The tropical, private backyard area has a large pool and spa, plus plenty of loungers and deluxe floats to soak up the sun. Head indoors through the sliding glass doors and you will find a comfortable, clean, and modern space with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and the TV is ideal for movie nights or watching the big game. A brick fireplace creates a cozy ambiance once the sun goes down.

Downtown Palm Springs is less than a mile away and offers a wide array of dining and entertainment options. The property is also well-positioned for hiking, horseback riding, and world-class golf.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The resort-style backyard at Atomic Ranch Heaven was voted one of the top five Best of Outdoor Spaces in HomeAway’s First Annual Outdoor Living Spaces Contest, and your group will love finding out why!

The large pool with spillover spa and tanning shelf takes center stage and is where your group can hang out and enjoy Palm Springs’ great weather. Relax in the warm water on one of the deluxe floats, grab a lounger, or bag the day bed or hammock to while away the day in style.

This outdoor table seats 10 and with space heaters, a fire feature, and amazing outdoor lighting you’ll want to dine alfresco every night of your vacation. There’s also a putting green for the golf fans in your group. Around the front, there is a two-car driveway and an additional one-car garage.

** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
The spacious and airy indoor living area is stylish, functional, and designed for groups to enjoy together. The two modern, clean, and comfortable living rooms provide guests with plenty of seating options and the large, modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals to remember.

The indoor dining table seats six guests and there’s space for four at the breakfast bar.

Sliding doors from the main living space open onto the backyard area and let in plenty of light. Then, when the sun goes down, light the brick fireplace and sit back as a warm, relaxing glow fills the living space.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Three attractive suites comfortably sleep up to six guests. The primary suite has a luxurious king bed with premium linens, a large screen TV, and an en suite spa-style bathroom with a double vanity and makeup area.

The first guest suite also has a king bed, while the second has a queen. Both rooms have TVs and hotel-quality linens. There is also a comfortable double futon in the living area if additional sleeping space is needed. Guests can make use of the 1.5 bathrooms in addition to the primary en suite.

THE LOCATION
This vacation property is perfectly positioned under a mile from Downtown Palm Springs. Here, guests can enjoy exceptional shopping and dining and explore the fabulous art district’s many galleries. World-class golf is also on your doorstep, as well as some of California’s best hiking and horseback riding. Las Vegas-style casinos are nearby, and the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tram is also easy to reach from the property.

Great location to dive into Palm Springs

The house fit the description and certainly has an amazing pool and backyard setup. The kitchen is functional and has basics for most meals we wanted to whip up. Of note, there is an attached bedroom to the master suite. Great if you have children in the next room to supervise. Not so great for adult couples as the doors are thin. Proximity to Ruth Hardy Park was great for tennis each day!

We had a wonderful week's stay for my niece's wedding. The home was very clean and well appointed. The outdoor living was amazing. I especially enjoyed the upgraded lighting in the home - all on dimmers. The location of the home was perfect and very close to everything. The only thing that will need attention for future guests is the coffeepot - it was broken so I had to hold up the pot while it was brewing. This is the second home I have rented from Acme House Company, and I am very impressed with their customer service and the excellent conditions of their rentals.

We had a wonderful stay at Atomic Ranch Heaven! We spent 3 days poolside and didn't want to leave. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The backyard was beautiful and had many seating arrangements to enjoy. We thought we'd be dining out more but decided to stay in for most of our meals. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect...the advantage to an Airbnb is having them all to yourself. We loved every minute of our stay! Acme knows how to provide for their guests. You won't be disappointed!

