This 1957 Palm Springs original has been completely remodeled, updated and re-imagined for vacation living today. This better than new property is gorgeous, private, well-appointed and captures the hip Southern California vibe of yesteryear while staying current with high end luxury appointments. Everything is new including the kitchen, baths, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, heat/air conditioning, pool, spa and outdoor firepit.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The private country club yard with its gorgeous mountain views, centers on the fabulous heated, in-ground pool and spa. Around the pool you’ll find a wonderful outdoor living room with an easy to use gas firepit, and a covered dining pavilion with a plumbed barbecue and seating for eight. Poolside lounge chairs, additional cocktail seating, a hammock, and a grassy knoll for volleyball and croquet make this yard a vacation heaven.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Three Amigos Ranch is not just a beautiful home - it is a swank vacation pad with all the bells and whistles. The spacious floor plan of the interior and exterior living areas have been designed to accommodate your entire group. Inside, there is plenty of seating for everyone to connect, spend time together and unwind. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and offer direct access to the pool and patio. There is a fireside lounge area, a place for watching television and a dining area for eight people. The all new, fully-stocked chef’s kitchen has been space planned for individual or team meal prep and offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a huge center island.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Inside the main house, there is an oversized King master bedroom with a private bath and direct pool access, plus two Queen guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is also a detached casita with a queen bed and its own private bath. All of the bedrooms have televisions.

Three Amigos Ranch sits on a quiet residential street in the Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood just a mile from South Palm Springs where you’ll find fine restaurants, burger joints, sandwich shops, nightlife, entertainment venues, grocery stores, and art galleries. This home is well-suited for extended weekends, week and month long stays, and as a seasonal rental. Advanced bookings strongly recommended.

Perfect for our whole family

Had a great stay here with my husband, my parents, and our dog. The extra bedrooms were great for remote work. We loved the big dining table; we have a family tradition where we do a 500+ piece puzzle during our stay. One end of the table was for the puzzle and the other was for dinner! The kitchen was really spacious and had everything; we all cooked together several nights and no bumping into each other. Sunrises from the covered patio were EVERYTHING ... the San Jacinto views were spectacular. We enjoyed some tangerines from the tree, and loved being able to walk to Tahquitz Creek and Prescott Preserve, plus quick walks to our faves: Townie Bagels, Swiss Donut, and Native Foods. The house was in perfect condition and we had such a relaxing stay.

Stayed here with a group of 8 friends for a birthday celebration and it was perfect from the time we arrived until the time we left. Fully stocked amenities, perfect for cooking dinner at home and an amazing outdoor space and pool. Would book this property again!

Everything was perfect, even cuter than the pictures show! Excellent communication (couldn’t have been more helpful) and so many little extra personal touches. A group of us stayed at Acme House in Palm Springs and it was wonderful. the location is great - not too far away from downtown but far enough that you're not in the middle of everything. plenty of space, lots of cookware options, plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor.

We enjoyed our stay at Three Amigos Ranch. The location is grate very quiet neighborhood, short walk to downtown Palms Springs. The house is very comfortable, grate sitting areas, large gathering table to enjoy communal meals. The kitchen is full equipped with everything we need. Everything was clean and well kept.

This was the perfect stay to host me and my closest friends for Thanksgiving. It was exactly what the description said and it was very close to everything in Palm Springs. It was incredibly comfortable to hold 8 people. ACME was very easy to communicate with and they were even able to adjust to an early check in. The amenities were fantastic and it was easy to use the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely be rebooking at Three Amigos Ranch again. A simply perfect place to host for a relaxing weekend in beautiful Palm Springs!

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
