You’ll enjoy a fabulous walk to town location in the heart of the Movie Colony East neighborhood. Impressive modern architecture w/ high ceilings, designer furnishings, sprawling free-flowing floor plan and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living in true Palm Springs style.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This contemporary home has a fully walled backyard for privacy. The backyard is spacious and well-planned w/ lots of different gathering places. The pool and spa are surrounded by chaise lounges and shade umbrellas, a custom built fire feature, outdoor dining for 8-10 guests, a shaded outdoor living area and there's even a putting green! An amazing Zebra sculpture makes the perfect backdrop for photos to share w/ friends. Breathtaking mountain views from inside and outside add to the magic of this stunning property.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES

Remodeled for luxury and updated for the way we live today. The artwork immerses you in the late 60s vibe w/ photography reflecting the Apollo Missions and stunning Palm Springs mid-century architecture. A computer desk and fast wireless internet facilitate remote meetings. The Internet includes a 400 Mbps package and four-point mesh network for whole-house WiFi coverage.

The living room, dining area and kitchen all flow into each other providing enough space for your entire group to gather and relax. The Great Room is huge, featuring comfortable lounge furniture, a large flat screen TV, a handsome wood-clad gas fireplace, a billiard table and French doors that reveal stunning mountain views and upgraded pool yard. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for group and individual meal prep. Garage parking is available. Everything has been updated for the way we live today.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The 3 bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and flatscreen TV. The Master Suite has a King bed, an ensuite bath, an ensuite washer and dryer, and direct access to the pool yard. The ensuite bath has a tub, a separate shower and a double sink. The second guest room has a King bed (can be converted to two Twins upon request) and an ensuite bathroom. The third guest room has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool yard.

THE LOCATION
The corner-lot location in the very popular Movie Colony East has a 12 min. walk to the world famous Palm Canyon Dr as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. It's the perfect walking neighborhood, an easy stroll to Ruth Hardy Park w/ its people-watching and public tennis courts. You'll be just minutes from grocery stores, burger joints, sandwich shops and fine dining spots that all deliver to your doorstep. Ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but a little bit removed for peace and quiet.

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

This house was perfect

This house was perfect for our trip with 3 couples. No one got the “bad room” as each bedroom was beautiful with its own patio space, really nice on suite bathrooms, and big beds. The main room has tons of space for fun and relaxing too. The pool and yard were great, and while the hot tub is small (2 person max), it absolutely cranked! By far the hottest hot tub I’ve ever had in a rental where usually they struggle to get up to even 100. This had to be at least 104 and heated up fast within 15 min. Location is also great and was walkable to town or just a quick Uber ride to restaurants, museum, casino, tram, wherever you want to go! We are already thinking about when we can come back!

Fabulous place. Felt like a 5 star luxury hotel. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well-equipped. Each of the three bedrooms felt comfortable and luxurious. Ping pong and pool tables were a lot of fun. Short walk to lovely local park with public tennis courts. Beautiful architecture in surrounding homes. Short drive to downtown and grocery stores. Only small complaint--traffic noise quite audible in the backyard. Appreciated the professionalism of ACME.

The Apollo 1000 house was phenomenal! The photos are accurate and the house is impeccably appointed. The layout of the house was ideal in that the bedrooms weren't on top of one another and were far enough away from the common areas so that anyone wanting to turn in early wouldn't be disturbed. The kitchen was by far the best equipped we've ever experienced in a rental home. The location cannot be beat. It's close to anywhere you want to be withing a few minutes drive. Each of us slept like the dead in the incredibly comfortable beds. I can't wait to return and reserve this house again!

Overall Comment What a fantastic vacation rental! The Apollo 1000 was exactly as described - nothing disappointed. The house is centrally located, and the outside space is extremely private. We would definitely recommend it for guests who enjoy swimming and playing pool. The kitchen was well stocked, the house beautifully styled and extremely comfortable. Thank you for a very relaxing week.

One of the most spacious and well-appointed homes I've rented in the PS area. The beds are comfy, plenty of towels/pool towels, and kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need to cook meals in the home. I was glad to see there was new pool furniture and additional umbrellas for shade. Made staying out in the summer desert sun a bit more bearable. Be careful though: the artificial grass can get quite hot in the sun.

We stayed at Apollo 1000 for a much needed mini vacation , and I can’t say enough about this house wow what a beautiful house .. we loved it !!! Acme was so great to work with , this was our first time going through acme and it was stellar from start to finish , We had a few very minor issues and they couldn’t of been any faster responding and taking care of the issues. We was very impressed … we will definitely go through acme again and most definitely rent the Apollo 1000 again .. hopefully sooner then later .. Catrina

This house was amazing !! We stayed @ Apollo 1000 for a much needed mini vacation . The pictures are beautiful but honestly it’s even more grand in person .. the living room is huge as well as the master suit , the location is perfect close to the grocery store , and close to down town .. we loved loved loved this house .. we are looking forward to our next trip to Palm Springs we will stay here again that’s for sure .. acme was also great to deal with , super helpful towards any question we had durning our stay . Also check in check out was super smooth. This is the place to stay , wrap it up with one word AMAZING !!!!

Our stay at the Apollo house was our best in Palm Springs yet. Super close to everything - Ruth Hardy park just a couple blocks away ... our new and old favorite restaurants a 10-15 minute walk (Cheeky’s, Jake’s & Cafe La Jefa). The house is huge. Three bedrooms all with en suite baths. Two beds on one side of the house, one on the other - so perfect for a family + grandpa & grandma situation (really plenty big for two families, but unsure how many people it technically hosts). Super easy check in and check out. Will stay again!

The location of the home is fantastic - you can walk to the downtown area in 20 minutes at an easy pace. It was the perfect home for 3 couples - the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked, grilled, etc. The outdoor space was phenomenal - the salt water pool and hot tub were perfect and there was plenty of loungers/outdoor seating for us. The only issue we had was that we could never quite get the 2 bedroom suites to a comfortable/cool temperature and there aren't windows in the bedrooms (just doors that open to the outside). But we would absolutely stay there again!

We’ve done Palm Springs rentals four times now - all have been wonderful, but this place was our favorite! It’s huge with all bedrooms having an en suite bathroom. The location is perfect. A couple blocks from Ruth Hardy Park & a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants on Palm Canyon Dr. Check in and check out was easy. Pool was definitely large enough, but maybe not quite as large as the pictures make it seem. Loved our stay. Will be back!

Apollo 1000 is a wonderful retreat! Secure inside, with super strong AC, you can roam the massive living room and find different nooks to relax, watch the massive screen TV, or play some pool. Outside the pool is refreshing and delightful. The beds are super comfy, the location is perfect. Can't say enough good things!

Although this house is close to everything in Palm Springs, when you're sitting by the pool you really feel separate from it all. It was a true treat to get away during this pandemic. We also took a day trip one day to Joshua Tree and that was only 45min away. The property managers are responsive and even available nights and weekends to help. Highly recommend!

Loved this house! Such a great place to stay when visiting Palm Springs. Very close to the downtown and all the great restaurants. The pool is huge and the indoor aesthetic/decor was very cool and trendy. Rooms were huge and all of them had a private bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect! Loved the decor and how clean the house was when we arrived. Not only was there tons of space inside, but the backyard was also spacious with gorgeous mountain views. The corner lot makes the space feel so private and exclusive. Anything that we needed was in the house and made for a perfect Palm Springs getaway. The location is also great with close proximity to everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this house again and would recommend it to any of my friends.