Pool with baja shelf, shade umbrellas, privacy in back, hot tub, fire pit, updated baths, nice bedrooms..Check, check, check, it has it all! House is more modern, less PS kitsch, designed to give feel of hotel while enjoying private pool to yourself. New AC worked well,huge washer/dryer, all appliances newer & good condition. 2 rooms share bath. Smallest is Jack n Jill style that can be locked from Primary. Large Primary, huge nice shower with tons of water pressure. Well equipped kitchen, even found a tiny screwdriver needed for something. Fridge plays music. Loved all the night lighting on patio & pool, family has big screen TV loaded with streaming apps. Used two big blue chairs for mobile mani pedi/massage service, it was great. Powder bath off family with for pool access. Showstopper is backyard, Star Jasmine vines smelled so good on patio cover. Loved hanging lights, had ceiling fans and even a gas heater. Hit spa button 45 mins ahead of use for the heat to kick on in hot tub but it worked well once going, hot tub has a ton of jet pressure. Pool supposedly heated, could have been warmer when it was 105 out, too cool for 70 degrees. Used table top fire briefly as it was windy that day. Firepit flame was blue & low to ground so that was disappointing. Overall, pool area is fantastic, noise was not an issue. Nice neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants. Would definitely book again & would be hard to book different property with as much as I liked about this one!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Atomic Ranch. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home and use the outdoor grill area. The beds are comfy and the outdoor area was perfect for having morning coffee, dinner outside or enjoying the spa. The outdoor heaters made it possible for us to be outside quite a bit which was great. The location of this home is perfect for nights out in Palm Springs or for heading out for hikes at various trails. We enjoyed everything about Palm Springs as it is easy to navigate around. This house was a great place to experience all that PS has to offer.

The only thing that was a challenge was that the AC never fully cooled off the rooms but the fans helped as much as they could! We come to PS every year around the 4th, and this was one of the most memorable ones! We absolutely loved the house - from the ease of communication with ACME, to the amazing house, the wonderful pool - all was just AHHHH! Wonderful property!

We stayed at this home for 4 days last month and thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a big living room area off the kitchen where everyone can gather to eat, watch TV or just chill. Lots of places to sit for meals, more than we could even use. The living room and bedrooms have the most amazing ceiling fans with a Whoosh feature that really cools the air. All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds, lots of pillows and a TV in each. Having TVs in each room is really nice and something we always look for in rentals. The master bedroom/bathroom is HUGE with private access to the pool area. Kitchen is nice with modern appliances and all the amenities and basic cooking needs. Although not listed, there is a Keurig coffee maker as part of the drip coffee maker, so bring your k-cups. And finally the pool area. It’s amazing! Surrounded by fruit trees and a small grassy area, with a fire pit and a little putting green, it is the jewel of the house. Umbrellas IN the pool and two tanning shelves made it so nice. The jacuzzi was perfect too. The back yard has two sitting areas and a very nice bar/bbq table that we didn’t even use. Also, this is the first place we rented that actually had enough pool lounge chairs for everyone! Ceiling fans in the patio area were a nice touch. The management was very responsive when we needed them.

Our family of five adults, absolutely loved our stay at Atomic Ranch - the house was super comfortable and warm and very well-equipped. The garden/pool/outdoor dining/sitting area was fabulous - really well thought out and attractive. The house is very well located and made a perfect base for us to explore Palm Springs and surrounds. We would totally recommend the house for a family or for a group of friends - and we definitely hope to be back.

Great oasis close to Town

The property was exactly as described. It offers excellent outdoor amenities a well heated pool, a great jacuzzi and ample lounging chairs. The house has nice bathrooms and excellent beddings. The kitchen was where some improvement was needed. It was overall decently equipped and had a brand new fridge. The gas stove was whisteling when in use, the dishwasher was not very efficient requiring pre washing dishes and there were only a flatware set for 6 people which in a house that could host up to 6 people we somewhat limited. This was most noticeable for us since we stayed 4 wks but likely less of an issue for short term rental. Overall these were manageable issue. Additionally the property is so well located, close to all you need, walking distance to downtown, walking distance to tennis courts and park that it made our time there great. The property management company was super responsive anytime we needed and made checking in and out super easy. A great property. Highly recommended.

