, sandwich shops, burger joints, grocery stores and live entertainment venues just a few blocks away.

Boo boo’s hideaway was everything you would expect for a perfect weekend. Had a girls trip in August, one of the hottest times of the year in Palm Springs but the house was cool and the pool was refreshing. I would recommend this place if you come into Palm Springs because it’s so close to downtown, plenty to do & things to see. The house was clean, lots of essentials, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi are very large. The grounds were kept immaculate. Both front and back of the house are very secluded and you feel like nobody else is around. Definitely recommend.

Boo Boo‘s Hideaway House ok, condition without any reason for complaint. As described. Price-Value ratio acceptable. ACME as the managing company is excellent. We had some issues and then a serious plumbing problem. ACME immediately handled both and responded via call and/or text not within minutes but within seconds after I contacted. Superb! Wonderful place

We, as two couples, very much enjoyed our stay at BooBoo's. The management was excellent. When we had any concerns or questions, they were taken care of immediately. There was a welcome kit including a whole package of ground coffee and small toiletries, waiting for us. Maintenance (such as for the pool or the solar panels and garbage collection) was done without interference to us. The home was very clean and included everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in it and on the large, shaded deck. We did find the beds a little too soft for us but other than that, we were very pleased. It is in a lovely, safe neighborhood. We did a lot of walking, even for groceries at Ralph's (but that may be too far for some). El Mirasol, just around the corner, was our favorite restaurant. Great food, terrific service. The only suggestions would be: -to somewhow be able to turn off the bright light by the barbque -to put a little sign up on the washing machine to remind guests to leave the door and the try open after use (to avoid moldy smell) We hope to return soon!

Boo Boo’s did not disappoint. Everything was just as pictured and described. The entire place is clean, all amenities in working order, nice quiet neighborhood, backyard privacy, comfortable seating everywhere, and on and on...! Plenty of towels for bathing and swimming. We had no problems, so we didn’t need to contact property management. We enjoyed short walks for lattes (Koffi), ice cream (Kreem—excellent place), and dining. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Overall Comment Comfortable. However, there should be simpler directions for the ’s simply a one button push yet they confuse the issue. Pool company had to come by. Also, there should be better ambiance in the outside areas....a little color, plants, etc. The main front gate should lock. They also need more & bigger mugs...only 4 small ones.

Overall Comment The property was excellent in terms of location and cleanliness and the family was happy. Just a few snafus of two light bulbs that were out and pooling of the fridge. The A/C was weak in the bedroom nearest the kitchen. ACME wanted to send maintenance over but we were okay. I was more impressed with the customer experience details of ACME in making sure check in was contactless and using text messaging to send us messages. My one suggestion would be to let us know who, by name we were texting with to make things more personable. We would definitely recommend Boo Boo's Hideaway to other families. Thanks ACME.

Relaxing Getaway at BooBoo's Hideaway

Overall Comment BooBoo's Hideaway was perfect for our family's needs. It came with everything we needed to make meals at the house, including a great natural gas BBQ, and we took advantage of this during the current health crisis. The backyard and pool with the tanning shelf and chairs was perfect to stay cool during the hot 100+ degree heat, although it could benefit from a couple of extra umbrella's. We enjoyed our coffee in the shady front of the house in the mornings with gorgeous mountain views and during the high heat of the day, we just played games inside in the A/C until the sun shifted over the house. Acme provided a great book with directions for house rules, wifi, a/c unit etc., and were in constant contact making sure we did not need anything. Perfect for families.

Overall Comment This is a lovely, spa like retreat with all the amenities. The pool area is great! I love the set up with a tanning shelf with built in umbrellas between the pool and spa, and so did our lab! My only suggestion is access to a streaming service since there is just basic cable. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the reservation process and the stay!

Overall Comment I can't think of a single complaint except if someone has invented cooled outdoor floors for those 110 degree days :). The place was in great shape when we arrived. We spent most of our time outside by the pool - the pool shelf with chairs is a great add I'd never experienced before, and you actually can see the mountains from the backyard. The place was even better than I expected from the pictures between the open living space, nice bathrooms, well decorated. The personal welcome from a "concierge service" is a little odd but was actually helpful to remind us about the noise policy in the area and a couple dinner & tiki bar tips. Location is down the road from the busiest restaurant strip but there are several places we walked to for dinner/drinks and the main drag is just a short drive. We came in August, but the place seems to be versatile for different seasons as well.

