The private resort-style yard features absolutely incredible mountain views. The pool - which runs the entire width of the home - has an integrated waterfall spa. It’s surrounded by a gazebo shade structure, chaise lounges, an outdoor dining pavilion, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit lounge. You’ll even find horseshoe and putting green! Staying at this property will be like staying at your very own desert oasis!

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Completely walled for privacy, the resort-style yard features a heated pool with an integrated waterfall spa. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs, a gazebo shade structure, a covered outdoor dining pavilion, a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit lounge with spectacular mountain views. You’ll also find putting green and horseshoe - great for spending quality time with your travel companions. Mature plantings, citrus trees, and towering palm trees add to the charm of this fabulous desert oasis!

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This gorgeous vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. It’s high-style designer chic with an understated elegance. It features a spacious open concept floor plan with walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and sunroom are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is brand new and has been outfitted with a glass tile backsplash, modern cabinetry and Viking appliances.

Everything about this property has been updated for the way we live today, with new bathrooms, a gas fireplace, upgraded heating and cooling systems, 4 flatscreen TVs with AirPlay and streaming capabilities, and hi-speed wifi - perfect for remote working and learning. You’ll even find a functional desk in the Primary Bedroom - perfect for working from home - and a bonus sun-room with barn doors that close for privacy - perfect for stepping away to take Zoom calls.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flat screen Smart TV. The deluxe Primary Suite is gorgeous and features a King bed, an ensuite bath with dual sinks and showerheads, and direct access to the pool yard. There is a King Guest Room and Queen Guest Room, and they both share easy access to the bathroom in the hall. The sunroom has a napping sofa that is great for overflow guests.

LOCATION
Azure Oasis is located on a quiet and private residential cul-de-sac, but less than a mile to the World-Famous Palm Canyon Drive. Ruth Hardy Park - with its community tennis courts, health and fitness trails, playgrounds and gardens - is a mile away. You’re also not far from the Uptown Design District where you'll find art galleries, boutiques, fine dining, cocktail lounges and performance spaces. Grocery stores, fast casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.

Lovely stay here. Pillows a little hard, but the bed was comfy! Everything worked and was clean. The pool was pretty amazing for this size house; 50 feet long and 10 feet across so it did feel like a resort. Last step into the pool is a deep one! Hot tub warm with really good jets and both fire pit and fire place were easy to use. Would definitely stay here again

We had a fine stay at this house

We had a fine stay at this house. The outdoor space was very nice. We had an issue with the hot tub, which was resolved the next day with a repairman. Some plumbing issues negatively affected our final night. The property management company tried to resolve it, but couldn’t get a service man out till the next day. Not ideal, but we got thru it. The management company did offer us a partial day refund, which was appreciated.

Very nice overall. Could have been a bit cleaner. Bathrooms and outside curtains mostly. The listing did it state that they restrict air conditioning to 74 degree and pool can’t heat at same time as hot tub so it’s one or the other. Lighting and electrical could be improved. Other than that it was a nice place and a nice neighborhood.

This was a fantastic place and a great getaway for us. It was nice to be able to relax by the pool and have so much privacy. The house was beautiful and very clean. Everything worked - the washer, dryer, gas grill - no problems. There wasn't anything that we wish we would have had. It was all there! What a great experience!! From the moment we walked in the door, I was delightfully surprised by the cleanliness. Absolutely spotless. We would definitely rent this house again! Do not let my list on cons sway you... I’m just putting it all out there. Pros: clean Comfy beds Great bathrooms (although hall bathroom has ZERO counter space. ZERO.) Stocked kitchen Grocery store and Walgreens nearby Gorgeous yard Amazing pool Tons of seating out back so you can move around as the sun moves Laundry Cons: within the first few minutes in the pool, my kids noticed a small piece of ?? on the bottom. We tried to get it out but on the way up the side of the pool, it left a giant smear. So gross. We had to wait HOURS for a pool guy to come and clean the pool. Hot tub didn’t work the entire time. That sucked. Very windy at times. Woke up one morning to palm tree pieces all over the yard and pool. Not a big deal. We easily cleaned it. Not much counter space. No pantry. Not a big deal, but be prepared. There’s a binder with restaurant/sightseeing ideas. DO NOT set out on an adventure until your double check the place is still open/running. We made big plans for our day using the free trolley that we found in the binder (we didn’t have a rental car). We walked with our four children in the 100 heat about a half mile to catch this free trolley. After waiting and waiting and waiting....making phone calls, trying to flag down bus drivers (they refused to talk to me), we finally discovered

Great week-long stay with our parents and our 5-year-old (total of five people in the home). Chose to pay to have the pool heated (good decision for an early June stay). Great location and easy to get to grocery stores and a very short drive to everything in Palm Springs. The light tube in the queen room needs to be covered or else you will be woken up by sunlight early in the morning as it's right above the bed. Main area of house stays cooler while the bedrooms tend to be warmer -- not exactly ideal for sleeping. There is one fan available in the primary suite -- a fan for each bedroom would be a welcome addition and make for a more pleasant sleeping environment in warmer months. Quick and easy communications with quick responses during the stay with ACME mgmt company via text.

This place is great for a small family. We needed a getaway with our kids and the pool is a lap pool so it is functional for exercise and fun. Perfect depth, so you can go end to end. Overall Comment This house is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and still close to downtown. The pool is very large and the spa is nice, though you need to walk all the way around the pool to get to the spa. The house was spotless. We had one issue with wifi but I contacted them and they provided an alternative sign in method within 24 hours. The only thing this property lacks is a second hair dryer, two bathrooms two hairdryers that’s all I ask.

What a fantastic holiday in Palm Springs. Made even more special by getting to stay in Azure Oasis through Acme House Company. The house was perfectly suited to me and my two sisters, there to celebrate a birthday. As a cook, the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped although we could have uses a blender or small food processor. The instructions for the house were clear and when Acme says call with any concerns, they really mean it! The service was excellent. We would happily return. Great property, and excellent management.

We were a little nervous to do a short-term rental, but It was a wonderful experience. We were able to rent a full house for the price of a single room at a hotel.