50th Birthday party with 5 of my Besties

We had a great stay. Very quiet and very private. We did have issues with getting the hot tub to heat. The instructions on the system are very weak. After 2 days we finally found the schedule on the system and deleted it and set our own so we could use it. Acme sent out an employee the first night but he didn't know how to really work the system. H Other than this we had a fantastic time. Also, beware absolutely no music can be played outside. Palm Spring ordinance $500 fine and eviction. Big sign in backyard stating so and a call from Acme within the first 30 mins of arrival reminding you of this. Overall, great place and enjoyable time with the girls.

Overall Comment Our family of four (two teens) stayed here for 5 days. It was wonderful! We loved the pool and the house had everything we needed. Very spacious floor plan and comfortable beds. Small tip- they list the house as having pool floats, Theirs are not in great condition. We had brought two inflatable mattresses of our own (easily fit in a suitcase) and were glad we did. We were in the pool so much they were nice to have. Acme was so great getting us all the information we needed for our stay and checking in during our trip.

Atomic Ranch Haven stay cut short

Overall Comment Our stay at the Atomic Ranch was interrupted by record breaking heat. Unfortunately, we were restricted from outside activity due to excessive high daily temperatures (116-123). Most of our stay was staying inside the home. However, the home was clean, beautiful pool & spa, close to restaurants, and very close to Hardy Park to walk our dog. Because of the excessive heat we cut our stay short by a day. It's unfortunate we were unable to really enjoy the home and it's amenities. We would stay again under better weather conditions.

This was a really fun place. The kitchen space combined with the outdoors was perfect for entertaining, cooking, and spending time with friends/family. There's plenty of spaces for small groups, larger groups, and a variety of activities. The pool has umbrellas, which was fantastic. There are two fire pits, a great bbq, and tons of variety for lounging. The second bedroom has a door to the master, so if you have children this seems like a good option, not a ton of privacy if all couples - but we did spend most of our time in communal spaces and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked. It's so close to the park - we loved walked over with our dog. Really nicely done.

Overall Comment it's a nice house. very clean and the kitchen is great. everything as mentioned. i wish we could have found a way to hook up our music but we couldn't figure it out or it isn't possible. the pool is great, the yard is private, great to bring your dog as it's really secure. i wish they would know how many people were coming (it was just two of us) and organize the outside furniture accordingly as there was so much outdoor furniture (which is great for large parties) but it left us feel ing cramped. overall recommend with a few tweaks to make the stay better for each party.

Overall Comment We selected this house for it's great backyard and proximity to the park and downtown. It was exactly as we'd hoped. We appreciated that the house's technology was easy to operate as sometimes these houses can be too high-tech and too complicated. Overall, we really loved this house and would stay here again. The only nit-picky thing I would say is that we were there for only 4 days and the pool man came twice during our stay, which seemed excessive.

Overall Comment We really loved our stay at Atomic Ranch Heaven. The property was well-equipped and comfortable. Location near downtown Palm Springs was very convenient. Our only complaint was that the bedrooms got extremely hot at night... I am sure this was due to the historic heat wave Palm Springs was experiencing at the time we visited. Would definitely rent this house again.

Overall Comment We really enjoyed our stay at Atomic Ranch Heaven. The house was exactly as advertised in the photos and we had a lovely representative from Acme greet us upon arrival to give us a rundown of everything we needed to know. The house is conveniently located near downtown and super close to a few grocery stores. The only thing I would note to people interested in renting the house is the bedroom set-up - one of the bedrooms shares a door with the master - so it doesn't give you much privacy between the two bedrooms. This is clearly shown on the house layout as well. This was our second time renting from the Acme House Company and we look forward to renting another house from them again.