This was our third time using Acme and we've never been disappointed. The house was clean and had a great layout for our family. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and a convenient location. Overall Comment The property management company was wonderful! They were helpful working hardto get us into the property on short notice. The lady that met us there to familiarize us with the property was very nice There is a wonderful view of the mountains out your front door. The property was clean and free of bugs which to me is a huge plus. The kitchen was stocked with every item possible that you might need. However the star of the show was definitely the backyard. It is very private with a wonderful deep pool that also has a sunbathing shelf. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the morning after we arrived somebody came in the home at 8 a.m. They knocked once and then entered the code and opened the door. When my husband jumped out of bed to go confront whomever was waltzing into the house he was informed they were dropping off a chair. They had to know we were there as our rental car is in the was quite scary as we are in a strange house and have no idea who all might have the door code. Waking up to somebody coming into the house was not what i had in mind. For one, after flying for 15 hours you do not want to be woken up at 8 a.m. and secondly at least give us a chance to answer the door before you come barging in. It is pretty scary when somebody walks into the house and you have no idea who they are or why they're there.

I rented this house because of the chairs/umbrellas in the pool. It got up to 117 during our stay and we spent most of the day in the pool. The house was cool and comfortable. Very clean. Beds were comfy. Our concierge, Michelle was fantastic. One thing to note is that grass in the backyard is fake. Not a huge deal but be warned that in 100 degree weather, it will be hotter than the concrete, so keep your pets and kids off it. I was very satisfied with the house and hope to rent it again in the future

The app streamlined everything making checking in and out super easy. The house was comfortable and perfect for a family, and is in a great location, close to great restaurants. The kids LOVED how the house was designed and loved all the features like the pool, outdoor shower and chalkboard wall. The biggest and best surprise was water in the fridge! It's a small detail, but such an important one. I've been staying in a lot of hotels recently, and only 1 provided water free of charge. Thank you!

Boo Boo's Hideaway was so comfortable and convenient. We stayed there with 4 adults, and a 2 year old, who spent the entire time in the pool! A great Anniversary stay!

You guys are very professional and have a great, friendly staff. Anytime there is an issue you had someone contact us within 10 minutes. The houses are always stocked with basics and very clean. We rented the Atomic Ranch last year and had our first experience with your company and were so impressed we wanted to try another rental of yours. We plan on coming back again next year for sure. You make it so easy contractually to book and your app is super friendly, easy and helpful. Also your emergency staff, was great when we couldn't get in because my code didn't work. Frank got me a temporary and then checked back with us the next morning. My code still never worked so we used the temporary the entire time and it never failed us. Great staff!! It was really nice to see a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter when we checked in. It was our anniversary week away so it was an extra nice surprise. No surprise was the pool and we loved it! Overall everything was wonderful and I think we ended up liking this property a little better than the Atomic Ranch, but it was close.

Boo Boo's Hideaway was great. The only thing I'd mention is there is a sound system in the house, but it's not hooked up. Be sure to bring your own music player / jambox if you want to listen to tunes by the pool. Otherwise the property was great, and would definitely recommend.

Hubby and I took four teenage boys to Palm Springs for a long weekend. This was our first time renting a vacation home. We never left the house! The pool and back yard were amazing plus the front yard - also had a firepit and spa. The boys felt they were living in the lap of luxury among the rich and famous. The place was clean, well thought out and very comfortable. So much better for our group than a hotel - and way cheaper.

Loved that everything in this house was new and clean. Very private property in a great location. We walked to restaurants and the free trolley service was like 300 feet from our door so we hardly even had to use the car. It was so cool that the Hacienda Beach Club was right down the block. Best parts for us were the pool, the firepits (there were two) and the outdoor living room. The beds were comfortable. The whole trip was simply perfect.

Great Time in a Very Nice House

We enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, well cared for and had a very cool layout. The entire property is walled for privacy so we were able to keep all the doors open at night so the front yard, back yard and inside all ran together. It seemed so huge. Very pretty that both the front and back yards have firepits and hot tubs. We had a great time in this very nice house. It was perfect for three couples. We had a really nice time staying at this very cool house. Very clean and comfortable. So close to the free Trolley so it was easy to get all over town without getting in the car.
