ACME was great at communicating! I reached out even before the trip and they responded quickly which makes you feel better after booking something. The check in was easy and smooth! Any questions we had they were quick to answer. It was super hot and asked for the AC to be on before we got there and they did it. The house was beautiful and just like the pictures. Big and spacious, we loved it and would definitely come back!

Stayed here for a few nights with my sister and her fam. We had three kids there with us and the house was perfect for both families. We had ample space and room and there was always something fun to do at the house between golf, swimming, and games/puzzles. Hosts were highly communicative and always felt taken care of. The house even has a IG account to look at! Would definitely stay again.

  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $5,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