Overall Comment Perfect home for just lounging in the pool, with everything we needed - and when the coffee maker broke, a (new) replacement was sent over within the hour. The team at Acme went above and beyond to help us out on the last morning with a special request as well as extended check-out - excellent customer service as always. The home is in a great location near the park and easily bike-able to town (when it's not too hot to do so). A relatively quiet neighborhood and totally private, gorgeous backyard with citrus trees. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining outdoors

The Atomic Ranch Heaven property is spacious, and comfortable. Large beds, clean, and lots of places to lounge outdoors and indoors when you've had enough sun. We had several dinners outdoors, and made use of the grill often. We set up umbrellas in the pool to maximize our pool time and got cozy around the fire pit at night even. The beds were really big and comfortable, and the neighbourhood is very quiet. I had some incredible sleeps in the master suite. It was like being in a separate part of the house from everyone else. Slight drawback to the master suite room was that it was joined to another bedroom via a door that locked from the master side, which I didn't recall reading about in the description. The master bath is incredible. I had one minor fix it problem with the property that was resolved in less than 40 minutes from the time I submitted a request through the app, to the time someone from Acme showed up to fix the problem. I was very pleased and impressed. My visit was for 2 weeks and I would recommend this property to anyone. Good for groups and families. Even though we had very little reason to leave the property, it was so enjoyable. The house is so close to everything you need for supplies and entertainment.

5 of my good friends and I stayed at the Atomic Ranch House over a weekend in July. It felt strange booking everything online, and was a bit scared since it was my first time. All of my questions were answered via email, quick responses each time. When we arrived we followed all of the instructions, which were super easy. We walked into the house and started to explore the property. The pool was amazing, we loved the fire fixtures outside, and the bbq got tons of use. Some of us went into town to hang out, but others stayed back and relaxed. The pool was our favorite part. The tall trees helped with the beaming sun throughout the day. The house had pretty much everything we needed. I loved the app, a couple of questions came up during our stay. I sent our questions through the app and someone would respond right away. They also sent a text during our stay to check in on us. Overall it was a great experience, and will be booking another house soon.

Our experience of using ACME House Co is a very positive one. The booking process and management of the booking was very modern compared with other organisations. It was simple to book, didn't have hidden fees for things like pool heat, and could be managed through their app (better than international tour operators). Also, the ability to sign a rental contract online is a dream. The information provided prior to arrival was accurate, & access to the property was very straight forward. Atomic Ranch Heaven is an amazing place to stay in Palm Springs. It is a modern pool home with a thoughtful design both inside and out. The lighting, modern fire pits, citrus trees, excellent TV/Internet, beautiful bathrooms and a great pool/Jacuzzi area, made this very special for us. You are a short walk from the town center or small drive to the San Jacinto mountain park entrance (which you must visit if you love nature). The user guide to the home was very informative, providing useful tips on how to manage the pool heat through to recommending local stores. It contains all the information you need for a comfortable stay. The home came with all the essentials you need, so you don't have to worry about picking up cleaning products and so forth. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, clean, and perfect working order. Initially we did have an issue with the pool heat, but ACME came out to resolve it very quickly, which was much appreciated. The support people on the phone...

We liked the location near Ruth Hardy Park, and that you allowed dogs! The backyard was very nice with the heated pool and jacuzzi. It was chilly most of our stay, so we put the outdoor heater to good use! The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The bathroom fan in the master bathroom could use a good cleaning-if you look up, you can see it is full of dust.

The house looked just like the pictures, no surprises. When we had an issue with the grill ACME House Co. sent their maintenance team out right away to fix it. The property was super clean and stocked with the basic amenities. Close to everything, including the park, which was great for our dog. We relaxed and played in the amazing pool more than ever before, at any rental, and I got to cook a lot of our meals, in the easy to navigate kitchen. We really felt we didn't have a need to ever leave the house. We plan to come back again for sure and hopefully sooner than our next anniversary.

Atomic Ranch Heaven - You will not want to leave!

