There’s also a Brazilian hammock nestled between the palm trees & surrounding landscape - perfect for lounging & taking in the stunning mountain views. Belding Bliss is truly a vacation paradise.

The spacious free-flowing floor plan provides plenty of space for your entire group to gather & enjoy. Spectacular walls of glass blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living in true Palm Springs style.

Here, you’ll find all the upgrades you would expect to find in a luxury vacation home. New kitchen & bathrooms, high-end appliances, high-speed internet, plenty of charging stations - plus comfortable sleeping quarters w/ bedside remotes to turn the lights on/off without getting out of bed! It’s everything you could want on vacation, & more.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All bedrooms have been beautifully styled with that classic late 60s style. They feature gorgeous designer wallpaper, plenty of storage, comfortable, hotel-quality mattresses, & even bedside remotes to turn the lights on/off. The Primary Bedroom offers a King bed, ensuite bath & sliding doors to the pool. Guest Room 2 has a King bed & Guest Room 3 has two Twin beds (can convert to a King upon request). Both guest rooms share easy access to the bathroom in the hall.

• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).

We loved the outdoor space and the pool!

I stayed here with my wife and our two small kids and my 70 year old parents. The house was lovely and clean and spacious. The showers were amazing. Note: for people with small kids there isn’t a bath tub. We loved the outdoor space and the pool. We did have two issues. One was the pool/hot tub. They weren’t usable for 24 hours due to being dirty from high winds and mechanical issues with the filters. The hot tub also never got warmer than a hot bath temp. My kids loved that temp though so I suppose alls well that ends well. The 2nd issue was communication with ACME. They are super accessible both by text and phone. Which is great! But because they have a lot of people on staff it seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. This resulted in miss communication with the people who came to fix and clean the pool. And cleaning staff showing up before our departure time. Overall though I would definitely return! And I thought ACME did a good job stocking the house and having it cleaned before we arrived. The house made my parents fall in love with Palm Springs vacations so that to me makes it a 5 star stay!

Amazing getaway in the sunshine!

Stunning property with stunning views. Acme Properties provided a well kept, clean, beautiful rental for the five-day stay in Palm Springs for our group of six. Comfortable beds in each room. On request, we arrived to find one bed was nicely converted from two twins to a king. The neighborhood is in a great location, quietly nestled between the airport and Downtown Palm Springs. Which then allowed for peaceful morning walks. Close to grocery stores without the noise of any major intersections. We had all the amenities we needed, the home was tidy and perfect. Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

Overall Comment Fun and colorful furnishings were adorable! Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and backyard were very private and had lots of great seating areas. We had a couple of questions and Acme answered immediately when we called and assisted us. Would highly recommend this home. It is in a great location near to town, less than 10 minute drive/Uber. My one issue was the water took literally 15 minutes to get warm which seemed so wasteful considering water shortage in CA. Acme told us it was due to tankless water heater which seemed odd. Also, water pressure in showers terrible. Aside from that we loved this place and will definitely rent again.

The house is clean and is located close to everything. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and the neighborhood. One thing that was not clear until check in was the noise ordinance in Palm Springs. The house rental company states that there should be no outside music, no matter the times. You can't play music inside if it can be heard outside. Outside voices that are too loud are not allowed as well. We received a phone call/email/text and multiple signs posted throughout the house and in the backyard warning that a noise violation would result in an immediate eviction and possible $500 fine. I'm sure they (Palm Springs) have had plenty of bad experiences with renters having parties and loud noises, but the constant barrage of warnings and threats is a little intense. It made it so we did not feel comfortable using the outside area as much as we wanted to. BTW it was just my wife, another couple and a 2 year old. I just feel the next renters should know their rental/noise policy since it is not easily listed on their page.

Beautiful home filled with everything you could possibly need! The house is very well decorated and complemented with comfortable seating, inside and out. There is plenty of space to hang by the pool, in the hot tub, and by the fire pit. Feel like cooking? The house comes fully equipped with all the necessary tools to prep a meal or grill. Super easy check-in/out and very clean. I wouldn't have wanted to spend my birthday anywhere else!

This house was amazing!! The decor is gorgeous and the outdoor area (with the pool, hot tub, and fire pit) is totally perfect for a relaxing vacation. Super convenient location as well. Definitely will be staying here next time I'm in Palm Springs!

This place literally checked all the boxes for me: (1) excellent mid century design tastes if that's your thing (2) location which was close to everything including a 5 min drive to the airport and a 5 min drive to many restaurants and bars (3) Amenities including a fully stocked home, a gorgeous pool, brand new washer/dryer, etc which made it feel like a home away from home. And lastly, if picturesque is something you're looking for (all you Instagram users), then look no further! Definitely will be staying here again.

Absolutely loved the house. My family and I had a fantastic time! From the beautiful pool to the thoughtful design...it is truly a dream. They have thought of all of the things that make this place.... well, feel like real home - warm and welcoming. Bold yet beautiful wallpaper, gorgeous outdoor furniture, a heavenly bed, fantastic view of the mountains, and much more. The location is amazing too! I can't wait to go back soon! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful, luxury stay that is inviting and blissful and close to all things Palm Springs!

Palm Springs Perfection!

If you're reading this review, save yourself the time of any additional searching and simply book this property. I visited the house in May of 2019 with some friends and this house made the trip even more memorable! The backyard is everything. EVERYTHING. The pool has just the right about of sun, is heated, well-lit for nighttime hot-tub dips, and has a ledge for sunbathing. It's private, quiet and you can see the mountains. We had lunch every day on the covered porch that has three different seating areas. This mid-century house has a Palm Springs modern update that is simultaneously Instagram-worthy and Facetime with the grand-kids relaxing. The kitchen is modern and has the most adorable plates/utensils/drink ware. So, don't worry too much about bringing all the necessary (cactus mugs) because the owners already thought of that. The living room is comfortable with plenty of seating, and has a couch made for binge-watching - thanks to the smart TV that had all the necessary streaming apps. The bedrooms are chic with nice sheets and actually comfortable mattresses! The master is beautiful -- but so much detail was put into the other two bedrooms that there will be no RHONY Ramona room selection drama. Even though you won't want to leave the house, the location is a short Uber ride away to downtown shops & restaurants. (I don't think we spent more than $13 on an Uber). It's so close to downtown, you can also use Door Dash to have food/Starbucks delivered right to the front

It was such a treat to stay at Belding Bliss for a girls' getaway! As soon as you enter the front door you are immersed into vaca mode with every room curated to remind you it's time to relax and enjoy your moment away in style. Step outdoors and you are greeted with a serene and private living space. We had everything we needed, not to mention a glorious view of the mountains from your lounge chair! 100% will be back.
