Baking By The Pool with Chef Zac Young

PALM SPRINGS, CA – Chef Zac Young, who has been featured on various baking shows on Food Network and the Cooking Channel, was recently in town and stayed at On The Rocks – a gorgeous Palm Springs vacation home!

He was in town for the Palm Desert Food & Wine Festival – which brings together local and celebrity chefs, food, and wines, from around the world – where he participated in a Biscuit Bake-Off. But Zac's baking didn't stop there...

The baking continued at On The Rocks, where he made a desert dessert made with citrus curd, citrus whipped cream, and boozy citrus - yumm! It's just what you need when enjoying a nice day out by the pool. And the best part? All the citrus came right from the backyard!
