An oasis in the heart of Palm Springs, the resort-style backyard is your own private escape. With plenty of privacy, stunning mountain views, and a large, shimmering pool, it’s designed for relaxation. With multiple lounge areas, an outdoor TV, cornhole, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and outdoor dining all set around a dazzling pool, there’s nothing to do but relax.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Whether you’re seeking pure relaxation, endless entertainment, or a little bit of both, you’ll find it in the backyard. Thoughtfully designed to offer multiple outdoor lounge areas, you’ll find the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and take in mountain views, lounge poolside and soak in the sun, gather around the outdoor TV with drinks and snacks, enjoy al fresco meals grilled to perfection on the outdoor BBQ at the table for six, or relax by the fire pit as the sun sets — all interspersed with dips in the pool and rounds of cornhole.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Designed with vaulted ceilings and the perfect mix of dark wood, bright white walls, and subtle pops of color, the spacious, open living space is incredibly inviting. Whether watching TV or gathering around the fireplace, it’s warm, cozy, and welcoming. Just beyond the living room is the open dining space with a table for four offering picture-perfect views of the backyard oasis. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining spaces, with Viking appliances, a wine fridge, a huge kitchen island with seating for four, and a picture window showcasing the pool. There is also a full LG washer and dryer just beyond the kitchen.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
With three beautifully designed bedrooms, this home has the perfect layout for families. The spacious primary suite features a King bed, a huge flatscreen TV, a sitting area, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and glass sliders with access to the backyard. In the second bedroom, twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower make for the perfect kids’ room. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, a crib, a desk, sliders to the backyard, and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower just next door.

CANCELLATION/REFUND For Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 nights or less:

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 29 nights or longer:

• Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
• Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
• Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
• 60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was above and beyond. Beautiful decor, and it was stocked with everything we could think of. We made several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed — blenders, pans, pots, cooking sheets, oil, salt, pepper — honestly this and so much more! The pool and outdoor space was fantastic. It was nearby to restaurants and coffee shops. I would honestly book this place again!