Our experience of using ACME House Co is a very positive one. The booking process and management of the booking was very modern compared with other organisations. It was simple to book, didn't have hidden fees for things like pool heat, and could be managed through their app (better than international tour operators). Also, the ability to sign a rental contract online is a dream. The information provided prior to arrival was accurate, & access to the property was very straight forward. Atomic Ranch Heaven is an amazing place to stay in Palm Springs. It is a modern pool home with a thoughtful design both inside and out. The lighting, modern fire pits, citrus trees, excellent TV/Internet, beautiful bathrooms and a great pool/Jacuzzi area, made this very special for us. You are a short walk from the town centre or small drive to the San Jacinto mountain park entrance (which you must visit if you love nature). The user guide to the home was very informative, providing useful tips on how to manage the pool heat through to recommending local stores. It contains all the information you need for a comfortable stay. The home came with all the essentials you need, so you don't have to worry about picking up cleaning products and so forth. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, clean, and perfect working order. Initially we did have an issue with the pool heat, but ACME came out to resolve it very quickly, which was much appreciated. The support people on the phone

We have always stayed at hotels when we visit Palm Springs but decided this time we wanted something with more privacy and peaceful so I came across this place online and glad I did. Will never stay in a hotel when we visit PS again. Atomic Ranch was beautiful. We didn't want to leave. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and relaxing. The home was in a great location. We would definitely return. The backyard was beautiful. The fire pits were a very nice touch.

Overall Comment This home was the best we have ever rented in Palm Springs. Mid-century bones, with all the luxury and high tech comforts one would wish for (wifi, cable, etc). Gourmet kitchen and great flow through out the house. The property management was first class - very responsive and thorough. Ken did everything right. We will be back!

Overall Comment We had a fabulous vacation. The back yard of this property was fantastic and that is where we spent the bulk of our time. The house was very clean when we arrived and the added touch of having some lights on and soft music was very welcoming. The water in Palm Springs is very rough and drying, and seems to quickly cause corrosion in/on plumbing fixtures. The kitchen sink sprayer didn't work at all due to this and the rain head in the master bath is also messed up. Also, the dishwasher wouldn't start the first time we went to use it, fortunately we have the same brand (Miele) so we knew it was because the rinse aid was out (light was on) and we had to run to the store to get some. Acme should put this in the house binder for future guests and have some on the property. The only other issue was the master bedroom bed, it creaked so badly at the slightest movement and everytime one of us barely turned or moved it woke the other up. This made sleeping very challenging, but this was only in the master, this is the only reason we wouldn't stay at this property again. Overall we had a really wonderful stay and hope to be doing it again soon!

Overall Comment From the start, Acme was great to work with. They were responsive, and the reservation process was easy and modern. Upon arrival it was like christmas morning. The outdoor space is the highlight of the property, and was where we ended up spending the majority of our time. The BBQ Grill, outdoor fireplaces, lounging areas, seating areas, outdoor heaters, decor , and everything outside was just wonderful. The House Manual was well documented and provided very detailed instructions for just about everything. nlike other places we've stayed before, the spa/pool controls were very simple and friendly to use. The Kitchen and Living room were in the perfect setup that allowed everyone the ability to get together during a rainy day. Atomic Ranch Heaven has set the bar for Palm Springs EXTREMELY high and will be tough to beat.

Great Palm Springs Vacation

Overall Comment My wife and I loved our home away from home at Atomic Ranch in Palm Springs. The house was everything we hoped for and better than advertised. It has obviously been renovated recently. The back yard was so comfortable that we spent more time at home than we expected to and cooked on the grill 4 nights. We highly recommend this home to any group of 2-6 people.

Overall Comment Really enjoyed the house. It was comfortable, well appointed and had everything that we needed for our two week stay. Great outdoor spaces. first time staying in MCE and we liked the location a lot. Easy to get everywhere either by foot, on bikes or by car. Pretty central locale.

Overall Comment We really enjoyed this house. Everything is very new and clean and it is nicely decorated. The backyard is really beautiful with interesting fire features, a bar and comfy seating. The only dissapointment (especially for the kids) was that the pool was only 65 degrees when we arrived. Since we were paying a utility fee each day I would expect the pool to be heated in anticipation of our arrival so we didn't have to wait a full day to use it. Other than that everything was great.
