OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
As beautiful as the interiors are - it is the private pool yard that is this home's crowning glory. The entire back yard has been beautifully upgraded. Zero edge 75-foot pool with a tanning deck and spa. There’s a covered outdoor dining pavilion, a BBQ, two outdoor fire features, and plenty of outdoor seating. From the moment you arrive at this amazing vacation home, you'll know you made the right choice.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property features Spanish-inspired architecture with handsome stone and tile work. The fabulous open concept floor plan provides plenty of space for your entire group to gather, relax, and enjoy. Large skylights and movable walls of glass let the light pour in - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly flow into one another, creating a cohesive and inviting space. The chef’s kitchen has been recently upgraded with a beautiful marble island, adding a touch of elegance to the space. Additionally, it features a convenient breakfast bar and newly-installed skylights, allowing natural light to illuminate the area. The dining area comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, providing a perfect setting for meals and gatherings. In the living room, a comfortable sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV invite relaxation and entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, a second lounge area offers even more seating and a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for gatherings or quiet evenings in.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the four bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen tv, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed, en suite bath, and private doors to the yard. Bedrooms three and four share easy access to a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is also a powder room 1/2 bath off the main living area.

This fabulous villa is in Andreas Canyons - very close to some of the most beautiful hikes in Palm Springs and close to the South Palm Springs Business District. Wonderful location but needs cleaning ,upgrades, and some TLC.

Overall Comment Gorgeous home and perfect location to the Palm Spring scene, however the home needs some attention and better upkeep. The exterior patios both the front entrance and entire back patios needed to be cleaned-they had not been swept or hosed off for a long time. We had a small gathering in the back patio one evening by the lovely fireplace but had to clean for a few hours prior as it was so dirty. Very worn outdoor rugs and worn patio furniture needs replacement. The kitchen was poorly stocked lacking nicer drinking glasses, wine glasses, very cheap silverware, no foil or plastic wrap, salt, pepper etc., not many utensils. The curtains throughout and bed linens appear very worn, a few light bulbs out. Toilet in one of the bathrooms was not functioning well, many scratches/dents on the walls. The home could use a few new furnishings, a deep clean throughout, paint, kitchen restocked, better upkeep. Nice home, but poorly decorated, very average furnishings. Master end of bed bench was broken. We travel to Palm Springs several times a year and usually stay in higher end homes, but we probably won’t return to this home. For the price we were disappointed. I must state however, the Acme team was terrific to work with in every way. The office managers were polite, professional, and very responsive.

My daughters spent the week swimming. Even my husband and I spent most of the time in the water. There was a very nice sized lawn on the side too. The location of the house is great, on a very quiet street and we enjoyed the view of the mountains. The house had a lovely distribution, had all the commodities and AC worked great in all areas. We love Villa Andreas! This was our second visit and we plan on returning next year. It has ample room, a nice TV area, a good kitchen and (best of all) an excellent backyard. The pool and jacuzzi aren't big but they're big enough for us. The key is the large lawn where we can play corn-hole and bocce ball. It's also near the end of a cul-de-sac so the neighborhood is quiet. When we had trouble with the air conditioning is was resolved quickly. Thank you!

Overall Comment The home is Beautiful! Very relaxing and provided everything needed for a relaxing getaway for myself, husband, and 3 couples. The pool was perfect and the gardens beautiful creating a nice oasis. The only downer,for our group, is that you are not able to play music outside. Not even at a low volume. The noise restrictions are very strict so I would not recommend this house for a family with children. Also, the rooms would get very hot as if the air was not flowing through the bedroom vents. The main house stayed quite cool with A.C. The house is located close to everything . Botanical gardens, Tram ride, shopping, night life, etc. The house and amenities were top notch and beds very comfortable! We had a great trip!

Overall Comment We wanted to stay at a different property but couldn't and we're sure glad it worked out the way it did! Beautiful home and neighborhood. We loved the backyard, pool, jacuzzi, and especially the grass area which allowed for fun-n-games. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were plenty of towels in bathrooms. We had an air conditioning issue with one of the two units not working and they responded very fast and resolved the issue quickly. We plan on staying there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to stay at a different property but couldn't and we're sure glad it worked out the way it did! Beautiful home and neighborhood. We loved the backyard, pool, jacuzzi, and especially the grass area which allowed for fun-n-games. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were plenty of towels in bathrooms. We had an air conditioning issue with one of the two units not working and they responded very fast and resolved the issue quickly. We plan on staying there again!

Overall Comment It was a delightful time with family. The house was wonderful, however we were greatly disappointed that the misters were broken and being that it was very hot we would have enjoyed sitting outside more as we were looking forward to having misters.

Overall Comment House was fine but the pool is pretty small. Also, we were given a warning for noise complaint even though we were in bed by 8PM and this was a family trip with kids! Neighbors are not nice and kind.

The location was ideal. The yard was fantastic. We loved how lovely the check in experience was with music playing in each room. The house was so well stocked with blankets and pillows which was nice. The barbecue was spotless! The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but overall the yard was fantastic!

We picked this property because it offered 4 bedrooms & 3 baths, a pool & spa, and was in a great location! The best part of this property was everything!!! The grandchildren said it was the pool & spa! The adults loved the spaciousness of the house, the fully equipped kitchen & the beautiful, private backyard setting. The location of the house was excellent for getting to activities & restaurants. The biggest surprise was that the house was better than was depicted on the website. The description of the property was totally accurate, no fudging. We would highly recommend staying at Villa Andreas for a family of 8. It was the best vacation house rental we have ever had with our family. It was first class!

With a pool, spa, and misters, we were always entertained. The property was perfectly maintained and is located in a quiet spot, close to everything we needed! Family Trip for my 21st Birthday!

My family took me and a few of my girls here to celebrate my 21st Birthday. This house was gorgeous! We spent the whole time in the pool. My parents and brothers loved the place too! Lots of space for everyone - great big outdoor table for large family / friends dinners. This was the best birthday ever!

Nice Large House! Great Yard!

We loved this house. Beautiful, large, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. We really felt like we were staying in someone's home instead of a hotel. It was a great feeling. The back yard pool area was so private and pretty with nice flowers everywhere, a big lawn and great mountain views. So inside and out the house and property were great. I felt it was a little too deep in the canyons and would like to have been closer to town. But my husband and our teenage boys are all about the biking and hiking so they thought the location was the best. Great time - highly recommend.
