SLEEPING QUARTERS
Diamond Palms boasts three serene primary suites, each adorned with plush bedding and elegant furnishings. The largest suite offers a spacious shower and bathtub, a separate water closet, and a luxurious soaker tub. The other two suites also feature exquisite decor and private en suite bathrooms. An additional half-bath is conveniently located in the hallway. • 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
